I wouldnt give them one star. I have spent alot of money on a new phone at this store. Its locked and it doesnt work. Ive spent 4 days on the phone with two different phone companies trying to get it unlocked. They said it was unlocked and ready to go. I asked for a refund of my money or a trade in of another phone on Facebook (where I found the phone) and he blocked me. I called and he hung up on me!! I wouldnt recommend using this company. The phone is cheap, the charger doesnt charge and Im out 1k trying to make it work. Cheap phones is right!
