Arrive 297 Turnpike road Westborough is the best place to rent an apartment. They have good services and they respond to our calls for maintenance immediately. The rooms and very spacious and the wardrobes are wide. The plenty of parking at this place is amazing. The staff in the office are so wonderful and helpful especially Brandon and everyone else.Thank you arrive its Fortunate

We have been living here for 3 months, while our home is being renovated. So far it has been great, other than some small repairs that could have been done with the kitchen appliances, prior to us moving in. I absolutely love the fact that there is a gym, pool, playground, and places to have a barbecue!! I have read other reviews about the smoking policy issues. I have had no issues with the smell of cigarettes inside or outside the building. People should have a right to smoke outside on their balcony. We are all paying to reside here. I would recommend this place to friends and family. There is no perfect apartment or condominium out there! Unfortunately we will be moving out early October. I will miss the gym and pool!!

I would have given 4.5 but I gave 3. Only reason is because of the management smoking policy. There are lot of kids living in these apartments and they does not have non-smoking policy near apartments. For some ironic reason there is no-smoking policy inside the apartment but they can smoke in their balconies which again ends up inside your apartments. You cannot breath fresh air because people are smoking in their balconies.Its raining and weather looks good want to get some fresh air, but cant because someone is smoking in their balcony. I brought this to management attention and Everytime the answer I get is they are looking into it to change this policy. God knows when that gonna happen. I have no complains on rest of things. Also, they have gym ready in each building but cannot be used. Its been 3-4 months now. I have no idea when that gonna open. Rest is good.Update: The manager did reached out with all the answers. I just moved in three days ago and i have never been able to shower since i moved. the shower doesnt work, I already requested maintenance but it was never fixed, a person came to apartment but couldnt fix it. I still cant take a shower. Ive never showered since I moved. I am very sad about this situation. Please move us to a different apartment or fix my bathroom. I need to take shower .

My overall experience with Arrive and their staff so far is very positive, and I have no particular gripes with any of them after a few weeks of living here. Maintenance has come in to fix any problems rather quickly, and were very quick and apologetic when I told them that I needed an exterminator... but herein lies the issue.Staff cant control how your neighbors keep their apartments, and within these short few weeks of living here, we are dealing with a cockroach problem. Whether this is due to people propping doors to the outside open, unclean apartments, or any other reason is beyond me, but all I know is that we need this issue fixed, and staff is definitely taking action for me - but whether they will inspect the entirety of building 293 or at least the apartments around mine is yet to be seen.There are staff that live here, so I do believe that they would like to make this place a good one to live in. However, I am just hoping that they can be proactive about dealing with pests and any issues that fellow residents could be causing for everyone. If this issue persists then I will be contacting the town board of health - not out of any gripe towards staff, but just because this issue needs to be taken seriously.

They fixed the leak, but will have to finish another time. It continues to spring an new leak every few weeks. But as always they fix it. The maintenance team here is good.

I just moved into this area and was looking for a place to live. The Arrive staff were very friendly and made the application and moving experience great!

We live in 297 building during weekends or holidays I don’t know the particular flat but I am sure it’s from 6th floor one fellow is putting music through home theater I guess the noise is very loud even after midnight that we can’t sleep. Management should take a strict action regarding this. Wish I could know what Is his flat number so that I can file a complaint to police

The biggest problem of this apartment is that any body from management team can enter your apartment without your permission. They have master key provided to all workers and they knock once and if by chance you are in bathroom and dont answer the knock then the worker staff enters your apartment with their master key, can you believe that. They dont call you to check if they can enter but just enter, how horrible is that. When you tell them that is unacceptable, the management argues with you rather than accepting mistake and fix the rules. On top of that the new management is quite arrogant and dont believe that this is a problem, like they have right to enter.

This is very good place to live any time in the year. It also has very good kids play area. Your parcels are really safe and no need worry as it has dedicated parcel lockers

This new property manager needs to learn some basics on how to behave and talk to residents. You may be angry with someone else or have your personal issues but when you are dealing with public then you need to behave properly and with respect. The other person whom you are talking to may be in fault but that does not means that you can disrespect them.

