Lowe’s is impressive. Got help the moment I walked in. Which is good because I need help 🙂. I like finding what I need and getting out of there before I buy the whole store. So much going on in there. If you can’t find what you need there, they haven’t invented it yet. Definite stop for more at some point.

Some times it seems like Im here more then on the job . Great kitchen planers great employees it almost seems you can ask any single one and they all know where what ever it is you need resides

When it gets to the bottom line, Lowes gives the homeowner/do-it-yourselfer the best treatment from any of the big box stores...

I usually go to Home Depot cause they’re closer to home. But with the house project I was doing I looked up the shelve selection at this Lowe’s and found that they have a bigger selection then Home Depot and had a shelf that I wanted and would work for what I needed.The online is very user friendly.I like to screenshot what I’m after and simply go get it.While walking to aisle 30 there was a group of employees that were deep in conversation.The type of conversation where you don’t want to be the one that says, “hi could I get some help?” and then the whole group stares at you for chiming in on their conversation. LolYeah, no. I’ll just help myself. 🤣Finding what I needed was super easy.The prices here are lower then I expected.

I would give a zero star if possible for this store at 5600w 4700s. The July 4th coupon ad was expired one day ago, and they was not take off and their employee told me the coupon still apply. The manager told me she can not reprint the rebate coupon because it was expired with out any apology for missed guiding the customers. Almost $100 off would be nice, but an apology will be better.

Excellent shop. You can shop for everything here. Just limited outdoor furniture. The one we saw, there was people sitting on it. Made it impossible to have a proper look. Went elsewhere after that.

Very helpful...at first I wasnt sure cause I was double charged and I didnt notice until I got home and when I went back they looked into it and long story short they fixed it but yeah very helpful

They do not maintain inventory levels as well as home depot I would recommend home depot over lowes cause this location never has what I want or need

I liked this Lowes much better than the one in Jordan Landing. All the employees were friendly and helpful. I must have been asked 6x if I needed help. Unlike the Jordan Landing Lowes, there IF you can find someone they dont know were anything is.Ill drive the extra 20 minutes to this store from now on.

They had the brick masons hammer home depot did not. Better inventory. Friendly checkout and they were not over crowded.

The kid working at paint was very unhelpful. He spent 25 minutes walking around with a guy answering all of his questions and helping him find everything he needed, and then when it was my turn he couldn’t be bothered to answer a single question.Also, based on years of shopping at Lowe’s, know what you’re looking for before you go in, because anytime we ask for help or advice, no one seems to know what they’re talking about.

I ordered dimensional lumber and paid for delivery. They deliver to me really bad wood. Never order wood, because they will choose a wood that is leftover and not useful for anything.Yesterday I could not find one good 2 in x 6 in x 10. I went to home depot and for the same cost, they offer much better products. One day I was waiting for someone to tell me the cost of a cable after 15 min employee come and tell me that she doesn’t know and the person who knows is not there. Again, I had to go to home depot and purchase an electrical cable. I used to prefer lowes but I am living in this store.

Helped get the mini fridge from the top shelf for me then helped me load it into my truck. Totally helpful and friendly

I cannot believe how nice everyone was to us. We called ahead they had all of our stuff ready and on the cart! They were friendly and nice and went out of their way. Although I live in Murray, I will go out there anytime for my materials.

I appreciate Lowes having Veteran only parking spaces, as well as military and Veteran discounts. Additionally Lowes staff members are typically knowledgeable and friendly. That being said...for me...the only reason to step foot in this place is if the Home Depot or Ace doesnt have what Im looking for or if Im in a rush and Lowes happens to be the nearest place. *Never buy used or open box appliances from them though...ever*

I think Lowes is a great place to buy what you need for home usually less busy than Home Depot but they have less personal too so if you have questions you might walk a few aisles looking for somebody.

Worst experience ever. Very bad customer service. We bought a refrigerator that cost us $1199 and simply one day didn’t work anymore. They don’t want to exchange it and we bought the extended warranty for 3 years but they didn’t help us either. We have bought so many times in Lowe’s in the past but after this experience we will never buy anything there anymore. This is the worst store and I don’t recommend anybody to go shopping there. We are very disappointed. This store doesn’t deserve not even one star.

This particular Lowes location was not all that hard to find. It did seem like there were a number of workers that were willing to help but never asked to help me. I will probably shop here again, but only if I cant find something at Home Depot. There are also a number of items that I had a hard time finding, but once I asked a sales associate where it was, they were able to point me in the right direction. I hope that my experience next time will be better than this time, there is always room for improvement.

Probably the worst Lowe’s to go to I would say. I asked for a price check since some lumber rang up higher than advertised. Instead of checking the sticker on the bay the guy just scans it with his handheld and tells me that’s the price. Mind you, this is the guy in charge of the lumber department. I told him it’s false advertising and he scoffed in my face and said, “what, you looking for 23 cents?” The audacity of him acting like I want a handout! On a dozen pieces that’s a few dollars, so yeah I wanted the advertised price. I should have told him to pay the difference since he apparently makes boat loads of cash to throw away. Don’t let big box stores keep taking your hard earned money! Home Depot down the road is more welcoming and I will go out of my way to them when I need to. Lowe’s, a bit of advice: emphasize customer service with your employees.

I dont know what has happened to customer service anymore. I buy two bug zappers and an 8 ft extension cord. The checker tells me theres no UPC label on the cord then gives me an incredulous look like Im supposed to go do a price check. I shrugged and told her it must be free then. So she begrudgingly got a coworker (Cindy) to go find the price. Cindy took my 8-ft cord with her and still managed to come back with a price for a 15 ft cord. I just paid for the 15 ft cord took my 8-ft cord and left. Unbelievable nowadays what passes for help.

