Can I give 10 ⭐s? Never had my carpets professionally cleaned before. When I heard of Ez Clean it was by word of mouth. All I heard were good things. The quality, the outcome and the people who do it are so friendly and really worked hard on my carpet. They were on time and they took the time to do an amazing job. Part of my house felt so fresh and so clean clean haha. For real though, I LOVED the results. Theyve already been to my house twice! The prices are good!! Most definitely will keep calling them back! Love these guys!!!

I missed Allen. He would go the extra mile and get the high traffic areas in my house out and would work extra hard on the annoying spots that we couldn’t get out. He would usually do anything and everything to get spots out. However, this new guy Chad, he indicated that he’s using a new chemical that the extra work wasn’t needed. So far, the spots are still there. The high traffic areas are semi clean and the red spots don’t even looked touched! I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt and still gave him a chance when I saw it wasn’t Allen. I’ve used these guys for the past four years and I would gladly use them again if it were Allen.

I started having the carpet at my restaurant done by them about 2 years ago and as long as EZ Clean is in business I wont have any other company do my carpets. Ive recommended them to everyone I know because Allen and Karissa are amazing. Professional, always on time, competitive pricing. Most importantly, however, are the results. 20 year old carpets in a busy restaurant with stains and high traffic areas that I thought would always look dingy came out looking like new. Alan was professional and very knowledgeable in his trade. He was was well prepared with modern equipment utilized in cleaning carpets. I watched as he carefully vacuumed the rooms to be cleaned. He then sprayed cleaning solution and used a power brush to lift the dirt. He used a special wand and hoses from his truck injecting steam and simultaneously vacuuming the excess moisture. He even left fans to expedite the drying process. I highly recommend EZ Clean for professional carpet cleaning. We will definitely use them in the future.

I highly recommend EZ Clean. We were looking for a good deal for our house that we rent out. Little did I know, we were getting a great deal for exceptional work! Allen cleaned our entire house both carpet and tile. He did a phenomenal job. Both the carpet and tile look brand new. He even helped us move some boxes out of our basement so we wouldnt have to walk on the carpet. We will definitely use EZ Clean again and recommend them to anyone!

Allen was quick to return my call, sent an appointment reminder the day before he came, and did an amazing job on all the carpets and one sofa in my large house! He also cleaned my grout and got it back to its original color, something I honestly didn’t think was possible!! EZ Clean did a great, very thorough job on both my dryer vents! I couldnt believe the ton of gunk he got out of them. And the price was incredibly reasonable compared to all the rest. Very nice, conscientious and thorough.

Our carpets look great and care was taken to be sure our home was left just the way we like it. The hardwood floor in the was wiped down to be sure no dirt made it into our house. We are very happy with the service and would call them again.

Al did a great job on our carpet! We appreciated all the prep work he did and he even came back to work on a spot we noticed the next day. He left his fans overnight to help dry the carpet sooner as we are getting it ready to sell which was very helpful! Excellent work at a great price! Allen was a stand-up guy I felt comfortable having in my home (with children, pets, and about to deliver a baby :). He went above and beyond. We did have a scheduling problem, but he was very apologetic and totally made up for it with the excellent job he did when he came two days later than originally scheduled. He did our microfiber sectional and rocking chair, and VERY heavily soiled/stained carpets. They look WAY BETTER than I expected or hoped. Will definitely use again and recommend to others!

I highly recommend EZ Clean to clean your carpets! Allen sent a reminder text the day before, as well as calling the day of the appointment. He went above and beyond what was expected, and I appreciated that he also offered little plastic booties to put on our feet. He left fans out for a while for the carpet to dry faster, raking the carpet after as well. We had a great experience with EZ Clean.

Small company with personal excellent service. The actual cleaning process included steps we’d never seen before. This is not a spray on suck off operation. Moved a lot in the military so I cleaned and had cleaned a lot of carpets. Allen surpasses anything I’ve seen. He was polite, professional, concerned, and his work was excellent. I booked my appointment a week ago for today (Ju.e 12, 2019) to clean my Entire home. (6 bedrooms, living room hall and stairs). I should have known this was a shady company with his very unprofessional manner of answering his phone. After telling him what I needed. He said, text me your address and date so I can save your info.... so I did. 15 minutes after my 8-9 window closed I called to verify our appt. And he said he didnt have me on his schedule.I spent 5 hours cleaning and vacuuming my ENTIRE home last night and got up and 5am to put a lot of things on top of our mattress so they can clean the most carpet possible in all 6 rooms. I planned my entire day to be out of the house so my kids dont step on the wet carpet. I even put dinner in the crockpot so we can stay out of house for at least 8 hrs. All so he can say my appt.was never scheduled do to this new internet phone he got... Totally ride and u professional. He offered to comeback in 2 days... but that is not going to work... TODAY! Is when I need him. Sigh... thats what i get for going with a small business.
