This was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. They told me and my two cousins they could take 3 appointments for a dip manicure. When we got there, we all got our previous polish removed and then only 2 of us began getting our manicure. The third person waited an hour before they were able to get their nails done in which she chose to go elsewhere. My nails and my cousins nails turned out HORRIBLE. Typically you get your finger nail dipped 3 times. The guy going my nail dipped them each about 15 times. He never asked for the shape of my nails that I wanted. Even worse, he cut me on almost every finger. When he would go to file near the cut, I said ow and he didn’t even stop. It was so painful. I paid $55 for the worst manicure ever. Do not waste your time.

Made an appointment because this place had excellent reviews. The message at the end of the service is the big draw but not worth wasting 25 minutes of my time waiting. I made an appointment but this made no difference. The walk in was served the same time as I and waited over 25 minutes. Good thing my afternoon was flexible. I was not impressed.

Probably the worst pedicure I ever received 😂 I was waiting for someone to work on me more than I was actually being serviced. It was an embarrassment, workers are fine, they are just doing their job, but it’s crazy how they have luxury prices with poor service

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I would give it NO star if I could.This establishment was recommended to me, I went in open minded ready to have a pedicure. They have a sign on the wall with several pedicures starting at $30 and going up.So I tried to ask them if they could explain to me what the differences were. Apparently no one there could speak very good English, and I started to get the runaround about an answer.I made several attempts to explain what I was asking, that I wanted to understand what the difference was for the varied prices & the woman that was working there just kept reiterating “that is more we do more, we do longer.” Or “we do color”...Well when you were speaking about $40 plus I want to know exactly what you’re doing to my feet. “We do callous, we don’t do callous, no massage”... isn’t quite clear & is starting to sound awful...In Florida it is $20 for a pedicure. A FULL pedi with massage, exfoliation, hot wax & more!She started to say to me, “ If you no like, you can leave, go somewhere else”At that point I KNEW if I dropped $40 & didn’t like what I got I would be very upset... When here she is already being so disrespectful? Because I’m trying to get clarification?That is exactly what I did. I left. I went down the street to a different salon and I was quite happy with what they did and it was for less money. They also had a sheet that you could read that explained exactly what you got for each type of pedicure and the prices...SIMPLE!!I didn’t have to try to understand broken Asian language to know what I was going to get.

Great atmosphere and service.

I had an appointment for 11:00. The owner called me at 10:50 to see where we were. When we arrived they weren’t even ready for us. The mani pedi was nice but no message. The owner so over booked people that when they came in there were 6 people booked for noon and only 4 workers and they were with other clients. While we were sitting for our nails to dry the owner came over and touched a our nails and said they are dry you can leave just be careful. We needed to leave so other people could use the dryer. Worst experience I have ever had there. Probably wont go back.

Get dip powder there every three weeks. Never had a bad experience!! The workers are nice and take their time to make sure everything looks picture perfect. HIGHLY recommend this salon.

I love this place for pedicures I go about every 3 weeks and have never had a bad experience. I always do walkin, Ive had to wait 20 minutes at most but was told so beforehand so it was no issue. The polish always lasts until my next appointment and the nail techs are always very nice.

While the nail stylist are good, the owner is very rude and I would not allow her to do your nails. This last visit she slice my finger with the dremel and did not want to compensate me for cutting my hand. It wasnt until after I sternly talked to her did the other nail stylist offer 10$ off. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I have always had a good experience. They take their time and do a great job. I especially like the included chair, leg, and back messages when getting a pedi. Yes, it is true that English is a second language for most workers but I have always been understood. I am not there to socialize but to relax!

Every time I go, the salon is clean and relaxing; the services are consistent and offered at great prices. Their pedicure is wonderful, with the lengthy foot massage and neck and shoulder massage while your nails dry. I highly recommend the chair massage... An absolutelyamazing break in the day.

Never had a bad experience. I go quite often. Very clean and it has beautiful interior design. Would definitely recommend.

Steve the nail tech typifies a professional when doing my manicure. He is what I call a keeper and I would recommend him highly.

