Tax preparer Janet Jones is consistently excellent. She’s friendly and knowledgeable. H&R Block Westbury has been our go-to tax preparer for the past 6 years for reasons like this.

Mrs. Chen was a pleasure to work with. She was professional, knowledgeable and clear in her explanations. And she was very personable. I felt very safe in the office where they have Covid procedures in place.

We were there twice trying to get our emerald card account fixed. We worked with Yunping who went above and beyond to try to get this issue fixed. We were extremely satisfied with her.

I just finished my appointment with Tilsi and if I could give more stars than 5 I would. I was greeted by a nice gentleman the minute I walked in and offered coffee and Water. Tilsi was so nice, sweet and very knowledgeable with any questions I had. She took the time to look over all the paper work I had and I loved I could see everything she was inputting. I didn’t feel like I was being rushed or anything. So happy I was recommended to her and will definitely be coming back for future taxes!!!!!! Thank you H & R Block!!

The preparer was knowledgeable but he had many problems with the computer program making what was to be a short visit a long one. In addition, he did not review the pricing before hand, offered a coupon that was never applied. I was shocked to find the fees were more than double what Ive paid other preparers.

Tilsi was very efficient and a pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable and explained how the new tax laws effected our return this year.

This is the 2nd year my mom as had taxes done at this Westbury office. Both times she received a IRS bill a month later saying she owed more money. When I tried to call Westbury office about it, I was directed to a general number, because Westbury office is closed after tax time. The woman I spoke to tried to be helpful but couldnt solve the problem. I was told to try going to an office near me that WAS open. That office told me that in order for them to look further into the matter, I would need to pay another $99. It seems they cant do it right the first time and when you go back for help they make it impossible. Bad customer service and bad policy. Never going to any H&R Block again.
