Purchased a big green egg here today. TJ walked me through how to operate the big green egg and he was great. I will be back. Love that no one was wearing face masks, it is always nice to breathe :)

This store is a gem. We had been trying to find some propane parts without success; went to all the big boxes and kept striking out. Within 30 seconds of entering this shop we had excellent help from extremely nice, knowledgable and professional staff members. Cant recommend enough; shops like this are so important and such rewarding experiences. Go here for all your hardware needs!

Everyone at Hal’s was a pleasure to talk to about The Big Green Egg. Austin ran through all the details and options then put a nice grill set together. In two days they assembled, delivered and demonstrated how to operate the grill. Awesome work Hal’s team!

I love this place and I go there all the time. The staff and service are the best. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and their prices are more than fair. If they don’t have something I need in stock, they order it for me and it arrives the very next day. Try that at a big box store. We must support and be loyal to our small, local businesses. I’m a customer for life and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Hall Hardware is the best! Everyone on the staff is friendly and knowledgeable - it is rare that they do not have what I’m looking for. Lately have been there for everything - nuts/bolts, speciality screws, interior construction materials, and cleaning supplies to name a few. I prefer them to the big box stores as it’s convenient to my location/area of work and am in & out quickly.I love the classic feel of the hardware store and they even have a great variety of other retail merchandise (yeti, big green egg, garden items) that came in handy during Christmas when I needed last minute gifts!

My lawn guy made a $100 purchase on my behalf that I deemed both too expensive and unnecessary. Unfortunately, it was a slightly customized item. Happily Hall Hardware took if back for a complete refund. The drop on stars is because the employees (w one exceotion) do not wear masks.

Clueless staff. Over priced. Drive the extra mile or two and go to Home Depot. If you are a covid fan shop there though. The staff are anti mask.

In the past this place has been good to shop. They often have AC filter sizes that are hard to find elsewhere. Today I come here...they blatantly are not following the county’s required face mask order..none of the staff are wearing them...and the young girl that helped me had such an attitude about just helping me find the ac filter I wanted. Don’t think I’ll be supporting this long time business anymore. Not the personalizes friendly local service I’ve come to expect from this place.

I like that you get a hearty greeting when you enter this establishment. The place was clean and everything was laid out with a lot of signage to help guide you. The pricing is fair and I definitely would return.

Excellent customer service! I had my 2 kids in the car, so I called ahead and an associate came out, saw what I needed, and returned with the right piece. Charged my card, and off we went without having to get my kids out. It was probably their smallest sale of the day, but they didn’t treat it that way. Thank you!

I would stay away from Halls Hardware. I was just in there and NO ONE who works there is wearing a mask. It was very upsetting to see that no one In there cares about their customers health. I’ve been a customer of theirs for a good while, I’m sorry that I have to write this. A very selfish attitude from the guys who work there.

Every time I go there (Ive stopped at 3 or 4 visits) they never know what I am talking about and selection is poor. Home Depot is better, even if they employees know marginally more, they will have what I am looking for.

Always, always shop small! It’s the little things that business owners do that are the reason they are on top! It’s no surprise that they are voted the counties best! The services Hall’s provides speaks volumes for customer service. TJ, I appreciate your knowledge in helping me with all my projects from my business to my personal needs! I frequent this store regularly while doing house projects. They have pretty much everything you would need in addition to amazing customer service. Highly recommend to anyone needing quality products in addition to knowledgable/helpful staff.

I have been a customer for over 35 years. Hall Hardware was sold last year and the service has deteriorated steadily since that time. I purchased an item about 10 days ago and the person who assisted me sold me an item that did not work for me. By the way, most of the long time staff has departed. When I presented the item and the receipt today, the owner refused to refund the $19. What a foolhardy position. I will never support the store again. The new owner and staff have many lessons to learn about running a successful small business. I am so disappointed. Go to Georges down the street. I predict that Hall Hardware will be out of business soon because of their lack of customer service.

I find it upsetting that during a pandemic none of the employees wore a mask. One of the young women at the front was smirking at us and had to come up a foot on top of me. No way to get business, I was trying to support small businesses.

The prices are really good, and i love the corner store feel! Not a massive store but they generally have what you need to get the job done.

Walked by this place a few weeks ago and saw that they cut keys and were a Yeti dealer (exactly what I needed) I finally stopped in here and I’m glad I did. The guys there were very helpful and friendly, the selection they have from Yeti is awesome and I found exactly what I wanted. This is my new go to spot when I need things for the house!

So much for the neighborhood hardware store - during hurricane they up charge and then dont take returns for items not needed. In the rush they sold me twice as much as needed. When I came back they showed me a small sign outside. Its unfortunate...had so many great experiences here and then they have to take advantage of people who are less experienced.

Wait for it....wait for it..... wait.... BOOM! this place will bring you back to..what? Quality knowledgeable customer service. Yes it does still exsist and you can find it here along with everything else. For having a small exterior appearance its actually a good sized store packed with a lot of products.

We stopped into Hall Hardware to try and save a trip out to the other guys. As soon as we opened the door we where greeted by Kevin. Kevin understood exactly what we were looking for and walked me right to the product. We saved a ton of time and working with the friendly staff was an experience that is hard to find now a days.

The best products, the best service.It looks small, but the selection is amazing. Fasters, paint, tools, etc. In my experience, they have ALWAYS had exactly what I need (odds for Home Depot for me is generally is a 50/50).Customer service is literally the best I have ever seen. Always friendly and helpful, never pushy. I hate shopping, but have no problem stopping in here. Can get through a long list in minutes, someone’s always there to assist... making it quick and painless.

Everyone is very helpful friendly and educated about hardware. Its cozy little private owned company and i love it. Things are priced better than home depot or even lowes so i love that.
