Really great experience here. Everyone is friendly and helpful, even when a little busy. Much better service than other places so Ill definitely be back. Shout out to Zac, Kelsey, and Bailey for their team effort!

Service here is pretty friendly. My biggest thing is that they now charge .40 cents for a black and white copy! I understand they have to pay payroll and overhead. But I pay less than that elsewhere for COLOR copies! So if you have a page or so to copy and need it quick, this does in a pinch. But to be honest, I am gonna just pick up a black and white laser copier for my home. For less than $75. And print copies for a penny or so apiece. They are too expensive on their services now honestly.

I had never been to Postnet before, but Im glad I went there because I was referred by the USPO...where I needed to return some merchandise that I ordered online! The gal was very helpful applying the return label & shipping out my parcel! She was quick, efficient and very knowledgeable about her job.. I will definitely use Postnet in the future!

The staff members are super nice. However their shipping rates are just outrageous. When I went in with a box smaller than the shoe size box I was offered to do the cheapest option which I agreed to. She stated the cheapest was FedEx and that it was $19.81. Upon further inspection when I got home the cheapest option was the post office at $10.50. The next day I went back with a much larger box and I wanted to see what they would say. I preemptively went on the UPS website knowing that it was going to be cheapest with UPS and found out it was $19.85. They quoted me $38.78 and admitting that their system marks up the post office and the other carriers by 2X the actual postage amount. JUST GO TO THE POST OFFICE OR UPS STORE. They are quoting actual amounts. These guys double it to make money off you.

The lady that helps me is always so nice and frindely,great lady,no the do side to get a fax sent the charge is 2dollars and 59 cents.to day I sent that same fax at the UPS store,1dollar and 20 cents

I am a fellow small business owner, and I don’t know why I keep trying to come here. I have always had a horrible experience! From rude associates, to being charged three dollars to tape a box to send, to being told that I can’t get a receipt for my package due to covid? Pretty sure that illegal too... Ridiculous... I’ll keep driving to the distance to the UPS store.

I was able to last minute print off some items I needed so this place was a lifesaver. The price wasnt too outrageous. Reasonable for the convenience of last minute colored printing.(cheaper than the ink youre probably needing for you printer lol) I can say the two gals working were rude, and kinda snappy. They seemed irritated I was there to use their services. I also heard them be quite sarcastic to an older gentleman. I didnt find in necessary. I understand you can have long irritating days especially on a friday, but they should definitely treat people more respectfully.

If you need to ship anything, these guys know their business. Every time Ive gone somewhere else, I end up regretting it.

I have always used there service before! This time I paid a lot to send something out of country. Postnet promised me they will get it by Thur didn’t get it. Also they had to pay custom fee there to. They should have told me upfront other party have to pay to! I used postnet service before other Party never never had to pay on there end. I will not use postnet again!

My wife does all of her business printing here. Everyone is always very helpful. She always has issues with her black and white with a splash of color print that she takes in for copies, but this family is always patient with her and provides exactly what she needs every time. I love local. The owner is there a lot of the times that I go there. It is great to have a full service place like this so close to my home office.It just is better when you can get to know the owner and deal with him. You know you are getting the best attention possible.

This was the first and last time i will ever come here. Sent 2 separate boxes, was told that they would be delivered on Tuesday and found out on Tuesday that they would actually be delivered Thursday. Poor customer service after your employee gave me wrong information.

Helpful and somewhat friendly. This Business does NOT have extended Holiday hours, which is a negative. PostNet is more expensive then FedEx and UPS for printing, faxing, & copying. If you want to save money, dont come here.

I swear this place cant be trusted with USPS packages. After the last time when one of my packages went missing for weeks, I swore this place off. Then, out of desperation, someone I know dropped off five or six USPS packages here three days ago and the tracking info still hasnt been updated. This ONLY happens with PostNet and nowhere else. This used to be my favorite place to ship about ten years ago, but not anymore! USPS packages go missing at PostNet!

No matter what I’ve taken to them they’ve gotten me the best price and took extra time to make sure of it!

I love going to them for any school projects they are way good creative and have everything done in a mater or minutes.i do have to say that it would be better if they were open on sundays other than that its my place to go for printing, putting papers into a spiral ring and everything else also sending stuff.

A great place to get things done. I hate the hours. 9-6 does not work for people who also work during the day. Leaving Saturday. I personally hate doing errands on Saturdays.

I went there yesterday to make a label and ship a package through dhl, the employee was very helpful and nice, not to mention patient, I would most definitely would come again!

The guy was named Dustin we had 50 invitations and he messed up one of them but he thought we didnt notice and then just never said anything. We paid for each invitation individually I know It was just one but the fact he tried to hide and play it off was not ok

Horrible horrible prices. They overcharge way to much, their margins must be insane. Dont spend your hard earnt money here, just use UPS, Fedex, or USPS.
