Absolutely terrible location. Every-time we’ve come in to get something fixed they make it worse and end up deactivating your internet account or messing up the speeds you get. They always tell you you need to call xfinity customer service to get anything taken care of. I had nothing but problems on more than one occasion with this store and I will not being coming back to this location.
Wags and Vanessa were very both extremely helpful with our internet connection, which wasnt working. These great Comcast staff were there to help when we needed it. Thank you!
First off let me say that the employees at this xfinity store are definitely a family and make you feel welcomed and truly care about fixing any problems or concerns you have. You can see that the reason for such hard workers and great customer service is due to the guidance and training of the manager Stephanie who is amazing at her job and definitely leads by example. That whole crew is awesome very professional and fun to deal with. I wish there were more stars to give. Thanks again guys!
Awesome customer service tonight! My first time using Xfinity Comcast and as I walked in their store Stephanie and I think Alex was his name and the other gentleman were able to help me promptly even though they were about close and busy with another customer. Thank you for helping me with what I needed y’all’s 👍

0 stars if I could. This place was a terrible experience. The guy helping us is terrible we came to realize he took the freedom to set up automatic payments for us when we had a charge for almost $300 after we said we werent interested in that. My bill was more then what I had been told it would be. We went back and were told we signed a 2 year contract so we couldnt change anything I then pulled up the contract where it clearly states we have 30 days to cancel after installation to get a full refund. Very unprofessional and uneducated in their products and services our security system doesnt work the way we had been told. I would skip this location and drive a little further for better service and knowledge in West Jordan.
Walked in the store and was greeted by multiple people which is rare to get more than one employee to greet you these days. Molly came over to help me and was very friendly and helpful. She was able to assist the reason I came in for and and helped to see if I had the best plan available for me. She was not pushy as she brought up other products that might suit my needs. Thanks for your customer service.
These guys are great, 10/10 would recommend avoiding the Call Center and just talking to these awesome individuals.
Waited all weekend to get in for an appointment to repair a phone that is not working properly only to be told they can not help me. Even though when I stopped in on Friday, I was assured they could. I even left work early to make this appt.Everyone in the store was on their phones, not one of these employees looked up as I entered, and they seemed surprised when I said I had an appointment.Sandra, the sweet gem that I got stuck with clearly did not want to be at work today. She offered me no resolution other than buying a new phone.The icing on the cake is that I called customer service to receive an agent that did not have a good connection and I could not understand. I was placed on hold for 12 minutes only to be hung up on.I’ve just switched all of my mobile lines and home internet to Xifinity. Needless to say they make a lot of money off of me to provide no support. So disappointed with the lack support and care.
Very bad customer service here, not transparent about anything. No paperwork to sign, just did it all through the computer without explaining anything. Why wear a mask when you put it right under your nose, that is useless.
Lady helping us wasnt wearing her mask the entire time we were in the store and paid more attention to the couple next to us that was telling a story. At least the exchange was fast, but not professional.Please be aware that we are still on a pandemic and its unsafe to not be wearing a mask especially when dealing with multiple people all day. At one point her co-worker even passed her a mask and she still didnt put it on.
I had no problem except this timeWe had a v.i.p package threw the apt to upgrade internet cost for 20 dollars more if we have any problem go back to talk to them in person instead they add another account with out there knowledge and over charging us 157 dollars try talking to customers service they where no help try in person no help them calling customers service through billing extremely nice and help us allot 10 star to them
The girl I that helped us didn’t know what she was doing she somehow ruined my iCloud now we have to wait for apple to contact us. The girl manager didn’t even want to help my fiancé out with a simple problem on his phone, she told him she couldn’t help and to call support. We decided to go to xfinity in West Jordan and they fixed the problem we had. I recommend everyone go to the one in West Jordan.
Horrible customer service my son went to return our equipment the reps there were staring at him non stop and asking him where he was from instead of how they could help, they made him feel very uncomfortable and judged.

Went in last month to chang our service because we dont need all the options we were paying for. We signed up for new service and were given a total for the new billing. I thought we needed to sign paperwork the sales woman said it wasnt necessary and today we received the new bill NOTHING HAS GHANGED.
This place has the worst customer service out there. Very impolite.They dont even greet you coming in. Pretty small store to go unnoticed, yet cant see you coming in. I recommend taking a longer drive to a more professional xfinity store, that would appreciate offering help. Awaiting pictures to expose the manager involved... Im sorry this aint no blue boutique maybe should try another profession?
