As the old adage goes, you get what you pay for.... and I certainly had a low-budget experience with Lombardo. In addition to my original brief, I provided copious feedback, examples and mock-ups I liked during the initial meeting and the consultant mostly ignored these. DO NOT BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

These guys know what theyre doing. They designed our logo, provided typography and colors for brand guidelines, and did our entire ecommerce shoot. Really great work, and great people. Were keeping them on board to help us with strategy as we launch our luxury consumer brand.

Lombardo is as good as it gets. They have been so kind, caring, professional, polite. Fun environment, just great people that make you feel so special. I own a catering company serving big corporates and LOMBARDO has helped me with anything needed. They have been great from A-Z. If I could, I would give them 100 stars. The company was boasting everywhere about their accomplishments and their numerous deals. Yes, you should be proud of your accomplishments, but people who are job searching do not care about that. They want to find a place where they can be comfortable, challenged, have good benefits and have job satisfaction, and this company did not even have any of that.

This company charges so much because they focus on luxury brands and have big brands on their name but they dont have the heart and passion for their work. Its all about the money for this company.

In particular, if you have a luxury brand they really excel at portraying the product in the correct manner and to the right people. Giuseppe is a very astute designer and can cut through the noise to get to the essence of the issue with the creative. You wont be disappointed.

Rude customer service. I called them to inquire about their rates but the representative that I talked to was rude and seemed disinterested. I understand that they cater to luxury brands but a little respect to someone who is interested in your services would go a long way.