I’ve been here for about a year and a half now. I’ve enjoyed my time here for many reasons. Management / maintenance has been very responsive when I’ve had a concern or issue. The location is great. It’s close to retail, restaurants, groceries, and highway access. Plenty of parking available. I haven’t had many issues with noise from other tenants. Package lockers are now available! COVID response has been great (whether or not people follow the guidelines is another story).It would be nice to have more modern looking fixtures in the kitchen. The brown cabinets and counter make it feel a bit outdated (but this is just a personal preference and not anything against the apartment complex).My biggest issue is the laundry. Most machines are out of order and it can be frustrating. Silver lining: At least laundry is offered on site and you don’t have to go to a laundry mat. In unit laundry could be a perk that could possibly draw me away from this apartment complex in the future.I feel it would really add value to the apartments compared to many other luxury apartments in the area. Even just having the w/d connections would be great addition.

Would not raise kids here. People smoking all the time, day and night. Can’t even open windows cause the smoke gets in. When can we breathe clean fresh air? Smoke travel through walls and into vents and stays there.

This complex consists of roach infested unmaintained old buildings with leakage problems, overflowing trash, unresponsive management, unskilled maintenance, antiquated appliances & furnishings, and poorly performing central AC system. This is just a short list of the excrutiating miseries you may experience being as a tenant here. If the outside temp is above 78F, your room will not cool down to comfort level even at night. I have to sleep with a fan and portable AC units both running separately, every single night of summer. People are allowed to continually hang dry their clothes and mattress on the balcony even though the policy forbids this practice. Every balcony is being used as a storage shed, no wonder why roaches and mice run amock. If not careful, someones storage boxes may fall down the balcony and hurt you at street level. It feels like Im living in a third world tenement. There is no privacy as any staff here will barge into your unit at any time without leaving a notice. They make excuses for this behavior and blame their management for the breakdown in communication. The front desk leasing agents run the place however they wish and will rudely dismiss your complaints. They protect each others incompetence and will not apologize for their wrong doings. Per MAs tenant rights laws, they do not have the right to enter someones home without notice unless its an emergency. They will force entry into your units any time to steal your belongings and then argue that they have that right.. Last but not least, the hallway always stinks like there are dead bodies are hidden somewhere.

Nice place but major smoking issues. There’s smokers everywhere and they smoke on their balcony and on the steps especially at night. It’s disgusting and smells awful. Plus, secondhand smoke is really dangerous. Wish this was a nonsmoking community.

Maintenance is always quick to respond and the problem is usually resolved at that time.

If I could give this place a 0-star review, I would. It constantly smells like trash and good luck getting any response from a member of the management team.

We are enjoying the new ambience at the pool. We are loving the way most of the areas in the buildings are getting renovated. Parking area is neat and spacious.

I have moved in Arrive Westborough for about a month. I have to see that my family and I are really enjoying this community. First, the staff here at Arrive Westborough is really professional and makes everything very smooth for us to settle in a lease and move in. I want to give special thanks to Brandon and Melodee. Brandon has always been there to answer to my questions and is willing to address any issue you run into when getting an apartment. Melodee is also very helpful to solve issues you sometimes run into and its really kind of her to always try to help you. Second, the community here is really a place to explore and enjoy. For example, the large grass field is just very pleasant to see and walk. The fountain also makes the night look beautiful with its splendid colors.

Worst amenities.Update 08/10Management not willing to help residents to move to another apartment even after carpet getting wet due to roof damage from recent storm. Need to live in the apartment with a wet carpet. Be careful while writing the lease and ask about what happens when water enters the apartment due to storms before signing the lease. Elevators wont work every two months and fixing them takes days.

Went to look at a couple of apartments last week, met with Melody, she was nice but since then there has been 0 follow up. Ive called and emailed since and Im still waiting on an email to fill out info, way too long for this process in my opinion. My Buddy who is a current resident who was looking to move as well with me has since filled it out twice, and has spoken to her directly. Still no email 6 days later.If this is an indication of how they treat tenants I dont want any part of this place.Update The Manager Jonathan has stepped up took care of the issues, We will be moving in, looking forward to it ! changed the rating from one to 4.Update

