Wife took 20 Jeep Wrangler in for free tire rotation.(Previously purchased 5 tires as it has full size spare).Employees were asked to do a 5-tire rotation and were unaware of how to perform this task.I’ll say that again- a shop that specializes in TIRES didn’t know how to perform a 5-tire rotation.After my wife showing them an internet page explaining process, they successfully completed job.

The service was excellent, the only negative was I made the appointment online with a specific set of tires, when I got there I was told they didnt have them, instead they substituted better tires for a better price. But a phone call would have been nice! Overall still very satisfied.

Arrived and was greeted promptly. Assessed tires to determine which tire was causing low tire pressure lite. Problem found almost immediately. Required a new tire which was ordered, delivered and mounted several hrs. later. Very courteous service people and mechanics. Waiting room roomy and clean.

Great customer service. The girl at the counter helped me find the right tire for my car. Fox tire suggested the same tire at a substantially higher price. Great service throughout the whole installation appointment. I left there satisfied with my choice of tire and feel like the price was fair.

I have an F150 with 20 inch factory chrome rims. The rims were damaged and chipped all around the rims. In the process of getting them to pay for the repairs. This should be fun.

The gentleman at the counter was very friendly. And the woman who was on the website chat, price matched for me and was very helpful . She even set up the appointment. It couldnt have been easier. However, unless you have 2 hours to just sit around when you have a scheduled appointment, I wouldnt bother. I mean the last time I was a walk in and anticipated a long wait. But this time was very frustrating. I know it only takes 15 minutes to change tires. I can see sitting for 30 minutes, but 2 hours. No thank you. Ill be buying online and going to my mechanic instead.* Note I am updating this review. My rating has changed for the better as, the company, within moments of my review, reached out and wanted to hear my feedback. The gentleman assured me that he will be speaking to his team at this location as to communicating better with the customer. I appreciate a business that willingly tries to rectify issues with their customers.

Went in to get some tires guy upsells me for a set of 4 tires doesn’t have all four so Sets up an appointment where I could have tires put on and an inspection done and I get there and they go oh yeah our inspection guys not here today. Also took way too long for them to put tires on. This place takes forever. Who as a business sets up an appointment with you and then they aren’t even ready with anything?

I accidentally double booked my Dunn tire appointment with a doctors appointment. I called up the location and spoke to Dave around 9 in the morning and explained my situation. He said drop it off and hell see what he can do. They exceeded my expectations and were able to get it done by the time I needed it with an hour and a half to spare. Excellent customer service by all those involved and it saved me from having to reschedule. You guys are awesome 😎

Don’t go here. Their staff damaged my car. I noticed huge damage after I drove home. Their management refused to acknowledge what happened! Now I’m stuck paying for the damage myself. I won’t return.

Took car in for a squealing noise in engine compartment. Was told there was an opening at 10am. The car was looked at around 3pm. Was told it was a belt. Belt was fairly new but had it done anyways. Car seemed quite until the weather turned cold again and it started chirping and became more regular. Decided to take it to the dealer. They immediately found a bad bearing in the idler pulley that started to tear up Dunn tires belt. So add a belt and pulley plus what Dunn charged me to add up to more than $500. So I could have saved close to $200 by going straight to the dealer. They are great at tires and alignments but use caution for any repairs.

The tires I wanted and were listed on their website werent available when I scheduled my appointment. I was offered a different tire, which was a good tire as well, and at a reduced price. Everything was good until I went out to my vehicle and one of the winter tires I had taken off was put in the back seat of my truck without any covering on it...black tires on brown leather interior. I wish businesses/companies offered better customer service.

Came in for tires and inspection got talked into ball joints and tie rods…. Said it was needed to pass inspection….fine I trusted their word… then the next week the right front tire is reading at 12psi on the “rebuilt” pressure sensors they also talked me into!! Then the steering is shaking and the wheels have a high pitched whine indicating the wheel bearings were now shot but magically somehow not on the wheels they worked on 🤔 hmmm ….. also a caliper is now somehow ceasing ….. mind you none of these things were wrong with my vehicle before they worked yet somehow none of the work they did (wheels,alignment and rods) caused it ??!!! Just a shady dishonest experience all around !!! Got me for $1400 and that’s the last dollar I’ll ever spend at Dunn Tire !!!

