Ive never been someone who was active and mostly lived a sedentary lifestyle. However, after focusing on my health and taking care of myself more I decided to get the gastric sleeve surgery 3 years ago. Since then I been in a stall and decided to focus more on getting stronger than just losing weight. Im also applying to a new job position that requires me to go through boot camp, which motivated me to look for a personal trainer.I came across this studio through Google and looked through some of the positive reviews, and decided to schedule a consultation with the owner, Peter. Since then Ive been working with Peter for about 3 weeks now. He created a custom workout plan for me to help prepare me for the tests, and boot camp that I will go through. Along with helping my strength, and endurance in general.We meet twice a week for about half an hour, but he makes use of each minute. He plans our sessions ahead of time, and gives me homework to help me stay on track throughout the week. Peter is passionate about his work, and is always open to answer any of your questions, and give you any tips and advice.I was really worried about my lack of fitness, but Peter is really understanding and listens to you. Hes patient with you, on days when youre not on your A game. Hes also really encouraging, which helped me relax. The training can be tough, but its fun and worth it. He pushes you to your limit, but is always cheering you on along the way. Im often surprised after each session with the progress I make, which is really motivating. Im fortunate to have found One on One fitness. Regardless of your fitness level I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to improve their fitness. Thanks Pete!

At 43 years old and after 20 years of excuses, it was time for me to make a life change, put myself first and hold myself accountable. I found One on One Fitness Studio on Facebook, messaged Pete, and within 24 hours Pat called and we set up a consultation. I signed up that day and started training on April 23, 2018. Working out with Pat 2-3 times a week has not only increased my physical strength, and supported my weight loss journey, but given me confidence - while shrinking my waist. In 7 months I have lost 50 pounds, am down 2 sizes and feel fantastic - this is only the beginning!! Pat is passionate about what he does, and his natural enthusiasm helped to relax my early worries/nerves surrounding my lack of fitness. He took the time to listen, understand my needs and work with me to identify some goals to aim for as part of my training. I am often surprised at what I accomplish physically during my sessions, but he never is. The training is tough but also fun and every week there’s a new challenge, so you can never be bored! Pat plans the sessions ahead of time, he keeps track of progress, he will always push you to your limit and he is very encouraging. Switched to One on One Fitness a couple years ago when I needed a change. I was tired of people going to big gyms to look cute and talk on their phone while working out. I have lost 25 lbs in the small group boot camp classes with Pete, Fabian and Todd and maintained my goal weight this past year. Theyre friendly, helpful and down to earth and really take the time to understand your goals and ensure you reach them. They dont just push exercise but work with you on diet and nutrition and motivation as well. Highly recommend giving them a try!
Pete and his team are excellent trainers, coaches, fitness professionals and motivators. With Petes guidance Ive reached health and strength goals I never previously considered possible, including four injury-free marathons. He is a quietly confident, extremely knowledgeable trainer. Pete is humble, funny and patient, fiercely dedicated to his clients well-being and success. Clients of all types and experience levels will find what they want and need at One on One Fitness.
The staff here are great. I found them through Google and have been working with Patrick as my trainer. Hes designed me a custom workout/nutrition plan and we meet weekly. After 3 weeks I am already seeing results in my strength training program. Pete is the owner of the facility and is super welcoming. Its really an awesome place and id highly recommend it to anybody trying to get better regardless of your fitness levels.
Our family has been working with Trainer Pete since April of 2016. We have seen tremendous benefits not only in our overall physical health but also in our lives. We continue to work with him as we meet and make new goals. I cant say enough about my experience at One on One Fitness. Pete is so incredibly knowledgable and is truly committed to helping you achieve your goals (not to mention hes one of the nicest guys Ive ever met). I love the workouts he puts together and hes ran the gamut with me from some really, really challenging stuff and then through my pregnancy. He can customize/modify anything! The environment is low key, supportive and you do get to enjoy a more private setting versus being gawked at like at some gyms! I highly recommend him and his entire staff.
I found One on One Fitness Studio randomly, just by doing a Google search, and seeing all their positive reviews, I reached out to set up a consultation. I met with Fabian in mid-September and I decided to give it a chance, and I am so glad that I found them when I did. I was extremely overweight and out of shape, and I was looking for any help I could get. As many overweight people are, I was very self-conscious, but from our very first meeting (which included a few tears on my part), Fab made me feel comfortable and at ease, and I knew he was there to help in any way he could. He is extremely knowledgeable and I have learned so much from him. He is encouraging at every session, and is always ready with a “high-five” which I have come to look forward to after a tough work-out. Although I still have a long journey ahead, I have lost more than 40 pounds and I feel great, and I never could have done it without my trainer! I’ve spoken with the owner Pete as well on a few occasions, and you can tell he is personally invested in all the clients that come through his studio. You have to be willing to put in the hard work and be committed to your goals, and the trainers at One on One Fitness Studio will be there with you every step of the way.
I have trained with a few trainers at One on One (Jane, Todd, and Andrew) over the past few years based on my availability. Over the years I have done both private personal training and worked out in their small group bootcamps. They have kept me accountable and Im in the best shape of my life. I cant say enough good things about One on One and the results they have gotten me.

I have been working with Pete for over the past 10 years. Pete always knows how to push me to achieve what I didnt believe possible myself. He is a great coach and person to know.
When i started looking for a new gym, there was alot of options out there...but i had to find one that was right for me. I chose One on One fitness because it was convenient to where i live, so there would be “no excuses”. Also the owner, Trainer Pete, was very helful in sharing what the facility had to offer, be it personal training one on one, small group boot camp classes or unlimited access to the gym. I was looking for small group fitness classes, & i was able to try out a class before making a commitment. I signed up on the first day. What i liked most about that is there is no longterm contracts. It is month to month. So if someone decided after a month or 2 that they want to increase from 2-3 classes per week to unlimited, there is no hassel to do so. The trainers are all very motivating and resourceful, & can make modifications to any exercise. This is a gym for any fitness level. I look forward to class every week. I signed up in October and havent missed a class yet! Looking forward to a great 2018. I highly recommend One on One fitness.