Cant recommend this place with the current management. Every year this has been an issue, but this year? Theyre spending gods only knows how much money on upgrades still, yet didnt have the forethought to turn the AC over BEFORE it became hot out? $1500 + a month, and were boiling alive in the apartment. Im not even exaggerating, Im literally sick right now. Its 90 in the apartment even with the window and slider open. This should have been done over a week ago so residents could have had the AC turned on by June 1st. My pets are sick, and I may need to bring them to the vet soon. Avoid this place. Go somewhere that places your rent money towards improving the tenants experience instead of over charging you for everything, and giving back nothing but cosmetic changes that mean nothing. I am not using my real name here, because Ive also heard of issues with retaliation.If my pets die due to this, I will be contacting legal counsel. Yes, its that bad.Edit due to response: 1-2 weeks is unacceptable. AC should be available no later than June 1st, especially now that weve had several years in a row with 80+ days in May. We pay you far too much to be uncomfortable in our own apartment for weeks on end. Today, tomorrow, and Friday are all reported to be 80+ again as well. Your understanding does not pay my vet bills (currently at over $500) nor my hospital bill for my trip to the ER. I dont want understanding or apologies. Im tired of throwing money at this place, only to have the very basic needs being ignored. Fix this. If you cant this year, fix it next year. Do better.And no, I will not be responding to you outside of this platform. Ive already heard from several families here of retaliation after issuing complaints. Im not risking having you all make our lives even worse than they are right now.

Good management — I love everything with the new management. Building no 295 each and every floor any one or both Washers in the laundry rooms aren’t functioning properly. It’s been a very big problem since day one(from 2017). Though you have laundry in every floor but you need scan through the all floor to see which laundry is working seriously management need to think about it. Other than these issues it’s a good environment for kids as they can play outside make some new friends grow socially.

Very good community ..everything is accessible wallmart, target,indian grocery and restaurants..if u r new to this city i will recommend this apartmentStayed here for 2 years maintaining people are very friendly sometimes u have to face problem with AC and HEATING unit but they will fix it ASAP.They need lot of improvements like carpet change in hallway laundry machines to be fixed ..I miss this community a lot managment can b little flexible to give me a change of apartment but they rejected..Finally moved out with lot of memories ..Tnks for serving us FOUNTAINHEAD team.

These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.

The apartment is undergoing a lot of changes with new management initiating lots of plans, this is good, although a bit annoying due to the construction work. Id take this opportunity to appreciate the good work being done by the employees here, especially Melodee Dumlao. She has been really courteous and helpful whenever I have approached her regarding maintenance services, lease etc.

Very poor maintenance

Really disappointed with our newly renovated apartment. We have had problems since we moved in. Brown water in our faucets, no hot water, no ac...so our apartment has been 85 degrees everyday, and it takes 3 weeks for a maintenance call to be completed.

I recently moved and everything has been good! They have all new staff here and everyone is so nice. Brenda helped me out with the apartment and she is just great! Any questions I have or things I need they are very quick to respond! I love this area everything is close by and quiet. If youre looking for a new place I recommend Fountainhead!

I would sincerely recommend to give a second thought before planning to move into arrive with the new management, I recently moved out of old apartment & they had charged all the expenses for renewing the unit on the resident for very minimal damage, please be cautious while moving in to share even bit of issue in checklist else be ready to have heavy fines while moving out.People in leasing office under new management was rude in answering questions related to charges as they never wanted to share details.

Location is excellent, everything is nearby. The apartments are very spacious. My entire family feel safe here at any time of the day. Also the big open garden area designated as no vehicle zone is really big advantage for summer family fun with kids. At present appliances are old, but I’ve heard renovation and upgrade plans in the next 1 year. I’m looking forward to upgrades.

I’ve been complaining about the noise from the floor above my unit and there is no update on the issue from the management. it’s so difficult to sleep with the noise and it goes in all odd hours. I have mailed and also tried calling the management..looks like management is not interested to solve my problem...this noise make us so nervous and we are getting health issues because of improper sleep.

Arrive apartments is the best place to stay with family. Good play area for the kids and nicely maintained by the management. Staffs are very cordial and respectful to the tenants.Grocery stores, Restaurants are very nearby.Apartments are very spacious. The scenic view from balcony is outstanding.They are renovating the buildings so waiting for more amenities to look forward.