I need a new battery for my camper and they were able to order me a marine battery that was perfect. They gave me a few options to choose from and they would be able to have it there in about an hour. Good Job

I came in today to get a coolant flush which takes under 20 minutes if I were to do it myself. It was somewhat busy today, but the other times I’ve came with the same car it didn’t take so long. I’ve been here for 3 hours about and even when my car was done, no one came to me until I came to them. Last time, they said “my car broke the alignment machine” even though I got one here before on the same car. Definitely didn’t want to spend my whole day here.

Had to wait longer than I feel I should have for 2 tires mounted (2hrs15min). I do not blame the crew, they did a great job. I placing the blame on management, stop trying to save money for your bonuses and put more mechanics in the shop. The service writers and mechanics were great, their hands were tied due to scheduling. Get more staff!!!!

Oil change tire rotation quick and efficient reasonably priced

I have purchased every set of my tires since I was 16 for every car Ive owned through Dunn Tire in West Seneca (so a loyal customer for 19 years). They advertise free flat repair and Ive used it several times while getting flats. I got a screw in my tire on a Friday at 8am and took it right in. I was essentially told to come back on MONDAY because they have no appointments available. I left my truck because maybe they could squeeze it in. After nagging for Friday and most of Saturday I finally got a call to pick it up Saturday at close. Im not sure what good a free flat repair is when I have to be without a work vehicle for several days for a simple screw repair.......I think maybe my next set of tires is coming from the dealership.

As an extremely anxious person, dealing with getting a tire last minute - and not even knowing where to start, I was made comfortable from the initial call to leaving after the service was complete. Had a screw in my tire and stopped after work to get it fixed. 2hrs and 40 minutes to get a tire plugged. I understand everyone is struggling with staffing issues but that is ridiculous.

Jan 29, 2021 - ❄️ It was so cold out that when I tried to remove the valve stem cap from my wife’s Volvo the entire metal stem split in half!! (ugh no more air!!). I called Dunn Tire. They took my repair on short notice and it was done within hours. The customer service area was very clean and orderly and I felt that the staff was particularly professional and courteous. I bought my tires at Dunn and needed to get them rotated after 5000 miles. I knew i was going to be near a branch so I called to see if I could come in within the hour. I was told yes. It was great being able to get the rotation done at a different location than where I had purchased the tires. I was in and out in under a half hour.

Everytime I go to Dunn for service no matter what service I need, they get you in and get you out. I have never had an issue with any of my service and the advisors are wonderful to work with. They never try to sell you something you dont need, they just recommend things without pushing it. Definitely recommend, I go to the shop on Union Road in West Seneca. Recent service was new tires on my truck.

Very happy with my purchase at Dunn Tire this weekend. The guy that helped me was awesome, answered all my questions (first time buying tires), took the time to explain the differences and was all around a nice person. They got the work done earlier than expected and left everything clean. Im very happy I chose to go with them.

I was quoted one price and charged a different, higher price. I could live with that. What I cannot live with is finding that my hood was left unlatched. Luckily I found it myself. Currently I don’t feel like I would return to or recommend Dunn tire. I had to select at least one star to enable the post link.12/15/2020 Ive had a very positive and productive conversation with Harry from Dunn customer service. No need to dig in to why this occurs now and not last June. Since my experience, Dunn has implemented new safety measures as a part of their regular process to ensure that hoods will be securely latched. There was no event with my hood other than my discovery and subsequent thoughts. Im grateful for that. Im waiting for further word from Dunn. The conversation with Harry alone is enough to make me rethink my position on future work with their company. He is an excellent representative of Dunn Tire.

Took my car in to get Snow tires.My appointment was at 12 but my car was not worked on until after1. Also I realize they check the alignment but they did not come out and say that I needed one. They just went ahead and did it. I would have said yes but the point was they just did it without my consent to do so. Not very good customer service

4pm appointment, no issues with vehicle. Almost 2 hours to have the tires put on. Alignment was supposed to be checked but almost closing time. They did offer a check another time and half off price. I don’t plan to wait another 2 hours. Also had them replace tire sensors. 1 doesn’t work right already. Not particularly pleased with this event.

