All I can say is my experience was fantastic! Went to look for a specific vehicle they had, salesmen Brent Cassidy approached us and helped us. We test drove it immediately and liked it as expected! He wanted to proceed, we told him what we wanted and what we could do. He asked for a chance and we gave it to him. He was able to do everything we asked the first try and kept his word on everything he promised. Fantastic service and sales from a new and used car dealership! Highly recommend them!

Great customer service. Price for oil change was reasonable. Did not have to wait hours on a Saturday for an oil change like I have done before at some other places.

We test drove two Lincolon Automobiles, a MKT and an MKX. Loved the MKX and will be buying next year. What was most impressive is the sales representative that worked with us, ask for Lance. He is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I only wish they had a location on the south side of Indianapolis.
