5/5 For small shops and larger1/5 For the HobbyistI tried to buy ~6 bf of maple, was told quantity too small and to go elsewhere. Other reviews here state its a good place for the hobbyist, so I think its useful to state reality.

Their customer service rocks. Even though I am a small shop. They know my name every time I come in the door or call in. They can deliver to homes or shops for super cheap. I live in Saratoga Springs, Utah and they have no problem delivering to me. I know they have also delivered all the way up to idaho. I can go up and handpick through really great wood. Their pricing is really great. Can you think of anything else that you are looking for in a good supply company?

Although I dont buy lot of hardwood, when I do I always buy it here. Their prices are good even for the hobbiest and service is good as well. I also recommend this business to others every chance I get. My 4 star review this time reflects my surprise and dissappointment that not a single employee, from the office to the warehouse, was wearing a mask.

I called this place to find a large custom piece of wood for a custom fireplace in my home. The man who answered told me to go to home depot and hung up on me. I will never shop this place again. Customer service is absolutely horrible and theres no need to treat anyone with such disrespect.

Went to pick up an order for a friend of mine. And was greeted my warm friendly front staff. They made sure as a first time customer that I knew where I needed to go to load up the order. Once I was in receiving one of the forklift drivers by the name of Kyle was so beyond helpful in helping me load the order in my truck (beings I was alone) highly recommend. Clean professional and great working atmosphere !

We have purchase from them when they were at another location. Our experience with High Mountain has always been 5 star. We went there today and purchase some 4/4 Maple. The service was 5 star, and the product was 5 star. We will back. A wonderful experience today

I think they might be the cheapest wood place around. They were ruthless on the phone though. super mean. Guy name Ryan was really nice but this other guy was a huge jerk.

Dont believe the 5pm closing time nonsense. These cats scoot out of the place at 4:30, so if youre stuck in traffic and call at 4:40 to say youre doing your best to get there by their stated closing time of 5pm, and ask them if theres any way someone could stick around one or two extra minutes, and you show up at 4:58, theyre going to be gone, man. As Skitch from That Thing You Do would say, Them cats dont know squat about service.
