This was my first time here as my regular mechanic could not get me in and I had a window motor break, leaving my window down. West Valley Auto Repair was able to squeeze me in, diagnose the problem and repair it in an extremely timely manner and at an affordable price. They even offered me tow service on future repair. Cannot say enough good things about this place ! I live in tooele, but was in west valley and couldnt go another second with out getting the AC recharged on this super hot day. Called around and this place was affordable and quick. The owner was so friendly, kind, professional, knowledgeable and helpful! If I need anything else repaired Im making the drive to him! Owner was fast and informative when it came to my car.

First of all, I shopped. I called 15 mechanics with good ratings. Nobody could compare. He was cheaper labor wise and let me bring in my own alternator. (Saving me tons! Everyone else refused and then upcharged me for the alternator. One was almost triple!) Then, he stayed late on a Friday so I could bring him my car and the had it done by 10:30 am Saturday morning! you do good things and people talk! Well done sir! My friends, family and I will be back.!

What a great shop! Honest, caring, and knowledgeable. I brought my car in here to fix our bad brake job. Shouldve just went here first! He made me and my 4 kids comfortable. Gave all the seats he could find, turned on his daughters Netflix for my kids, and gave them a big bag of candy to keep them occupied. He works quick, but yet does a top notch job. Honest, honest man. Took my car for a drive on the freeway to make sure the issue was fixed. Fair prices. Im glad he got us in right away to fix our issue. So glad we found this place. Will definitely be going here for all future needs!

They’re the real deal. We’ve been coming here for a few years now. It is family owned. Talk about great customer service and honesty the two hardest things to find in a mechanic finally I found one!!! Jake is amazing! He saw me on the same day I called and did a compression check and diagnosed that my vehicle had bad catalytic converters. He also had other valuable advice about other known issues with my vehicle. I was struggling with a vehicle being misdiagnosed by other mechanics. After his diagnosing and recommendations all is good now! Saved me on my trip from Colorado. Highly recommend.

Paid a lot of money for a repair, I received the car in worse shape than I gave it to them. I went to ask about it and not only refused to fix their mistake, but also refused to even negotiate. Service is lazy and impolite. Never going back.
