I live on the second floor above a business. The mailboxes are on the first floor to make the postman’s life easier when it comes to letters and such. UPS and FedEx will walk up the outdoor stairs that are right in front of the mailboxes to leave packages in front of our doors safely. My postman was so lazy he left a “sorry we missed you” two days in a row and at the exact time it said the delivery and knocking on my door was attempted I was sitting no more than 5 feet from the door. Blatantly lied rather than walking up a set of stairs. To top it off they’ll leave packages right on the ground under our mailboxes 3 feet from the entrance to a busy pizza place. Just walked into the post office to a locked door at 4:58pm. If I order something expensive I have to sit and wait on the deck because the postman is far too lazy to walk up a set of stairs.

People working here have HORRIBLE attitudes and are always terribly miserable, kinda feel bad for them. Bradford post office is so much more pleasant.

I have never had a real problem with the the postal service on Tom Harvey Road. On occasion there is one particular person that may be rushing me but I dont mail many packages and I try to remember to mail my stamp requests.

I applied for a passport here. I filled out the forms as much as I could beforehand and brought the necessary ID and was done within 20 minutes. They took a great passport photo for me too. It was around 2:00 on a weekday and, while there was a steady stream of customers, I didnt have to wait in line at all. Excellent experience! Plenty of parking at this site too.

I have been a frequent customer over fifteen years, particularly the last several years when I have sold things on eBay. The ladies at the counter are wonderful, patient, professional and sincerely helpful. I suppose that once in a while someone has a bad experience with them, but I never have.

This post office is conveniently located right off Tom Harvey Road. It is a full-service post office. They have drive up boxes so you dont haveto get out of your car. Me and my daughter also had our passports done here. They are always friendly and nice here.

If I have no incoming mail, the mail person doesnt bother to even go near my house to check for outgoing mail. I run a ship from home business and it delays my shipments. Happens way too often and impedes my getting paid for these items. Just watched your truck do a U turn in front of my house at 5:50 pm Tues 11/12/19 and then speed away, rather than get out to pick up the 6 packages on my stairs. Filing a formal complaint online. This is totally unacceptable.

Horrible service at the Westerly RI Airport Road facility! They act like they are doing you a favor not that they are working to issue customer service to the patrons! They NEVER go the extra yard to try and accommodate a customer and make them satisfied!! Not sure who’s worse, DMV or the Post Office !

Terrible service at this location. Waited in line twice after being misinformed mailing instructions for overseas delivery. I walked out after second time of being pushed off to the side to obtain another package. Waste of time after 40 frustrating minutes. Rude postal worker with no empathy for customer.

Usps is the worste delivery service.. I ordered an item on amazon 1 day shipping didnt even get it the day it was supoose to get to me and the notifcations on transit updates suck...

They are completely disrespectful. Wouldn’t help me. They close at five and stated I had to be there by 4. No where does it state that on the sight of when I called.

Should be able to access my PO box every day and almost anytime ! Closing the lobby on Sunday’s is ridiculous
