I wanted to update this. These guys are simply the best. Ive been with them for A while, theyve always treated me like family. They have always gone above and beyond to help me. They are always willing to help you out. Just communicate with them and treat them with respect. Im still doing business with them, and will continue to do so! Thanks again guys!

Normally the staff here are super friendly and helpful. But today when I called I spoke to someone and they were incredibly rude.Kept speaking over me didn’t let me speak and told me they were coming for my items. I’ve tried paying several times online and their site has been down and when it’s down I’ve personally walked into the store & had things taken care of.

They treat people right I haven’t had any issues with them I have two things through them and I like them

I got a washer and drier from this location today and the units they brought to me were a disaster. Mind you these are $1,700.00 units. When they brought these units they were filthy dirty, there was crayon melted in the drier, the lint trap was so jam packed full of lint we couldn’t even pull the lint trap out. When they were installing the washer, they also flooded my hall way with water and didn’t bother to tell me they had got water all over my carpet; and it was not just a little bit of water, the carpet was saturated. Be leery of the promises they make you when making an agreement with them. They told me these units would be cleaned before they were delivered to my home. They failed to follow threw with this promise. These units were far from clean when we received them this afternoon and we are absolutely disgusted with the filth that came along with them. If I could give zero stars for the quality of service and the product I received from this place I would. I’m very disappointed.

I realize that I paid too much for my bed frame. Thats fine. Its what I expected. I also realize that, when it got damaged, it was due to my use of it. What I cant stand, what I cant accept, is that the company wouldnt replace/repair it. Why do I think they should? Because the incident that damaged the bed frame was ultimately caused by the person that put it together, which was the people who delivered it. Theres no way that the runner board could have slipped from the bracket without either a manufacturer or assembler defect, therefore it is not my fault that it was damaged, therefore the company should replace it. I even paid the extra money for their liability waiver, which is an optional service that I thought would protect me. When I presented the problem to the representative of the company? They told me to pay it off and sell it. At this point, Id get more for scrapping it! Nobody is going to want to buy it with a huge gouge where the runner board goes! Everyone will question the structural integrity! I wouldnt buy it, thats for sure. Never again will I do business with Rent-A-Center. Youre better off trying RC Willeys. Theyre cheaper and give you a real warranty, which lasts longer than the time youre paying on the product.

I have been renting from this location from years and I can not tell you how much I regret purchasing anything from this location. The manager yelled at my friends son for spilling something on the carpet in the location. When it comes down to final pay off this manager lied to me 3 times about the amount. I will not be walked on by the manager at this location. The manager was the only one in on a Saturday morning and was smoking inside the store with the door open. I can not tell you how many issues are with the manager at this location. If you want to invest invest in another rent a center location.

This place is excellent. The manager Ryan is fantastic. The quality of products, the prices, policies, service, everything was excellent.

Love this place, and love the staff! They are all so friendly, and just like family!

Extremely bad service, the worst costumer service Ive received in my all life, I went today trying to find some matress spend more than 2 hours and the boss told us he couldnt find the size I was looking for it, IM MEAN...seriously??? no new merchandise for me?? He just let me stand up in the front desk waiting for an answer? ... Thanks God I walk away 3 blocks ahead and I found what i was looking for me... 1,200 dlls and the best customer service that means PRICELESS! !! Never ever come back again to Rent a center!! :(

This place honestly is awful. Went in to rent an Xbox, they took forever to get the paper work looked at, the manager on sight was cussing up a storm because his printer had broke, he was very inconsiderate and unprofessional. They are extremely scetchy about what they do here.

So horrible Don Nicole such rude employees need to get fired husband was talking to her she hung up on him about two times while my husband was still trying to talk to her and Don told me so much stuff, not cool worst people ive met such horrible employees they have here do not buy anything fromservice unless you want bad costumer service ... They need to get fired and new people !