At first, they didnt want to mount tires on my aftermarket rims for some reason?? I was just dropping off new tires and rims for an endurance club rave car.It was never explained to me why there was a concern, a guy from the shop came out and finally agreed to do the job. This is about the 3rd time Ive requested this in the last few years - wasnt ever an issue previously.Then they had me pull into the garage bay to unload, I unloaded myself while the front desk guy and who I assume to be the shop manager were having a heated discussion ( a lot of profanity involved ). I usually use this shop because of the good job they do, but this is probably my last job they will do for me. This was a very unprofessional experience.

I went for a wheel alignment. My appointment was for 2pm. I arrived at 1:55, they signed me in promptly. Told me it would take about an hour. 45 min later the gentlemen told me my truck was ready. He explained my alignment was off and gave me a print out of all the measurements. 6 month or 6000 Mike warranty for the alignment. Great service and a pleasant experience. Thanks Dunn Tire.

It should not have taken 2 hours to replace one tire. And then they wanted me to give them more time to fix a supposed problem with my alignment. I didnt trust their assessment. This company is just out for money. No care for customers at all.

Tried to push me into buying more than i needed. Spent 2 hours there for nothing said they only had the most expensive tire and mine was discontinued. Complete BS. All because i was from Ohio in New York traveling.

Tires were rotated and installed quickly however as I drove home the tire pressure light came on and is still on. Is this normal?

I drop my tire to be fixed. In fact there was a leak in the stem valve. They told me to leave it and pick it up tomorrow. I said ok. The next day, just 30 min. Before they close my tire never been touch. I got upset and ask them to not to do it. Because I dont have time to wait. I took my tire from Dunn tire and the job is not done. I left Dunn tire store and my tire is not done.

The team is always professional and knowledgeable. They tell you what needs help in your car but never force any kind of sales.

CALLED walden ave dunn in lancaster said drop it off thry were busy but will get it asap -- left my truck there & hour later all set..Nice job guys thanks

Very slow customer service.. waited over a hour for two tires to be put on my car when I had a appointment. Very hard to keep my son who has ADHD entertained... Not happy

When I arrived there were three workers behind the counter. It took a while before someone asked if they could help me. I had my husbands truck back to this company because the new tires needed to be re- aligned again. The tires shook like crazy. I sat and waited for OVER TWO HOURS for the truck to get finished. During those two hours the phone rang non stop!! Workers were behind the counter and only one time did someone answer the phone. It was so annoying to sit in the waiting room for that long and listen to the phone ring and no one pick it up. I couldnt stop thinking about all the business that the company must have lost! Now I understand why I had to call back SIX different times before I was able to get an appointment because they never answered the phone!

Destroyed front tire. Matched new. Had alignment. Reasonable price and they do a full check of brakes, steering etc. Great warranty and great technician and customer service. Best tire prices and selection. Hats of to West Seneca Dunn tire!;

Fine job they never disappoint

Dunn Tire Union Road did a great job diagnosing the problem with my vehicle. When I came in to pick up the car they actually found a way to get me a better deal than what I was originally going to pay. I really appreciate their customer service. One star removed because when I picked up the vehicle it was covered in mud and the right headlight was out. I also had to bring it back the next day because the vehicle was still shaking at high speeds.

Took my wife’s car there for some tires and alignment. Steven was very informative and we found the best tires for the vehicle in our budget. The car rides great and handles better then when we got it. The other counter employee (can’t remember his name) was just as professional and just as accommodating. I went to the Dunn Tire in Blasdel NY and swore I would never go there again because of the service. This was a completely different experience. These guys will also be fitting my Taurus with new tires and an alignment next month. PS. They signed me up for their savings club and I already earned $50 off on my next visit.

Got car inspected(2020) and after leaving the back wiper no longer works…right before a long trip…thanks…never using them again, second time there has been an issue…

Great place, good friendly workers . I have family here so it might sound a bit biased but they are honest good working people. Great waiting area to wait. Was also checked on periodically given updates on how long my car was gonna take. Couldnt of asked for anything better than what I received.. 5 stars all day

Had a bolt in my tire that required a new tire. It was not in stock but at the warehouse and the Dunn rep said that he would call the delivery truck and maybe he hasnt left the warehouse yet. Sure enough he caught him but said it would be about an hour and a half before it got to the location. In about two hours the tire was changed and I was on my way. I have had to use them 3 times this past year and they were curtiese friendly and attentive. Not on this occasion but a time before I thought they tried to sell me more than what I needed.

