Hotel rooms are appropriate for the price. Overall appearance is nice and rooms are good size. Mini-fridge is way to small. But the real issue was the amount Marijuana used on the property. In the court yard, in the pool area, on the balconies and in the rooms. We were there for 4 days and our kids could not leave the room when we were there. We even put towels at the door to block out the smell in the hallway. Would not recommend coming here with kids. Such a waste of a nice place.

This hotel is not worth it. For $200 a night I could have chosen a way better hotel. The front desk personnel was super rude. I discovered a bedbug on my pillow, and although the front desk said breakfast was included with my $200/a night, the next morning they retracted from what they said, and told me Actually Mam breakfast is NOT included they couldnt make up their minds.... Anyway, just pick another hotel youll be better off.

Positive: Location was great. Only a few easy miles to a major outlet mall and many other stores and restaurants. Walking distance to yet a few places to eat as well. Quiet locarion off of the main street. I liked it.

The room was fine for the most part, except for the stains on the carpet. Also, I had a noisy neighbor who snored soooooo bad at night. I could hear him from the connecting door that separate our rooms in additional to the loud TV that was also playing at night as well. I had a three night stay, and began hearing this on the second night, which is probably when the individual began staying there. I highly advise that you do not give strangers a room with a connecting door, I can hear so clearly through it.

This compliment is well overdue. Ive stayed at this property three times for business. Every time the hotel staff has been extremely pleasant and has exceeded my expectations. The hotel is very clean and very safe. Felecia has gone the extra mile to make me feel welcome and is a huge asset to your hotel. She always has a smile and is a great reflection of the Marriott standards. I travel to WPB every 4-6 weeks and plan to return because of her and a couple of others. We went there only for one night, but was awesome, very clean rooms, the breakfast at the cafeteria was delicious, they need a better coffee, (strong) only have one kind of coffee which was too simple for us (me and my wife), but overall review is good and we strongly recommend it!! Very nice hotel. Spacious and close to highway, airport, and downtown. Cafe was not open which is understandable.Only, negative was that there are two wings of the hotel and the desk clerk did not give directions to the room. Went the wrong way and had to double back the way I walked, with luggage to correct wing. Not what you want to do after hours of traveling. Otherwise 4 stars

Im extremely disappointed at this location since I have stayed in many Courtyard properties, and their standards across the board have always been excellent. This location presented online looks NEW, but unfortunately, it is not. When you pull up, you see a beautiful entrance and lobby; when you pass, you get into an old hotel based on the wear and tear. Once I got into the elevator, it was dirty all over, and it seemed that itd not been taken care of. The bathroom had stains/stickiness on the walls, and the paint was peeling off. Also, there was NO ventilation in the bathroom and underneath our beds had a pile of dust. As you walked out of the hotel, the trash was overflowing every day I was there. In my opinion, management needs to take more control of this location because there are lots more Hotels around them. I was planning to stay for six days but had to cut it short due to these issues. We will not be coming back to this location.

The cops were investigating something wjen we arrived which was really sketchy from the start. The front decks clerk was friendly and very accommodating and we got our room for a good rate.The entire 2nd floor stunk of perfume. It was either in the rug or in the ventilation systems. Whatever the hell it was, I couldnt breathe! The rooms also had an everbearing fragrance not only in our room, but also in another room in another floor.My recommendation is do not come here, the entire hotel stinks from chemicals most likey used to cover up another odor. Spend the money and find a different hotel.I cant breathe it stinks so bad!!

Everything was good for us. They brewed fresh hot coffee in the morning. Showers were quite narrow. Didnt get to check out the pool area, gym or other amenities.

My whole company stayed here for awhile and the cleaning staff or someone with access to our rooms stole >$1000 of property from our locked rooms. Power went out for 10 hrs and the engineer didn’t even know where the breaker box was. Some staff were nice but others were absolutely rude. Some bugs in the rooms too. Basically a cheap/scam hotel got a nice facelift, don’t be fooled.

Positive: What I liked best about this hotel was checking out. Staff is rude and theyre quick to give you a room you didnt book. Booked a King and was given a double queen. And I have screen shots of my booking so dont come for me. Next! Negative: This hotel just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. The fridge is terribly small,you cant put much in it and dont even think about buying ice cream because theres no freezer. Tried to be reasonable with this place but they fail me every time. Im done.

The hotel is an awesome hotel for the price. Beautiful clean room. Friendly staff only problem is that there is no breakfast. But other than that little issue the hotel is wonderful. I paid 129 plus tax came out to 146.00 and I couldnt be happier definitely will book again hope they have breakfast next time

Maids stole several items from me and my team. Horrible service. Power went out in our meeting room and their own engineers did not even know where the breaker box was. Lost hundreds of dollars of spoiled food. Front desk assistant manager hates his job and does not like doing anything for guests. Never stay here. Least attentive and hospitable hotel ive ever stayed at.

We had a fabulous stay at this courtyard. The rooms are all renovated and perfectly clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful, specially Brian and another very kind lady from the morning shift. Very good value for money!

