Very long wait, only to buy a fitting. Their CC Machine was down, they wanted me to write my credit card number on a piece of paper to process later. They would not accept any other form of payment. I turned the part back, I will not be their customer.Hose and Rubber Supply was the exact opposite experience, will utilize these guys over Erik’s all the time!

Sales staff is very unprofessional. If I could give them a zero rating I probably would have. I called 7 days ago and spoke with one of their salesman named Mike. I shared with him my situation and indicated it was fairly urgent. I asked if I hear back from him by days end which he assured me would happen.. Never did!! Called two more times for him Tuesday, Wednesday of last week. Both times I was told he had gone to lunch, Tuesday’s lunch at 11:15 a.m. and the next day at 3:25 p.m. Today.. 7 days later, I reached him. I was polite with my follow up questioning for the hose I was in need of. Mike said there must have been a glitch or something wrong with emails or the system. Mike told me he had finished my quote and emailed it off to me for sure. He apologized for me not getting it and said he would send it again immediately. We confirmed emails addresses 1 & 2 that were given. I was told I would see the emailed quote in 5 minutes or less. I figured he hadn’t worked on it at all. This way the 5 minutes would give him time to look up the product needed, get his information together and finally send it. Well.. here it is 9:30 p.m. 7 nights later and no email. In the morning I will call Hose & Rubber in Salt Lake and be taken care of...if not immediately, for sure same day.

I had a situation where I had a customer in Phoenix in desperate need of some hard-to-find fittings; of course it was late in the afternoon. I spoke to Mason Moore who confirmed that they had the fittings. He had to rush to get them to UPS for a next day delivery, saving our customer more downtime. They went above and beyond for us. This kind of service is why we use Eriks.

Absolutely terrible slow counter staff waited 45 minutes because they wanted to chit chat and not take care of the 13 people waiting in line worst experience ever will never buy from them again