They (any Dunn location,however we are in Dunkirk) refused to put 2 tires on my SUV. They said it is not corporate policy to do so on an all wheel drive truck.We cannot afford 4 at once as we are on limited income.😦They made my husband and I feel like trash as it was all about the money.I will NEVER recommend them after this!

I stopped by the Union Rd location with a slow leak yesterday with my work truck full of tools. I was greeted and gotten in pretty quickly. The tech came out with covers for my interior, which pleasantly surprised me, and had my truck back out fixed in what I thought was a reasonably short time. The counterman that finished my paperwork was also in a great mood. Overall, this experience was much more pleasant than I expected.

Dave at the West Seneca store is a great manager, respectful and patient. We usually have been able to get as good or better deal than we can anywhere else and the fees for tire change overs are also competitive.

Overall a good service. Only downsides are, there is always some grease on the tire/ rim that needs to be cleaned off, and they never put the spare tire and tools back correctly. Other than that, friendly service and good prices. Not a long wait either with no appointment.

Got my tires installed. The service was fast and my tires are great. My only complaint is that they are too pushy on the free alignment.

We were towed there after getting a flat and I90 and they got us in pretty much right away, after having warned us that they were going to have to work us in between the scheduled appointments. Excellent service also from every employee we encountered; and we were so grateful to be able to be on our way in such a short time, as we were only about an hour and a half into a 10 hour journey that day.

I, personally dont like the dunn tire location in Lancaster. Customer should. Have the choice of what he wants & no manager should argue with a customer. Well moving on the dunn tire on union rd in west Seneca is great Ive gone there since Ive had my high performance autos. I went there all great people they were helpful & very professional ah so nice! . From the 80s till now thats where Ill go. Note this is just my opinion.

Went in one day looking for 2 tires. Set appt. with them to come back. At appt. the upsell to 4 tires came. If they did not offer General Altimax RT43 (Consumer Reports highest rated for my car) at Kumho quoted price, and 4 tires for AWD is recommended I would have declined. Offers for alignments, etc. came but I declined. They do try to upsell at appt so watch out. Lack of honesty when setting appt. drops their rating.

I called soon after they opened and asked to buy 4 new tires. They didnt have the exact same tire I purchased during my last visit but there were 4 very similar tires I decided to buy. Went to my appointment the same day and they told me I only needed 2. They rotated them and sent me on my way in about an hour. Great service.

I really appreciated their commitment to safety and social distancing. I always go to Dunn Tire, and it was nice to feel safe while there. I only gave it 4 stars because we were supposed to be masked up but someone in the waiting room chose to take hers off, and the employees didnt care. I just wish itd been enforced.

The staff and mechanics were great. They were not condescending like I have had at other shops. They explained exactly what was wrong and the best way to fix it. They even recommended just taking it to the dealer since it was an issue they were unable to do in shop.

Their Honest, I’m an auto smart female and they didn’t try to sell me something I don’t need, I appreciate that! I go there for the best prices and any tire problem I have. I know I’m at the best place and I have no reason to shop around. They do a Great Job!

Customer service was great and very helpful. Install not so much. New tires we filthy looking, not sure why dont give you a clean nice looking result. My crome valve stem covers were missing and replaced with regular plastic. (Customer service did give me new ones when I mentioned it) Worst of all when you put a lot of time and energy into your car to keep it clean you should never get it back with greasy hand prints on the fenders. Not sure why they would not inspect the vehicle to make sure you are getting it back the same way you bought it in.

I bought all season tires and snow tires from them this year. Went yesterday to have my snow tires put on and told them before they started that I did not want new valve steams that they push every time I come in. I don’t see why you would new valve steams every 6 months when I swap my tires. When I went to pick up my car they had new valve steams on my invoice. When I said I told you I didn’t want them they said since It’s October, and we have 50% off on tire change over for the winter and since we gave you 50% off that we decided to do the valves steams anyway. I already knew about the half price discount in October that’s why I made sure to bring my car in before the end of the month. I don’t think it was ok for them to decide how I’m going to spend my money, and put the new valve steams on anyway and charge me for it. After I clearly said I didn’t want new valve steams before they did the work
