Incredibly fast and friendly. Knowledgeable and fair-priced. We were two weeks outside of our warranty with our HP Pavilion 24 All-In-One when our monitor stopped working. After calling HP support, they confirmed that they wouldn’t help us; we would have to pay an estimated $400 to replace the video cable. Praying for a miracle and hoping that we would find a local, reasonably priced repair shop, we found All In One Computers. I would give them 0 stars if I could. When I originally called they said it sounded like my issue would maybe take a couple days max. After a week I hadnt heard from them so I called and no answer. I figured they were busy and gave them a few more days and called again. I received a text from them asking if they could call me back...they never called back. After a few more days I called again, no answer, so I left a message asking them to give me a call. Never heard from them. over the next week I called a few more times and they never answered or called back. after 3 weeks I had called many times left multiple messages and they never responded. After 4 weeks I finally sent a text to his personal number and he responded with, sorry, who is this? I explained who I was and that I would like an update on my computer. he had no idea who I was and had to ask what the issue with my computer was. he responded with, oh, I couldnt fix your problem. sorry. and that was it very unprofessional to not call or a or give me any updates or answer calls or to even respond. especially after 4 weeks.

Jesse upgraded my ram and switched my hard drive to an SSD on my Acer laptop. Did it at an awesome price, and I got it in time for class the next day.

Highly recommended! Took my MacBook Pro in to Jesse and he did a free diagnostic on it to see what was wrong. Only took about 5 minutes for him to diagnose what was wrong (hard drive was almost fried). He gave me a quote and almost 24 hours later my MacBook Pro had a bigger and brand new hard drive, new OS, and he successfully transferred everything from one hard drive to the new one without losing any data. Best part was the price: incredibly fair and affordable. If anything, he probably should have charged me more! Very nice guy and very knowledgeable about Mac repairs. Ill be taking all my computers to him from now on and recommending him to anyone I know who needs computer repair.
