I contacted Mike Smith of Smith Environmental regarding a rodent issue. Mike referred me to his associate Thomas DiMatteo of Treasure Coast Trapping. Thomas was able to come the next day and arrived at the agreed upon time. He listened to our concerns and did a thorough inspection of the home. He was able to identify possible access points where the rodents were entering and he then sealed them off. He said that he would contact us after the service to see how things were faring and he did so a week later. He also sent an email with the photos that he had taken during his inspection. His price was very reasonable for the service performed.I truly appreciated Mike referring us to Thomas. Due to this, we are definitely planning on using Mike for all future pest control needs at our home. Both Mike and Thomas were very polite, patient and listened to my concerns and well as those of my husband.