This location is so ideal it is very hard to pass up. Rt 9 makes the work commute so much easier. The grocery stores and restaurants with in walking distance just adds to the location. The pet park could not be more perfect for my dog to run around. I would highly recommend to all my friends.

Love to stay here, its being more than one year i am staying here. Sometime management is not responsive but otherwise everything is good. Location and view is very good with near to Target and Walmart. Only thing i am missing badminton court. Please add this if possible. Thanks

I rarely write reviews. But for this one, I have to. I lived in this community for around 3.5 years. The apartments are very spacious, well built and are available at reasonable price. The property management is very responsive and caring. The maintenance staff is quick in resolving issues. So overall, I liked the community and would recommend to all friends.

Its been great living at Arrive. Things have changed so much under new ownership. I feel we are now valued as tenants. Looking forward to the new in house laundry and gym facility per building.

They dont let you know if AC/heating is going to be turned off. Apartment is also very close to highways, so you constantly hear the traffic. Washer/Dryers are a nightmare.

Great place to live! Clean, great amenities, and wonderful management. Victor was a great help in accommodating our needs! The location cant be beat it is right next to an Indian restaurant and a Wal Mart within walking distance. Great place to raise a family!

My husband and I moved in the middle of March. Melodee in the leasing office has been great from the first time we saw the apartment to the signing of the lease. Any questions we have are answered in a timely manner. Jimmy and the rest of the staff from the maintenance department has been great for a couple of issues we have had, problem resolved quickly. We have had neighbors come up and welcome us. Great location, right off route 9, close to a lot of shopping and restaurants.

Apartment is very good, spacious and is in walking distance to walmart and other stores which is very convenient if you dont have a car.Maintenance guys are responsive and they take care of the issues promptly. We didnt have any problem through our entire stay.Only thing is when you move in, make sure you report all the existing damages, if you miss, you will definitely going to get surprised when you see your settlement check ( chunk of deposit ... gone !! :) )

Lived here for about 1 1/2 years had a real good experience with Staff and management as well as the building, few odd cooking smells in the halls but other than that, it was a great place to stay, enjoyed my time there. pretty close to a few shopping centers too

This is one of the spacious apartment in rt9 area. No where will get for this rent with most of the amenities included. all the supermarkets and train station are close by.the management is doing a great job in renovating the whole apartment.Thanks Sarah and her team.the maintenance guys are awesome and they address the issue on time always.I personally feel few residents make this community a mess.kids playing yelling in lobby area and even in lift. most of the kids roam around without parents supervision. spitting in the lift is one of the most disgusting thing.its unfair and very inappropriate to complaint on management without we being responsible residents (like keeping the common area and trashing rooms neat and clean)I am not having any sort of issues with the management and maintenance. this is a great place to live in if all the residents follow the rules properly.

I wouldnt recommend fountain head to anyone. I was initially so excited to move in when I looked at the spacious apartments, access, kids play area and what not. But not anymore. Since we moved in, never did the laundry machines on our floor worked though they have laundry on each floor. We stayed there for little over 1 year, I never had the luxury of using laundry machines on the same floor. Such a pain to go up and down with your laundry clothes. When I called the maintenance, they say, they dont deal with the laundry machines and that we need to call the laundry servicing company. I lost around $50 on these machines, but never got any reimbursement despite of so many phone calls. Such a waste of time. On top of this, now we need to move out of the apartment and the leasing office tells us that we are responsible to pay the rent until someone else rents this apartment. Despite of asking so many times about the lease breakage policy, before I signed in the lease agreement, they never mentioned that I will be responsible. All I was told that I can get out of the lease with 2 months notice and flat fee of $1750. Now apparently, I am blocked and I end up paying until a new tenant shows up as my lease will end only after 8 months. It might be months and months, dont know. Wish I had known this earlier, I would not have signed on the lease agreement. I came to know from so many other friends that they charge you on so many things once you vacate. Now that we have vacated, I am not sure how much we will end up paying as part of cleaning charges plus the rent for number of months they get a new tenant. It was such a bad decision.

Not so happy... The temperature in my apartment is over 90 degrees and no fan in the apartment, but they dont turn on cold air. Suffered. One of the elevators doesnt work and didnt get fixed so far. My apartment has very strong smell, even the closets. The staff are nice though.

