Friendly, HONEST and quick!!! Very impressed with this shop and will definitely go there again. I took it to a different shop before I went here and they charged me $1600 and didn’t even fix the main problem. Brought it here and they had it fixed within a few hours!! Very honest people!!!

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. We have used Advanced since we moved here two years ago. They are the only body shop I’ve ever worked with that I knew wasn’t taking advantage of my ignorance. They treat me like family, and always get our needs taken care of quickly. We will never use someone else. The only constructive criticism I can give is the offices are a bit dirty and not aesthetically pleasing. I suppose they are too busy taking care of what really matters; taking good care of their customers automotive needs.

We happened to break down close by so limped the car there and took a chance on the reviews. It took a few days since it was end of day on a holiday weekend but was super impressed when they called and let us know what was going on and how much, but then followed it up after getting in to it more that it was actually a simpler cheaper fix, and got an oil change done as well. Very appreciative of their honesty and the cookies that were left in the car for us!

We suffered a catastrophic AC failure while on vacation. I showed them that one of our lines had burst and they took my truck right in. Within just a few hours we were back on the road and enjoying the cool air again. They were very professional and courteous. They even left homemade cookies for us after the repair. Also,they came in under the estimate. I would highly recommend this shop! Great experience at a not so great moment of our vacation, but they took care of us as if we were family.

These guys do great work and area very honest and explain things well. I found them when I broke down once on my way to work and had to be towed to wherever was closeby, and Im glad I did! I keep going back to them even though theyre a little farther from my house.

I stopped at this place for an oil change on my trip across United States. I was just passing through the city, but they were able to do an oil change for me. They also checked overall state of my car and gave me some recommendations. Even though they knew I wont come back, as I do not live in Utah, I felt like a valued customer. I recommend these guys.

Were love advanced service automotive. They are your friendly neighborhood repair place. We take all our vehicles there for maintenance and repairs. They have fair prices and quick and friendly service. Plus my favorite... cookies when youre picking up you vehicle.

This was my first time using Advanced Service and I was super impressed - Ill be using them for all my mechanic needs from here on out! A few things that really stood out to me -- The service manager was super helpful in describing what work they thought needed to be done on my car. He talked me through all of the work, explained what was necessary now and what I could plan on in the future, and gave me cost estimates (and an explanation of cost versus what I could expect to find at other service shops)- The pricing was all extremely fair - way less than I thought it would be - no high pressure sales tactics, and very reasonable prices.- Service was quick, professionally done, and easy to work with/coordinate over the phone. They were able to squeeze me in and out on the same day, which is awesome.- Everything was done contact-free (a huge plus in COVID times)- They left a little bag of homemade cookies in my car - how awesome is that?!Finding a trustworthy mechanic can be a royal pain, but I plan on bringing my car back to Bob and Julie for the foreseeable future. Theyre great, theyve got a great team, and I really trust them. 10/10, highly recommend.

Fuel pump repair that cost $1200.00. Picked up my car and didn’t even drive it 5 miles from my house before it shut off while in motion. Completely shut off. Called them they towed car back to the shop only for them to tell me now there’s another problem with exhaust and would cost another $900 to $1000 to fix.Before I took car to their shop it was running smoothly. No issue except it just stopped running. Car came back running rough and shaking a bit. I’m not happy with the quality of work. It’s all about the Dead presidents.

Top quality work and very professional. I took in my truck thought my alternator and water pump were bad, and found out that it was just the water pump. I appreciate their honesty, and my truck is running like a champ thanks to Advanced service autotive.

These guys are the best! Honest and fair with the work and pricing. I have been taking my car to them for several years now and I have always been treated with a fair and honest pricing and service. I own a BMW and they can be expensive to repair, however, the pricing is fair and not overpriced (like some shops I have used in the past). Garrett is awesome with his customer service skills and Bob is to be commended for having such a great group of guys. This shop is my go to for all of my automotive needs and if you give them a try, you will see for yourself.

These guys are great! The always fix my issues, and the bill is usually cheaper than I expect! I have been taking my truck here for over a year, and I am so glad I did. The last place said I needed a new motor, but it was just a tune up and a oil change that did the trick. And they leave home made cookies in your vehicle when they are done.

Good prices. But they had no idea how to align my vehicle they said something was broken. But I took it some place else and 30 minutes later it was aligned. They need to update they shop personal on different types of vehicles. But the office guy was nice. However they charged me 80.00 for only a front wheel alignment. Witch is the price for 4 wheel alignment. Its not my fault they couldnt do the job on a 1 year old vehicle. They need to update the waiting room. Maybe clean it once a year it was so disgusting.

