Found this place by accident and surprised at what they carry. Bought alot of accessories for my truck there. Read the reviews about bad jobs but decided i would give them a shot. They do get a little excessive with the dressing which attracts dirt and they missed some spots but overall they did a good job for the timeframe i gave them. I told them about what they missed and what i didnt like and they were more than willing to make it right but i wasnt worried about it because i new i was going to run into rain and it was going to get messed up anyways. Would definatly let them detail my truck again except next time ill give them the time they need and tell them not to use so much dressing. Alix is great at picking out accessories that will make your truck stand out if your not sure what would look good as she has picked out alot of the stuff i have purchased and definitely helps my truck stand out.

I took my 2006 379 Peterbilt and two air vision to have detailed inside and out. I could not believe the difference from when I gave it to them on Tuesday and picked it up on Saturday it look like a brand new truck. The inside was clean, carpet look brand new. Alix was great to deal with she went up and out of her way to take care of my truck. She even came in on Saturday morning on her day off so I could get it. That is customer service. They left my lights on over night witch drained my AMG yellow top optima batteries. They then hooked a regular battery charger on it and put it on fast charge all day. This bulged and destroyed my batteries. I had to replace all four batteries. I understand mistakes and I would have been more than willing to work with him. Ive heard they do good work witch is why I went out of my way to drive up from Montana to have them do it. I wasnt upset when I talked to him I figured we could make it right. Well, Cory immediately informed me that he would take absolutely no responsibility and told me to come get my truck he left the keys in it and parked it out front. Its unfortunate that he has absolutely no integrity he is completely dishonest and quite frankly a coward.

I really liked the new manager. I had them do a full detail and polish my wheels and it turned out great. Im quite satisfied with the service and price!

Quality of work is poor, shop and owner have no idea what quality is . When trying to get them to make my truck right all I got was a fight . Had to argue to get them to fix over spray from frame painting . They acid washed all my polished aluminum destroyed my steps with acid and would not polish it back out with out paying them to fix the damage they had done. Come to pick up after they’ed Had my truck for a total of 7 days still polish on everything piss poor job is giving to much credit never go here you will not get even close to what you pay for

Absolutely one of the best jobs I’ve ever had done

Completely dishonest people! Worst service. I dropped my truck off there to have it washed. At $188 they were supposed to really make the truck look good. When i went to pick it up, All they did was spray off the bottom half. I told them they were supposed to wash the whole truck. They said to leave the truck for a couple more days and they would take care of it. When i came back the second time all they had done was spray off the upper half of the truck and charged me an additional $90. After that Ive talked to other ppl with similar storys about air vision. Completely dishonest people running it. Doing lousy work.

Worst experience! If I could give negative stars that would be more accurate. My father purchases stacks that were:1. Over priced by almost double2. Installed incorrectly3. Damaged while installing4. And also coming apart while leaving the place.And to top it all off they will not correct these issues and are now dodging his calls. A blindfolded monkey would have done a better job. I can’t believe that a business would stand by this work. It’s disappointing to say the least.This places this is dishonest, and do not stand by their work. I wish we would have read the reviews to this place before having the work preformed. I hope the owners reads this review and try’s to correct this.Either way this will not be let go by me and they can not hide forever

Air vision had what I needed at a good price and friendly staff definitely recommend them for your truck need.

I had bought a truck from a gentleman who took it to airvision to polish and wax it. When I showed up I was told that there was a debt owed on the truck and wouldnt allow me to take it. I tried unsuccessfully to text owner who is constantly on the road about the bill. Instead of waiting for who knows how long I settled the debt.When I went out to look at the truck the polish job was poor and they had left wax all over the truck. Ive had 10 year old kids do a better job polishing a truck! Oh and someone had left a light on and drained the battery. Must have been the owner they said.After the previous owner contacted me he said that the truck had been polished twice because of how poor the first job was and that they had charged him $1400 to do it.He told me that he was debating the charges and not to pay them. Too late they dishonestly got their money already.Very poor work and dishonest people. Save yourself the headache and higher teenagers to do as quality of work.

Ive had them work on several of my trucks including complete paint jobs. They just finished detailing and painting the bed on my 2010 kenworth dump truck. I got exactly what I paid for and the the price I was quoted. They are painting my motorhome now.

I do not appreciate the fact that you allowed your employee to damage my truck, and you did not care enough to fix it. I am disappointed with your lack of intrgrity and in your employee, who carelessly caused the damage and didnt take responsibiltiy for it. Expecting a fabulous detail from your shop ended up being a very expensive mistake. I hope other truckers avoid the excessive price of doing business with you.

They are a bunch of thugs they didnt do what I told them and to make things worse they damage my sit buttons and the airlines thats connected to them. Wish there was a way to sue them

The owner here is dishonest and unfriendly Air Vision doesnt follow through with quality of work and over charges, they consistently cut too many corners.
