Please don’t bring your trucks/ small trucks anything that is not a sedan here unless you want to leave with scratches on your car. My Jeep Wrangler had zero scratches ( we recently purchased it ) and we took it 09/25/2021 to get it washed since it needed to be vacuumed. We heard something odd as it was getting slathered with the soap and the blue and red rags swinging everywhere kinda like a tiny pebble dragging we didn’t think much of it but once it got dried and we inspected the car we see this 12 inch long scratch on our door 😭😭😭. You’re better off just go to a self serve one

I use this car wash almost an year but today i went there cz my car is dirty from outside nd i wash fist time its not clear at all . I have basic membership with them nd i ask them second time to can u pls put some pressure water with pipe on my frnt of the car they said u have too pay extra for pressure with pipe . I was very upset cz just for one pressure u gys chagre me extra nd i have membership with them for year that crazy nd its still derty in the frnt nd I decided to cncl my membership on this car wash

The man who saw me arrive walked over to assist me. He was extremely pleasant, happy, and accommodating. I just asked how to set it up for monthly and he stayed to help through the entire process. He had me come back around when I finished and he put the sticker inside the window. The choice of services above was worded in a way that I didnt mark them. They dont perform the actions. The customer does on their own. Everything is available though. Wash, wax, vacuuming, detailing, etc. This is worth the money.😉

Ive been a monthly pass holder for 2 vehicles for a couple of years and love it. My car and tall truck fit and stay spiffy, and clean of salt during the winter. Weve only had a few close calls with people unaware that you can put your car in drive without touching the brake, and almost roll into them. Free vacuums and compressed air are awesome for detailing..My kids love beard guy because hes so friendly whether we see him at the car wash or in the convenience store. Staff is quick to help if there are issues with the tag reader or when they get busy. I will hold a pass as long as we own our vehicles.

Things that come standard at other carwashes you have to pay extra for here which is disappointing because its the little things that keep you coming back, like the quick spray down before you enter the wash- thats $3 here. Its just sad that you can drop almost $10 on a wash and it only gets your car decently clean. This place is a esthetically pleasing tho, and its right next to the gas station, and to top it off there was a beautiful sunset that night. Ha!

First time using this car wash and my son and I really like the setup. They have air compressor nozzles to blow off water and dust throughout your vehicle. I wish we have this in our area of Florida.

Charlies car wash is typical automated car wash - you pull up, make your selection(s) from a screen, drive up to the beginning of the wash (a worker is there to direct you), and your vehicle is put on a belt that pulls you through the wash.They offer a few different options (basic, better, best - type), additional services ( like bug cleaning or mud removal), and yearly discounted passes.Cons for me are that they are a little pricey, and never seem to get the back of my Subaru (flat, hatch back) totally clean.

Only saw 1 person wearing a mask, there were a total of 6 employees I saw working. The lady who took out payment was extremely close to our window with no mask. Guys who wiped down the car before entering the wash had no masks, laughing close together. One man had a mask pulled down to there chin. We’re still in a pandemic in a state that has high covid cases. BE SANITARY and Use a Mask when interacting with customers. This car wash is located in a busy street, the risk exposure is extremely high.Shout one to the guy who wore a mask! I appreciate you and kept your distance with all your co workers. Wish I got your name to give you a proper thanks!

DONT COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR CAR IN ONE PIECE. The manager that was directing me on to the track of this wash had me keep moving right causing my wheel cover to get stuck and rip through. He then proceeded to rip this cover off breaking the clips to my front bumper causing damage. He apologized and told me to file a claim and they would take care of it. I then called multiple times in a weeks time finally hearing back from the same guy that damaged my vehicle. He proceeded to tell me they won’t be replacing anything. What a shame! It’s all on camera so at least the courts will see that. Don’t come here.

I feel like for an $18 car wash there shouldnt be a bunch of dirt left on the car like this. Also I paid for the turtle Wax and never even received it. this is only a couple photos. there was a lot of dirt left on the car.

I used to have a basic membership and it was much cheaper & worth it ! Yesterday afternoon took my car in with the most expensive wash they have which is WORKS first off the spray down wasn’t all that good, then I got disappointed on the poor tire shine & the shine the wax can provide can be much better but that’s no the case. Step up your game Charlie’s especially if you’re gonna be pricey like that !

