Went in to ifix and repair today to repair my completely shattered iPhone screen. Jawanza was super helpful and fixed my screen in less than 20 minutes!! It came out perfect. While I was getting my phone screen repaired, Denton was working on some engravements! I has a small black backpack on and decided to get my initials engraved on the strap. It came out amazing, he truly did an excellent job!!!! I had the best experience at this location and will be back in the future!!

The business was clean, organized, and well kept. Matthew provided great customer service and was kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. My phone had been having various issues, after describing the set of issues I was experiencing I was offered several possible causes, and solutions were explored free of charge. This place offers free diagnostics as well, which is nice because not all do. At the end of the day a new screen remedied the issues I was having. The repair was quick (about 15-20 minutes) and the price was very fair, competitive, and better than a number of other repair shops that I had researched. My product purchase came with a lifetime warranty as well. Overall it was a great experience.

Good repair, only problem the incorrect color was sent probably the fault of the part suppliers I did not have time for correct part to be replaced from supplier so I accepted as so.

Brought my mavic pro in to have the gimbal cable replaced. Spoke with Michael who told me he was their drone tech. He told me that he could do it no problem. Dropped it off on a Friday before I went out of town and got a call from Michael a couple hours later saying its ready. When I asked him if he tested it he told me he didnt know how to turn it on.... ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? Went to pick it up Sunday and its in worse condition then before. The gimbal doesnt work at all now. They asked me to bring it to their wellington store which was almost a 30 min drive. When I got there and the tech looked and it he told me that the motor had been damaged when it was taken apart. This is ridiculous. Now instead of a $10 cable needing to be replaced it needs a $250 gimbal. DO NOT TAKE YOUR STUFF HERE! THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY IF THEY BREAK ANYTHING!