I wish i could give negative stars...Thought they were good.... I was referred there from a friend. They had my car for 3 weeks and $3800 dollars later the car broke down on the freeway less than a week later had it towed back just for them to say the engine is no good and need 2500 to drop a new engine..... Or I could pay 500-750 for labor to see if it was there fault..... I felt very taken advantage of told them them to just tow it back to my house..... They did... 2 weeks later when they got around to it smh I DO NOT RECOMMEND

A couple of years ago when my BMW 325 XI went out of warantee I started looking for someone to do the service. I chose Advanced Service Automotive mostly based upon their website. I think I have taken the car in four times since for various service. I am completely happy with the service I have received and have found the prices to be reasonable. I took the car in today due to an airbag warning light coming on. There was just something that needed adjusting on one of the sensors and was apparently easy to fix. I wasnt charged for the service. I look forward to taking the car in there because Bob and Julie are so friendly and look forward to the ride to work so we can talk about camping, fishing and the Utah outdoors. I wish I could give them more stars... they deserve it.

Unexpected automotive issues are never a good thing, however I had as truly excellent an experience as possible with the repair of a failed coolant hose while I was in Salt Lake visiting friends and family. They did a quick, relatively inexpensive (but not cheap in the sense of bad quality), and friendly job. All in all I cant say enough good about them, if ever I need a mechanic in Salt Lake again I know where Ill be going!!

I have taken a 91 BMW and an 03 BMW to them on more than one occasion. They have done great work at a reasonable price. I trust them implicitly. And they will even give me a lift if I need to leave my car there for an extended period of time.

I took my BMW 325xi here for a starter motor. I also had them diagnose and repair a few other things on that same car as well as do all of the major services (oil changes, fluid changes, etc..). Because Ive had a great experience with them and am taking our Audi A4 to them for a coolant issue. After several years I am amazed at how great the service is (they always give me a ride to and from work), how clean their shop was, and how nice the people were. They had the most fair price and wouldnt take shortcuts in repairing my car. They are a great alternative to the dealership once your warranty runs out or just want a second opinion. Everything was done with the proper OEM parts and I really cant say enough about this place. The bottom line is I went there, they did good, Im taking my car back to them.

I took my Tahoe here to have u-joints replaced about 6 months ago. They were very friendly and did great work on my car. Still happy with the work they did.

Called to get appointment and arrived with my motorhome at 8:00 am. Left the motorhome and called at 1:20 pm to see how things were. I was told they did not have a jack to lift one half of a axle. Not impressed with telling me that they can do this no problem and then not do any ting and not call me to tell me they had no jack to lift. They showed their true colors. Will not ever take my auto or my granddaughters barbie car to them for repair. BAD BAD BAD

Would definitely not recommend. Went in for an aligment (quoted $99) and they told us a bunch of BS about the tirod end not being able to be loosened and the ball joints needing to be replaced. They quoted us $1,000. We immediately took it to 2 different reputable places for second opinions and they quickly told us it was not the case at all. Ball joints were completely fine and they were able to loosen the tirod without a problem. Ended up getting the alignment done elsewhere for $55.

Love coming here for all our repairs. They are honest and affordable.

My daughter brought in her 2004 mitsubishi endevor in to be worked on.I was the one to refer her because I had a couple fixes on my vehicles with no issues.They told us the work it needed and 2800.00 later when we paid and picked it up the guy told us he wanted to prepare us that it was making a ticking noise but said it wasnt that bad.After talking to him twice once over the phone and once in person he said they didnt think it would cause any problems and if we wanted to fix it we could but never offered to take care of it.Here we are a couple months later and its even louder now. The vehicle never made this noise before only after they worked on it.My opinion is a good reputable company should stand behind their work and take care of the problem. Now we are stuck with a vehicle a noisy one that nobody will want to buy because of this problem.At this point I feel bad that I referred her there I would have expected them to fix the problem. From a very unhappy customer!

Took my 97 Honda Accord in for an alignment and got ripped off for $80 and put my life at risk. They said the rear adjustment was rust frozen and couldnt be adjusted...and a mech at another alignment shop easily adjusted both sides with a 12 ratchet after leaning into it and breaking the adjustment bolts loose. I had to straighten the steering wheel when they failed to straighten it before doing the front alignment, taking me 15 minutes, and Im not a mechanic. I would presume that straightening the steering wheel, if it is not aligned correctly, would be a component of a complete alignment, which is what I asked for when I took my vehicle in to them. I called the next day and complained that the car would veer to either direction after going over bumps on the freeway and the front-end would shake real bad when I braked the car. They wanted me to bring the car in and leave it, but by now, I didnt trust their ability to repair the vehicle after the dangerous mechanic work and shoddy performance in the first place. The manager or owner, not sure which, stated that work that could have been done did not, because it was close to quitting time that day. So instead of safely and correctly aligning the 4 corners of the vehicle, possibly staying over-time to ensure the vehicle was properly aligned and safe to drive, they released it to me so I could possibly end up in a freeway accident.