Booked a 2 night stay for 2 rooms. Hallways had a hospital smell did not smell fresh and clean. By the way I did not see anyone following the CDC guidelines for cleaning with the amount of patrons going in and out the elevator and doors. Only one lady cleaning rooms in the morning. Very disappointed the rep at the front desk lied about grab-n-go breakfast. Woke up the next morning only to be told by thw current there is no breakfast and the restaurant was closed. Secondly, I needed to print out tickets to the water park. Only to be told that the printer doesnt work. Thirdly, what really took the cake they said there was no one to clean thw rooms due to Covid-19. If you need more linen call the desk to ask. Well, I guess thats what explains the lipstick on the bedding in one of ghw reserved rooms. As we were out and about someone entered our room and left the clean towels on the floor. No one came to take out the trash. It wasnt until the cleaning lady saw my husband with the bags in his hand in the hallway. She said,no no no dont do that. Just HORRIBLE!!!! I do not recommend. I booked this hotel because of the amenities. Apparently they continue to blame COVID-19 for the short comings. Clearly they are just trying to make a buck.UNACCEPTABLE for the price paid per night.

Not a wonderful experience. Common areas were poorly maintained, although our room was clean. Keys worked sometimes. Had to get replacement keys twice. Welcome desk had a poor understanding of the complex key system -different keys for different functions.

We simply needed a clean hotel that was not too expensive. We researched many hotels in West Palm Beach, and decided on Courtyard. We made the right choice. With our AAA membership, we opted for the bed and breakfast.We really liked the fact that although the hotel is only 1/2 mile from I-95, it was secluded from I-95 and 45th Ave. The hotel is set within a business/office park.The Courtyard hotel, and our room, was clean. The staff was friendly, and check-in was easy. There is plenty of free parking in a well-lit parking lot.Although we had limited choices from the breakfast menu, our bed and breakfast was very satisfying. We will stay at the Courtyard West Palm Beach, the next time we are in the area.

It was a little weird staying at a hotel with so few guests last week. It would have been easy for the staff to let it affect their attitudes negatively, but it was just the opposite. Everyone was great. Every interaction I had was noteworthy in a positive sense. They went out of their way to make sure they were providing the best possible service.I do not generally do surveys or reviews, but my experience here was good enough I wanted to write one up for them.

A hotel is a hotel is a hotel. Some are nicer than others of course but staff at hotels play a huge role in my opinion. The staff at this courtyard were and are incredible. Food and service couldnt have been better. Having stayed at the courtyard West Palm for 5 weeks for work, I had a great time. Traveling and work out of town is never easy but this staff made me not mind it at all. I am looking forward to a return very soon. If you get the chance to stay here just remember, Derrick, Emily, Cassandra, Brian, Courtney, Nia, Felicia, and Hector are the absolute best. They make you feel like family and not just a guest. Bravo to all of you!

The room was clean when we got there ...no microwave..paid for breakfast and there was none ..housekeeper didnt come to the room.

I have stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels around the world and I have to say the staff at the Courtyard Marriott in West Palm Beach were incredible. Such an amazing group of helpful staff, they made my stay great! My room was comfortable though the condition of the walls could use some love, definitely needed repair. But again I overlooked it as the service was wonderful.

Check in was easy,even after arriving at 1130pm. Room was clean and updated with balcony overlooking the pool.Hotel is undergoing renovations. I would stay here again.

So many good things: quiet, comfortable beds, warm pool, balcony, clean and a friendly staff. The price is competitive with other area properties weve stayed at. Our only major complaint is that the property is not non-smoking. There were several chain cigarette and cigar smokers out on their balconies or porches around the pool who filled the air around the pool, outside lounge area and in adjoining or lower balcony levels with smoke. We shifted most of our outdoor time to beaches and parks, but not everyone can do that.

I enjoyed my long weekend at the Courtyard West Palm Beach. The lobby area was very modern and welcoming. The front desk staff was courteous and accommodating. I spent some time at the pool, which was clean and peaceful. The room, while dated and in need of an upgrade, was also very clean. The balcony was great to have. The bed was especially comfortable, and I could tell the sheets were fresh. I would stay at this hotel again.

This is definitely a 5 star review based on the service. The location isn’t in necessarily a nice area, but the people there and the amenities make up for it. Bryan is by far the best concierge I’ve worked with. I know it’s not a 5 star hotel, but the service is phenomenal.

The staff had difficult time with registration process. They must issue multiple keys. The explanation how to use those keys was poor. The maintenance of the common areas, e.g. elevators, hallways were poor but the room was clean.

Still waiting on my $20 incidental fee

I cant thank the Team enough for their spectacular service and accommodations during my recent stay. Our seminar ran into late nights (3:00 am most nights) and there were little sweets and a few waters left out for us to enjoy upon return. They extended the breakfast bar/bistro hours to accommodate our late starts and always made it feel like hey were thrilled to take care of us instead of a burden. Thank you all, especially Courtney for that smile and warmth and true hospitality!