Ive been to a lot of car washes in the area and Charlies Car Wash is by far one of the best. Its one of those car washes that has a long enough tunnel to make you feel like your car is actually clean when you come out. I was impressed by how there was hardly any water on the car when we came out and the tires were really shiny. The vacuums are powerful, and they even have little air guns to get water out of small crevices on your car. This car wash is a great addition to the area.

I love the convenience. I wish each renewal would include a air freshener like when I joined. It smells so good.

This is one of the best tunnel car washes I have been to yet. I have tried a few others and had a subscription to one in particular, starts with a m, and these guys trump it. It also helps that it is close to home where the others are pretty far out of the way. Only semi down side is they only have the one location around here so there is that to consider if you do the membership. I do love how friendly they are and they will spray the car off with a soap prince before you start through the wash. If you ask nicely they will even spray off your floor mats for you.

I took my Jeep after a day on muddy trails. I bought the most expensive wash and paid for extra muddy. They were amazing and ran it through twice! I would definitely recommend them for a great wash.

I just would like to say, absolutely do not work here or support this business, owners will not give minors breaks even on busy days. they do not follow legal guidelines, they do not give employees their overtime and lie. they yell at their employees and make them feel horrible, they constantly threaten them and tell them to leave. Vacuums really are BAD. They don’t suck up nothing . “Tire Shine” 80% of the time doesn’t work. And yes I pay for the deluxe.

Dont bother buying a membership at this location. They do not care to give you the full level of service you pay for. Also beware if you care about your car and its alignment as theyd Prefer to stay warm inside and rush out to get the job done rather than dedicate time to your car and make sure that everything is set up.Note to the owner... Your employees are not fighting to save your memberships. When I did go in to cancel my $45 membership they didnt give any care in the world to try and save it.

This is a brand new state of the art drive through car wash. Two guys scrub the car down and pretreat any mud, bug splats, etc before it runs through the automatic wash, rinse and wax. It also has undercarriage wash and wheel scrub/shine. The blow dryers get the car mostly dry. Includes vacuums and blow guns for you to use after wash.Ive been satisfied with the service and have not had any damage to my car.I bought the monthly Works wash membership. Its nice being able to run my car through the wash whenever I want without any limitations.

My vehicle honestly looks like its brand new an something I love about the place aside from the amazing wash is the suction power of the vacuums my vehicle is so clean very helpful in getting dirt an crumbs in tight to reach places.

I’m impressed, read below why.I have a membership with Mister Car wash for my personal SUV, I have Quick Quack car wash for my work car (I work south of SLC) and I accompanied my girlfriend today to wash her car here at Charlie’s. I’ve never heard of Charlie’s before so I thought it would be okay service. Wow, I was impressed. The amount of dryers at the end (10 I think) blows Mister Car Wash and Quick Quack Wash out of the water.They do spray you down before entering at Charlie’s and Quick Quack, but not at Mister. I noticed they actually sprayed problem areas on my girlfriends car at Charlie’s, that they didn’t on my work car at Quick Quack. At Quick Quack, they just sprayed and waved it around but these employees were actually looking around the car as they walked around spraying certain areas. It felt like there were more brushes here at Charlie’s.Only things I would improve on:The vacuums are nice, but they need a chisel nozzle like all others to get to problem areas and the seat sides. These vacuums just have the same end on all of them.Also, the end of the track has a little white light that tells you when to proceed out of the place. The car ahead had the white light, but we were almost bumper to bumper and for me personally, I didn’t know when it was our turn to go forward. The light never stopped blinking since we were so close.Maybe install a Green/Yellow light?I definitely was impressed because when we got out to use the vacuums, the car was dry. And mind you this was in 27° weather. Quick Quack has horrible dryers, Mister is okay. But these guy had noticeable big dryers at the end.

I am actually pretty disappointed to be writing this review. I come here once a week and it’s usually okay. It doesn’t clean my car 100%, you leave with soap still on your car. But today I witnessed the guy inside the car wash, yelling at a customer, because his car wasn’t in neutral. I understand that can be frustrating cause it slows the process, but to be fair the customer had bought the “it works” package, so as soon as he drove in, his car/windshield was sprayed and lathered with soap, blocking the sign. The employee had no right to yell at the driver and it seriously bothered me. I won’t be back! That’s probably two customers that you lost.