Went in for the first time (walk in) for a mani/pedi before vacation next week. Was impressed with clean and nicely decorated interior. Received excellent service with some unexpected bonuses (longer leg massage than most salons, wax dip for my hands + neck and shoulder massage with a warm towel (wrapped in plastic bag)before manicure. Very pleasant and relaxing experience - I will go back!

UPDATE ... A year later Im back in the area and came back, even better than last time!Best service ever. I do wish more people understood English but even with the language barrier it was still a great experience. Extra services, massages, scrubs etc offered. While getting my manicure another employee was giving me a warm shoulder massage. I dont pamper myself much but as a last minute girls trip we went to the beach and this place was only a few minutes away so we stopped in. No reservation appointment was needed. Was seen right away. It started to get busy and the manager jumped in and helped, they managed the flow well. Everyone was nice and attentive. Did a great job on my toes and fingernails. I definitely recommend this place.

Was in this AM and seated to get a hot rocks pedicure with my daughter. Started pedicure and then told we couldnt get them by the owner... he said there was a group coming in!!! Would never go back!!

Friendly staff, probably better to call and schedule an appointment than walk in. They do take walk ins. Very relaxing. Will go again

Did a walk-in mani-pedi, they did a horrible job. My feet are still ruff. There is crud still under my nail. The manni was just clear coat and didnt even file my nails even. The backrub was bad. Dont waste the 40.

I called ahead to book four pedis. When we arrive I tell them that it’s two pedis and two manicures. They do the pedis and one manicure and then tell me that the other is going to take another hour. Meanwhile at least five other people have arrived and gotten their manicures but not us. They tell me it’s because it takes a long time but at this point I’ve already paid and the tips have been glued on. So now I don’t have a choice but to wait around for another hour after already being here 90 minutes. It’s too bad because I come to this place regularly and now I have to find someplace new.

Since when is it moral to charge someone 5$ extra because they are a MAN? i have never been to a nail salon that has done this. Yes are males feet larger and maybe a bit more work but the nail tech isn’t going through the trouble of painting the nails. With the callus remover the calluses weren’t even removed.Over and over i give this business a try and every single time they fail. Don’t waste your hard earned money to go to this “salon” oh and don’t ever get a massage there either. Countless people have agreed the owner was inappropriate and made woman uncomfortable.

Best nail place. Massage with every Mani or pedi. Knowledgeable technicians. Great atmosphere and clean.

When I went in, only one person could understand what I was asking for. I asked for an acrylic fill with no design or color. First, they did my fill using gel, and I didnt realize it until my fingers were burning under the light. Second, it took the girl TWO hours for my nails to be done! Remember, no color or design! And third, even tho I wanted acrylic, it was their mistake and they still charged me the gel price which was double the acrylic price. Then threatened to call the police when I said I wouldnt pay that amount! I just paid finally and got the heck out of there. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!! And I will tell everyone I know not to go there!!!!!!! Only gave it one star so I could write this, otherwise it would be negative 5 stars!!

The staff here is great. I was able to book pedicures for 5 for the same day.

8/13/17 ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE AND EXPERIENCE I have ever had with waxing. It is Sunday morning. I had what I thought was a complete lower leg wax on THURSDAY only to discover in the sun Friday and Saturday that I still had the equivalent of half my leg hair s still on my legs. Huge patches left un waxed around my ankles and whole strips up my legs. I went back and first the woman at the desk tried to say that my hair grew 2 since Thursday. Then she asks who did it. A girl w/ glasses. Well shes not here today so not her problem. Made her go out in the sun and she said legs ok. I was so angry that I left. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING. Westerly women deserve much better than is RUDE RIP-OFF PLACE.

I had a petticure done, three days later my toes hurt from being ingrown. I went in to ask them to trim the ones affected. They acted confused and wanted me to pay for a not her petticure.

Horrible service, kept waiting while other large groups were helped. Woman at front desk is clueless and never kept track of who was waiting or what services they wanted. Waited 30 minutes for acrylic nail fills, prepped my fingers, but all they do is gel, even though they claim to fill acrylics. The prices didnt add up to published prices.

Would never go here again. Walked in and was told 10-15 minutes for a pedicure. Waited over an hour and 15 min with no service. At that point I told them I would not be giving them my business.