Great location, close to stores and highway, safe neighborhood. My main issues are with the laundry and the trash areas. Laundry machines often all taken, or out of order. The trash chutes get clogged and hallways near trash areas smell bad.

I stayed in fountain head apartments for 9 months, I had rented a studio apartment with them. During my stay i have had only positive experiences with the staff / community. The staff are polite and professional. My maintenance requests where completed on time and there were no problems. If I move back to MA, i am definitely going back to go stay with them

I am current resident of Fountainhead apartment, in last few months since the new management came ( I guess after Nov 2018) all the services has been improved a lot. Thanks to Caitlin, who is directly taking care of most of my apartment issues and helping my family so that we can enjoy our stay. There are many great advantages I found in neighborhood like Walmart, Target, Hindu Temples, Restaurants are at walking distance. Lovely apartment, lovely stay. I moved into this place few days ago, somewhat noisy with kids running around or adults talking loud but apart from that the living condition is tolerable and so far okay . This apt is in a great location and everything is nearby including rt-9, 30 etc.Brenda, the leasing lady,helped me with my apt and was prompt with answering my questions.The front office is extremely helpful too and you can make online payments easily for rentals/deposits etc. I found this very useful to me.Only thing which concerns me apart from the noise, is the parking gets crowded in the evenings/ weekends (wish they had some sort of designated Apt parking only)and so need to park far away and its difficult with lots of shopping/grocery bags.But so far I felt this place is nice and comfortable. If you get the opportunity to live around here, I would definitely recommend this place.-S

Hello Future Residents : I have been reading comments on this site and being a resident myself want to write my view on Management and more importantly about Fountain Head Community.I see our community Manager Sarah Reed as a strong and dynamic manager rather than arrogant ; in anyways whatsoever. Look at how some residents keep our community. Specially, Building 295, is like a chaos all the time and its all about resident living in it. It is all about how we wish to live. Lift doesnt work - right? have you noticed how children play with Lift keys? .. How residents keep rubbish room untidy all the time, i think the mentality is : its not our apartment area so who cares .Management has to be little strict to keep community safe and livable.I love being resident of Fountain head and really appreciate efforts which this new management has taken to keep community clean. Definitely there are issues but which community does not have issues, its all about do you want to be part of a change or just whine about it -Yes, there are lot of nice Match-box size apartment buildings in & around westborough. try it.. Naked truth ..

I would give it 5 star but the problem here is mainly about air conditioning management has the access for both heater and air conditioning now they turned of air conditioner which is the worstest part as weather is still sunny we r unable to stay in flat for the hot and they promised to build insite laundry by the end of this year hoping to see it

I moved into Fountainhead about a month ago. The leasing consultant Kelci was informative, responsive and just took good care of me in general throughout the whole process. It is clear that the mgmnt is taking steps to better the grounds and environment here every day, I would say there is definitely a sense of community as well which is refreshing. I have a couple of things to report to them to fix that are minor and cosmetic, and I am confident that their staff will not take months to fix them. So far things have been great and I am happy I landed here out of all the places I checked out. If something changes I will post it but as of now I couldnt be happier. Thank you Kelci and team for everything so far.

Heard lot of feedback about Management and Apartments so far, but as some of the tenants mentioned we have pros and cons with staying in a big community like Fountainhead. Fountainhead has great community and kids & family love this place. Especially Play area, Tennis (courts need to be extended), Swimming Pool etc. Also new common area improvements are good.But we need to consider apartments as homes and keep them clean especially trash room and other common areas. Also Table Tennis and Pool Tables need to be maintained and need to secure these place.Kudos to Sarah and team for managing during fire accident early this year !!Also it is better to think about having a fence towards RT9 as lot of kids play in open area and are tend to run towards RT9. It is not safe for kids as it is high speed road.

The community has recently been bought over by a new company and based on some of the work they have promised to deliver the future of the community looks bright and polished.

I have stayed in this apartment for exactly 3 years between 2015 - 2018. We had a great stay here for 3 years. All the maintenance requests were resolved immediately. The location was great with multiple shopping centers nearby. I had forgotten to leave my new address for security deposit return while vacating the house. Mr. Justin from the leasing office mailed me to ask my new address and returned the deposit quickly. I highly appreciate it. The only problem I had here was that the trash were not cleared on weekends which would make the trash room fill up quickly and there would be no place to dispose the trash. Overall we had a memorable and pleasant stay here. I would definitely come back to Fountainhead if I relocate to Westborough anytime in future.