I have the unlimited wash which is a good price but I sometimes have to wash more often because the wash left a film that I have to try to rub off. Sometimes trucks go through and have had leaves and dirt blown all over while 3/4 in the cycle. I’m going to have towel dry because the dryer isn’t sufficient to just drive away and have perfectly clean vehicle. I have the monthly Deluxe package.

Love the convenience of this place, and the wash and dryer quality is pretty great! I bought my husband an unlimited pass for his new truck on his birthday, my only wish is that we had the ability to add a car to the passes without having to have two separate accounts. But really it’s not that big of a deal!

Been coming here since it opened and have had good results until today. After getting the top of the line wash my truck comes out covered in grease. I get that its a automatic wash and its not going to be perfect but its worse than when I came in. Now I have to go re wash it. Pretty disappointed.

Fast friendly service. After getting my first wash I immediately signed up for the monthly pass. Conveniently off of 201 so I can wash my Jeep before hitting the trail, take pictures of it getting dirty, and wash it on the way home. I feel like I am getting more than my moneys worth and would highly recommend them.

Good quality car washes for a fair price

I tried this car wash out during their grand opening and I’m hooked. My car looked brand new and I go every Thursday now. The monthly passes are awesome and it’s a pretty quick wash. No more washing by hand! Best part is I’m across the street for work so it’s not at all out of my way. Love this place.

Horrible car wash..... still had dirt on my car after spending 15. I also asked if I could run it through one more time because the back of the car didn’t look like it was touched at all with spit.They said I could pay for another car wash. So I left and said I would never come back every other car wash that I have been to has let me run it through if it still looks dirty for free. Do not go here it is not the best quality car wash. Super disappointed!😡

Pretty good car wash, weird placement on vertical dryers and dont like the 2 arms: 1 on each side with the 6 high pressure needle nozzles. so for theyre cheapest car wash (basic & for work truck) says it comes with pre soak but not once has that happened. i have the works (50/50 chance for the pre soak and manual scubbing b4 @ begining) for my personal truck.

I want to start on a positive before I get to the negative. First off, I love the subscription option. Its really easy to wash my vehicle on the way home from work with minimal hassle. Secondly, the vacuums are actually decently powered and the air nozzles are a neat bonus. Now, the reason you need to consider elsewhere: the operators must be paid by comission because they squeeze cars in there quite literally bumper to bumper and its resulted in several vehicles bumping into each other while at the end of the track. Another thing to note is part of the highest wash package is a pre-soak before you go through the brushes. When Charlies first opened, they actually sprayed trouble areas and you got the value from your extra dollars. Now they just sort of spray the wand in your general vicinity and call it good. I recommend this wash if you live near it, otherwise spend your money at somewhere else.

So fast and convenient, if you are in the area, get a year package, it so worth it.

Ill be honest, I loved this place when they opened. Now Im lucky if they get half of my truck with the pressure washer prewash. Guys dont seem to care anymore. I wish there was something else closer. I would cancel my membership in a heartbeat, at this point.

I love Charlie’s car wash! The staff is friendly!! I suffer from panic attacks and anxiety so car washes are no fun for me, one of their employees offered to walk me through the car wash, (me inside my car and him on the safe side if the car wash). As my car was being washed, the employee kept eye contact and would wave at me and ask me if I was okay!!! I felt so appreciated and calm! Recently I bought a monthly pass and come twice a week!!! I love Charlie’s car wash and all their rmployees!!! Best car wash ever!!!!!

The wash was great. The property was covered with trash. The vacuums didnt have good suction. Someone walked by with their floor mats washed but noone was around to ask where the washers were.

Absolutely love my experience there. First time I went in with my new used car it got si clean I was able to see scratches scuffs in the paint. I talked to the managers thinking it was from the car wash but they helped clear up the confusion. It was definitely on the car previously, but they were so customer service oriented that they gave me a free wash. Went back recently for that and absolutely love it. Better then when I do it by hand. Highly recommended!!!
