Once they get their money they become incredibly unresponsive. For over a week once payment was received I contacted them with no response. I finally escalated the issue with input from my attorney and after reading other online reviews found out I was one of the lucky ones that even received delivery. Once I brought my attorney into it is when I received the product, but it wasn’t what was agreed upon. Once again I tried contacting the organization with no response. That is, until I posted a negative review on Google. Only then did they respond, BUT they refused to assist me until I removed my review. Wanting to get this issue sorted out I complied and they finally did provide me with what I paid for, but it was like pulling teeth. There are so many other reputable providers in this field that I would strongly encourage you to use one of them.