I am living in this apartment community for close to 3 years now. I am not trying to be preachy; but I read a lot of negative reviews, and all I can say is; if you are a considerate tenant and neighbour, no apartment management in the world deliberately wants to be nasty to you. Yes, there are problems in the apartment; and considering the age of the community, there always will be. However, it is the efforts and attentiveness of the community manager and the maintenance staff that is appreciable. Quite a lot has changed in the last 3 years e.g. the cleanliness drive along with the other initiatives. In my opinion, if you are looking for spacious units, almost all the amenities of modern apartments, sense of community, convenient location, excellent school ratings in a (and this is important) value for money package; and ready to compromise on the age of the property (read frequent maintenance), this apartment fits the bill. I am taking away one star due to that annoying false fire alarm :)

My husband and I moved in about 6 months ago and I wanted to wait to write a review so that it was informed. Touring the property and initial move in went smoothly. There is a ramp that goes down to the Terrace level to make getting large furniture to the 8th floor easy. Elevators were able to fit our king size mattress and our 3 person couch. The first 3 months the smoke alarm went off at least twice a month which was extremely annoying but the issue seems to be fixed now as it has been a few months since we have had a false alarm. Maintenance is great and any time we have had any issues they have come right away to fix the issue. Living on the 8th floor can be VERY hot sometimes especially now that it’s getting warmer and they have not switched the heat to ac yet. When I asked the office I was informed that the building had until 6-6 to have the ac set up according to the state. Not the response I was looking for. As I’m writing this it’s 90 degrees in my top floor apartment from the heat rising from the first 7 floors. This is probably my biggest complaint as the heating and cooling unit still has hot air coming out of it even with the unit completely turned off because of the first 7 floors. During the winter it would also get extremely hot. We barely used the heat all winter and had to crack the sliding doors at some points just because of heat rising. The office staff is very nice and the conference room is great if you work from home a lot. The computer center doesn’t have any printers and the gym has a broken leg press but other than that very useful. There are plenty of laundry machines so it’s easy to find one to get your laundry done. Best to do it during the week because it’s less busy. The courtyard is great for taking walks and if you have kids or friends to hang out and do outdoor activities. The pool hasn’t opened yet so I can’t speak on that but my husband likes the basketball court and there is a nice play area for kids. My only other two complaints would be the kids running around in the hallways and pressing all of the buttons on the elevator making it frustrating if you try to ride at that time. They have sent out emails about this but really only so much they can do. We have also had the water company randomly come by our apartment twice with no email or notice which is a little unsettling because we chose this apartment based on the key fob entrance and privacy due to previous landlords randomly coming into our home when we weren’t there.Update: I appreciate the manager response. However, my husband has been sick all week this week because it has been so hot and the air is still not turned on. Updated to one star vs 3 because rent is too high to be this miserable at home.

My roommates stuff got stolen from the locker designated to him. I came in the middle of the lease and I am surprised by the blatant lies of the terrible management here. I strongly believe you can get better apartments atleast to name a dozen more in the vicinity much better than this place. The management sucks to the core here . I will not be recommending anyone I know to stay here

I had very bad experience with the new management of Fountainhead. I thought I should take some time to share my experience to help people who don’t know that this is no more the old fountainhead.I live in Fountainhead apartment for 3+ years. I pay my rent in time every month. Recently Management started charging for keys when you sign lease or change apartments, this is one of the gray areas in the lease. As I am not aware of this gray area, I never know there is back log which is purposefully considered as rent not paid in time. This month when I get down to rental office I came to know about this charge, but the management already charged 50$ late pay fee. I have questioned the Manger about this hidden fee and charge and she added 100$ more just because I questioned. And pressurized me to pay the balance. Apparently apartment management targeting tenants with such intentional issues. I can bare ton of issues with the elevators, AC, maintenance, false amenities, but the way management treating tenants is really unfair and unbearable.Bottom line is never even think of fountain head apartment as option, this is no more the old fountainhead. Dont waste your hard earned money in here.

