Massey is seriously the best! Scott, Caleb, James, and Tim are always so responsive and helpful! We had some turf installed in our backyard and not only did they put back the baits within a week of calling, they replaced them with new ones and did an inspection for us while he was here! Thank you Massey for taking care of our historic home!

Our prior exterminating company killed the ants, but they died inside our home. We switched to Massey and not only were the ants eliminated, they never made it into our home. Great work!!!

My yard was a mess. The fungus already has destroyed 4-5 of my neighbor’s yards.Initially things got better, but not great.The manager Tim Wiggins actually met me and my wife to discuss the problems and to figure out a solution and now our yard looks perfect.This is the first professional service I have ever had.I should of signed up sooner. Tim is tremendous asset to your corporation.

I wanted an estimate on fixing my sprinkler system. They made me 3 appointments. The first time they called when they should have already been there to say they had to reschedule. Next apt, the following day they call 30 min before to say again something happened and they cant make it. Very apologetic, they asked if they could come the next day at 5:00 pm. This wasnt convenient for me due to work, but I really need to get my system fixed. So I said yes. They never called and never showed up. What a waste of time :(

Great job by Caleb. He arrived and resolved our issues and concerns in a very timely, cordial and professional manor. He knew his business and represents his company very well.

Daniel is the RUDEST person I have ever met in my life and due to his lack of motivation and the way he talks to customers I will not use this service anymore. Company was great, and if they want to continue their business they should think about replacing such terrible employees such as him. Not the brightest.

Update: I live in sanctuary cove and massy told them to have me wait all day for them, they never showed or called. I have rats eating my belongings and chewing wires in the walls and breaking circuits. While they made me wait at home all day then didn’t show, they came promptly the next day and apologized. While I admire this, they charge $1 a month per door which doesn’t cover the cost of basic pest control, let alone carpenter ants, termite and rats which are almost always more in some way due to the cost. I’m living in a fire hazard because of it. While some of this falls on sanctuary cove, massy should not be marketing and selling plans at that low cost to apartment complex’s. Rats are more dangerous then termites, not only do they carry diseases, they cause a large number of house and building fires every year.

I had a service done last Friday Mario Augustin.He was so unbelievably professional and knowledgeable.He took the time to go over every little detail with me and tell me what I needed to do to help prevent future infestations.I highly recommend Mario and Massey services

May cancel my service with them. Service guy sprayed brown weed liquid all over my freshly painted doors that were 2 feet away from the grass instead of simply moving them or ringing door bell and asking me to!

I DO NOT recommend this company for your pest control needs. Their service technicians are unreliable and the customer service is not the greatest. So a gentleman came out to my house last week to assess my situation. After going over everything, we set up a day and time for service (in writing) and took my down payment for services. So today, I had an appointment between a three hour time span and no one showed up or bothered to call me. I had to call the company myself and question where my technician was. It turns out, he didnt go in to work. So instead of contacting me to reschedule or make me aware that I was not receiving service today, they did absolutely NOTHING! (I took off work today for this appointment). That is unacceptable AND very unprofessional. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Massey Services were HIGHLY INADEQUATE and untruthful. I am very displeased with what was ADVERTISED as compared to what was actually rendered! I continued to hear rodent movement in my ceiling even AFTER I had been assured any openings were closed off. Tim came and was impatient with my questioning and dissatisfaction. I was charged $90 for each visit even though my needs were NOT met! I will not recommend them to anyone. Too pricey /poor service!

Paid Massey services for a year and the guy was caught showing up and leaving without doing any spraying or maintenance work per the contract in place. After voicing my displeasure on their Facebook page, Massey corporate reached out to me and the local branch begged me to allow them to make it right. I told them they can try to make it right but I will never be using their services again. Now about a year later I receive a debt collection notice saying I’ll be reported for not paying them for the month of service they performed. Stay far away from this company they will not only ruin your lawn but also try to ruin your credit score.