Good store. Its clean. Lowes teens to be more expensive than Home Depot. Home Depot also doesnt charge you for wood cuts or pipe cuts.

Customer service as of lately has gone downhill and only about half of the employees seem to know or care what they are doing right. I used to come to Lowe’s because of the knowledgeable staff and less crowds than Home Depot, but I’ve now had enough bad experiences with them that I will be taking my business to Home Depot and bearing the crowds. Plus they have cheaper prices and more things in stock anyway.

Dont generally give 5* but I went in looking for 1 item said they had 2 (only ones in the valley) asked an associate for directions she sent us directly to them and was in and out in 10 mins.. much needed to get back to my project... way to go Lowes!

I bought kitchen cabinets from Lowes online. Lowes in West Valley City fulfilled the order. During installation, we discovered one of the cabinets was defective. I called Lowes West Valley and two employees made EXTRAORDINARY efforts to make sure I got a replacement cabinet while we were doing the installation. They were amazing, they personally delivered the replacement immediately. I wanted to give Melanie and Matt a positive review in the Lowes system but there was apparently no way to do that, so Im giving them a Google shout-out. Thank you Melanie and Matt for your superb customer service!

8/14/21 UPDATE: ordered on the Lowe’s App and everything was ready when I arrived. Literally pulled into a stall and the customer service guy was coming out. Much improved from months ago. Awesome service!They’re getting this only because they remembered they forgot to add an item from my original order. It took 48 hours for them to recognize their mistake but they caught it.Otherwise nice staff and very helpful when I was in the store.

We bought a $900 washing machine LESS THAN 3 months ago. It BROKE, leaked all over my hardwoods in the nearby- kitchen, causing them to warp. My husband went to return it so I could at least have a washing machine while the floors are being repaired. Guess what they said?? NOPE. But YOU CAN BUY ANOTHER WASHER! WOWWWW! We spend THOUSANDS there every month as we run a house flipping business! This is how they treat their best customers! Imagine how they treat someone who only goes their occasionally! If I could put 0 stars I would.

Most of the time they have what I need and I dont wait in line long. They have awesome return policy for diy projects.

For the most part, Im satisfied with this Lowes. They have a nice 10% discount for us veterans and a few dedicated parking stalls near the front entrance.BUT, Ive been disappointed the last two times. One was on a return on a manufacturers guaranteed product. It was way past the 90 day Lowes return policy, and in the past I had no problem with a manufactures guarantee that was 3 years beyond the Lowes 90-day period. I gave them the defective product and manufacturers guarantee and received an in-store credit card. The most recent experience was different. I now had to call a special Lowes sponsored telephone number for that particular manufacturer and receive a 6 digit code that I could then take to my local store along with the product and sales receipt. The personnel there had no idea on how to deal with the situation. It took a supervisor and 30 minutes to figure out the proper procedure for refunding me. 4 out of 5 stars for that experience.The other experience was in the plumbing department. I had some water leaking from both the spout and handle of an outdoor anti-syphon faucet. I removed a faucets stem hoping to merely get some new washers at Lowes. The sales representative there said that he couldnt help me and that I would have to buy an entirely new faucet ($30 - $50). Being that the original faucet was attached to some PEX pipe meant that Id have to cut the pipe in order to properly remove the faucet. That meant having to buy some new PEX pipe ($3) to replace the severed and discarded piece as well as a crimping tool ($80) and crimp rings ($7) to attach the new PEX to the old PEX pipe and new faucet. From merely purchasing some washers for $4 or $5, I was now looking at spending around $120 - $140!Discouraged, I went to a plumbing supply store and ended up spending $5 for some new washers that work just fine. Thats 2 out of 5 stars.Average the two experiences gives this store a 3 star rating.

I have been a Lowes customer for years. After the way I was treated by a salesman I will never step inside another Lowes again.

Wr wanted to order some paint bit couldnt find any help. There were 3 ladys huddled together at customer service and wouldnt look at me to come help so I walked around the store looking for help and couldnt find any. My husband stayed right at the order desk. After 10 minutes we left and went to home depot. We got service right away thwre!

Third trip in a row ripped off checking out through gardening theyve got a real problem! Just going to have to drive further to avoid that place!

This is the best Lowes Ive ever been to. The staff are so friendly and helpful, even during their heaviest shopping days! If They dont know the answer they will figure it out and come find you.

My father and I came to this Lowe’s in search of a new washer. When we were walking around trying to find an an associate, we found one sitting there on the phone that didn’t sound professional at all. We came up to him and he quickly ended his call and proceeded to help us. Turned out it was out of stock. And he left us alone. We decided to get another one and it was in stock. We came up to customer service to check some details about the card and it was good until this other customer was having trouble returning something, and after he left the associates started complaining about the man out loud. That is disrespectful. Careful about this place.

Usually has everything I need. It’s not as overwhelming as Home Depot. The customer service is good.

Darlie at self checkout is a wonderful associate. Managers Tasha and Tonya are very competent.

I want to give this place a 1 star because of my interaction with Travis. An associate who has worked there for over 14 years & he still hasnt learned how to treat a customer. If it wasnt for Meghan Hughes(who made some mistakes but was very nice & corrected them) & the department manager(who made sure to hear me out & address Travis), this would be a 1 star review.