Would be a better place to live if the administration takes care of a few things1. Trash removal - they have been doing a bad job with clearing the trash canal on time2. Washers in the laundry rooms aren’t functioning properly. It’s been a very big problem since day one3. Please make sure the entrances are treated well when it’s snows or when we extreme weather conditionsAlso, I have been trying to get them pay my friend the referral bonus as they advertised. I’ve sent out more than ten emails, and nothing is happening ( don’t worry, I will still be sending out the emails until you pay him the referral bonus )I personally think that it’s the time for the foundation head administrators to conduct a customer satisfaction survey.

The new staff was put in place 4 months ago and they are wonderful, the area is a great place to be. I made the right decision moving here.

Good community to live, very close to restaurants, super markets. I have been living here from past one year and am pretty happy with my decision to stay at Arrive Westborough formerly know as Fountain Head.

This is an old property with old equipments in the apartments. They will not replace cooking range, carpets or any item in the apartment unless it stops working or is badly out of use. So if they have to replace anything, they will put the entire replacement costs on the last tenant who stayed in the apartment. Office staff is pathetic and unprofessional who has the least concern for residents. This is also a cockroach hub and the problem never goes away. Amenities are gym, tennis court and swimming pool in summer. Rest of it is on paper only.It takes a long time for management to switch on the AC during summer irrespective of however warm it gets. Be ready for sleepless sweaty nights.Be sure to keep your copies of all documents as the office staff will misplace these and then will be the entire blame on tenants. In short, beware of the management and office folks.This property is overpriced only because of the schools around this place and not because of any facilities. Proximity to Walmart is a big plus.

Worst Staff, Management and security. I have been here for a year now as I have the lease. This staff, management and security everything is worst. This is an 8 storeys building and only have two lifts for about 180 apartments. Now imagine if they have been repairing a lift for 9 months now and when asked, the staff would respond rudely. When I was extending my initial 6months lease the previous management promised the lift would be repaired soon and then the management changed to Arrive, another 6 months passed its still unrepaired. So when I went to renew my lease I asked Melodee Dumlao - leasing consultant to consider changing our apartment to lower storey(from 7th floor) as I was frustrated using steps daily to save time while going office. But she said no, as its against their policy. In doing so she was very rude in conveying, I dont know how the staff could behave like that with their residents. They are okay if their residents leave their apartment but wont provide a better service. We now have no choice on moving to a different apartment than staying there. I should actually sue them because of their false promises and got leg pains because of their service.I would choose a different apartment and live happily than suffering here with Arrives worst management.

Terrible customer service - girl on the phone seemed bothered to help me. Their website advertises that they have 1 BR units available for $1180 and lease terms range from 1 month up to 15 months.. when I call they tell me that the 1 bedroom I saw online is $1350 and they only have 12 month lease terms available. After reading the terrible reviews about things being broken, terrible management and a run down building. False price advertisement... there are plenty of other decent places to live for 1350..

Never go to this Apartment. The management which took over few years ago is expert in cheating and blackmailing the tenants at the time of leaving the apartment. Just for minor stains on carpet they will confiscate all your deposit and on the top of that send you a bill of another $1000. If you dispute then they blackmail you using the threat off sending that fake bill to collection and spoiling your credit history. Well educated and well paid foreigners who are in the process of settling down in USA are the soft target for this management.

They glam it up on the website, but dont be fooled. Cockroaches... Garbage smells daily... Broken elevator for monthsss... Poor communication and management...I can only commend maintenance for being on there game - thank youThe rest was a disaster without any exaggeration.

Bad experience from New Manager Sarah Reed.I was living for more than a yeear for the month of August rent entered a wrong account number for which payment was not processed called couple of times regarding this issue to leasing office in the month of August but they have said that your account has no due but on 10/25 they have given us a court notice without any prior intimation to vacate but when I went in to speak regarding this issue Manager was so rude she is just yelling at me.RIP Fountain HeadsRegional Manager should look into this

Lots of Indians and a very vibrant Indian community made me feel welcome. Folks play cricket on weekends and all are welcome to join. I had a very memorial 6 month stay at Fountain Head.

