Internet is ok but they say they are open 24hs when they are not you try and make a payment say if you get off work at 8pm and guess what they are closed so please voonami change the hours you say your open

A hosting center should never go down short of a apocalypse. This is unacceptable. No phone line even to call in.

Voonami is my residential ISP through Utopia. Though setup has been pretty rough and tedious for me as a customer, they are continuing to implement strategies that make it easier on new and existing customers to get set up, and receive support. And, once its all set up, its perfect. Voonami gives those industry leading services, while still being that small town company that cares, and always has a real person there to talk to you.Four months ago, I would have recommended you go with someone else as a residential ISP. Now, however, I recommend nobody but Voonami.