I have stayed here for almost eight months and had to break the lease due to my job change. When we moved in, the apartment had so many crayons painted on the balcony, black spots on the carpet and scratches on the doors. We took the pictures and emailed it to leasing office.We do not know but somehow we missed to notice the kitchen floor and there was a little line on the floor which we simply ignored many times and did not think about actually notifying the leasing office.Before our move out they sent someone to do the pre-inspection and he did not tell anything apart from some paint issues on the walls that we agreed to pay as it was our mistake. Suddenly at the time of move out they charged us $418 for crayons and damaged Kitchen floor. We were able to prove that we are not responsible for Crayons but some how we could not prove for Kitchen floor and we ended up paying $348. I am wondering when this apartment already had so many issues then who knows what was bad with Kitchen floor. I can not understand that just for a line on floor they tell us they will replace the whole floor for $348 while the apartment had already so many issues. How come they never fixed the old issues but they want $348 to fix the floor.These apartments are big and have nice surroundings but maintenance team does not pay attention to fix our issues on priority basis. The issues keep waiting for 2-3 weeks. The trash rooms stinks so much that it stinks the whole gallery. Carpets are so dirty in the passage.The apartments are so expensive also.They do not even want their residents to throw boxes or other un-used items in Trash then what are they charging for?

We feel our choice of picking Fountainhead apartments for our stay was worth. The community, location (near to almost all amenities), friendly staff and prompt attention to maintenance requests and much more are what we are finding.

Stay away from Fountainhead. Complete Rip off. There are way better communities available around with flexible lease terms and better floor plans. Location on Route 9 is the only positive. Got a stinky apartment, with heavily used and worn out interiors, but still ended up paying $2500 as move out charge for just 10 month stay. Only because I was last tenant when it was time to replace the carpets. It has been the case with 6 of my neighbors and friends who have moved out in the last 5-6 months. This is the 5th place where I had rented and never I have been charged exorbitantly at move out and all of my previous stays have been peaceful with many happy memories to cherish.Maintenance requests for small fixes that wont hurt a dime would be taken care immediately. Rest they would clearly ignore or maintenance guy would just prolong saying Manager is too busy to discuss it. We were not allowed to have a look at the actual apartment before move in citing various reasons and instead were allowed to see good ones with new interiors, giving false impressions. Right way after getting the keys, starting day one we had been asking to change the apartment and the Manager made herself unavailable then. To top it all ROACHES made it a living hell. We had to live through hell house with a toddler just to see through the lease term else pay thousands of dollars.Also to top it all, leasing consultant responsible to handle move out affairs had the audacity to lie through the teeth claiming the apartment was in brand new condition at move in. This despite having photos and records from the time of move in showing otherwise. WORST EVER EXPERIENCE. It would be interesting to note that none of the better reviews are from past residents, since there are hardly any resident who has seen through a lease term with peace of mind nor has left without a big hole in their purse.

Building 295 each and every floor any one or both Washers in the laundry rooms aren’t functioning properly. It’s been a very big problem since day one.Though you have laundry in every floor but you need scan through all the floor to see which laundry is working.

Beware of the new management. They charge you huge amounts when you vacate their apartments even if you reported the problems when you move in. I have experienced the same recently.

I moved into Fountainhead 4 months back based on good reviews from friends who stayed there, but things have changed after management changed. The leasing staff is not cooperative, all they know is charge you money for everything.Most of the appliances, carpets here are ages old. They will not be changed unless it reached a stage where you cannot use them anymore.Requested a change from an age old carpet to vinyl floor(vinyl is lot cheaper than carpet) for a small foyer area because it was in a bad state, I was asked to pay more rent.You will end up paying very high rent for substantially low quality appliances and carpet.

This place is the worst. Overpriced, dirty, bed bugs, cockroach, mice, smells indian food and not matter what you and your clothes impregnate with it, constant broken elevator, rudest management. Its all about the money and nothing back. Rented here for years. They have increased the price almost 300%. Its surreal. Dont bother calling or even thinking of moving you will be frustrated and disappointed as soon you move here. Moved since a few years ago they kept my deposit acused me of dirty carpet they had to clean after i moved. What do u expect after i lived so many years they never replaced my carpet or cleaned and for a few stains they kept my money?thieves. Fire alarm always go off in the middle of the night like 3 am for someone smoking in the hallways. The list goes on. Since the new company took over the new owners just think money and screw the people who live here
