I waited a minute and I think his name was T.J. approached me and immediately went to work on my Chainsaw and figured out quickly why I was having certain issues and the solution to them in such a timely manner. I will definitely be back for future service and purchases for my business!

Very disappointed with a repair they did on my lawnmower. Was highly recommended to this place and I am not happy. First of all did repairs on my lawnmower without calling me and letting me know what they were doing. They replaced a brand new part that I had just put in the mower, bought from them and claimed the new part I put in was no good. I even told them when I dropped off the machine what parts I had changed myself, but they still changed the new part I replaced, again without even calling me first, telling me what was wrong and charging me $270.00. I feel I have been ripped off by these people and word of mouth will prevail. How do you do repairs, without calling the customer to tell them what is wrong? If they would have called me, I would have told them again, that I had already replaced the part they were taking out, with one I bought from them. So if the part was defective, and I had just bought it, wouldnt you think they would save it for me to get my money back since I had just bought the part and it was supposedly defective? No supposedly they did not save it. The probably used it in another machine or have it sitting on their shelf to use in another machine. They are a joke from the word get go, and took 2 weeks to fix my machine. Not happy at all and will be telling all my friends that are in the lawn care business, how these people rip you off. I plan on going even further with this and will file all the complaints I can until I get a resolution to the fraudulent repairs performed on my mower! I plan on going back to the place I originally was going, at least they dont screw me and they dont charge me exceptionally high prices!

Great service repair and almost new machines for sale

Placed an order for a carburetor kit to have shipped direct to home. They took my funds 2 weeks ago and no item or even a tracking number to see where my item is. Charlie was supposed to get me that number...no call back. Tells me that if your purchasing items from this place of business, make sure its in your hands before you pay it.

DOESNT HONOR QUOTES OR SCHEDULE. BEWARE! Called and was given a pickup date and return date for a nut loosening via impact wrench. Checked with spouse and called back to schedule. First person now not available. Second person - Chris - gave me a 3-4 week estimate for the nut loosening and quoted a higher price. He was rude and condescending, and didnt care what I had been told. Shamed me for trying to jump ahead of customers ...waiting weeks and crying just as loud. I would not trust them to be honest or professional and if they cant do better than 3-4 weeks during South Florida summer, they dont know how to manage their priorities and dont care about their customers.

I am a homeowner & NOT a landscaping professional. But Im retired and spend a lot of time making sure my property, (just an acre and a quarter) is totally manicured. I could certainly afford to have my property mowed by a lawn care company, but in my experience, there are not too many, if any, pro landscapers out there that take the time to make it PERFECT (most just cut, edge & trim and are off to the next job, and I get that... time is $$$).You have to do it yourself to get it done RIGHT.I have been dealing with Lawnmower Headquarters for a number of years for smaller lawn care equipment (string trimmers, edgers, chain saws, leaf blowers, extending pole chain saws, etc.). I have always gone back to area where they display the mowers and Id sit on a SCAG and think about how much I wanted one.Well, I finally stepped up and bought a SCAG Tiger Cat II HEAVY DUTY COMMERCIAL mower from LHQ after years of owning those bright green mowers (initials-JD). Problem with buying and maintaining those bright green (commercial) mowers is that in the past few years, the bright green mower manufacturer has decided that they will only allow a certain huge conglomerate to sell and offer factory authorized service on their commercial line of mowers. This same conglomerate sells huge tractors, combines, and other professional farming & agricultural equipment, and its become almost like the mowers have become sort of a side line compared to the multi-thousand dollar tractors. This conglomerate appears to be overwhelmed, and when I needed to get my commercial ZTR mower in for service, it was always, Were a couple a weeks out, which means Im stuck waiting for at least 2 weeks, and thats just the sittin on the lot time before anyone could even look at or diagnose the issue. It has gotten UNACCEPTABLE!Getting back to my SCAG HEAVY DUTY COMMERCIAL MOWER PURCHASE...Turns out the issues Ive had waiting to get my green mower fixed with that huge conglomerate that sells those green mowers turned out to be a blessing...Lawnmower Headquarter is a REAL mower shop. All of the staff know their products and are friendly and always willing to answer any questions you have about lawn care equipment. They sell & service lawn care equipment (both residential and commercial)... NO COMBINES or HAY BAILERS. Best of all, I finally got the mower Ive always (secretly) wanted. Theres a reason SCAGs company motto is SIMPLY THE BEST. Theres a reason that most of the serious professional lawn maintenance guys around my area use SCAG almost exclusively. SCAG MOWERS are bada*s!! Period! Comfortable, fast, efficient, and built solid (built to last). It has made me really want my grass to grow so I can get out in my machine and mow. It actually makes mowing fun. Like going from 1/2 ton pick-up to a big beefy 1 ton dually (a 1 ton that handles like a Porsche). Lol. Dont get me wrong, as my green mower wasnt really a bad mower. It was a real commercial mower (not a wanna be like the big box home care stores sell), and it pretty much got the job done, but its not even in the same league as a SCAG HEAVY DUTY COMMERCIAL MOWER. Everything about the SCAG is well thought out, manufactured totally in the USA, and made to mow lots of acres a day.Chris from LHQ took good care of me and gave me a great price on my SCAG. Gave me a short class on the mower and offered tips on how to use it like the pros. They ordered the mower I wanted without trying to sell me stuff I didnt need. ...and delivered it to my driveway.Lawnmower Headquarters is a REAL mower shop and Im so glad I did my research and bought my new SCAG mower at Lawnmower Headquarters.THE QUALITY OF CUT FROM THE SCAG, AND QUALITY OF DOING BUSINESS WITH LAWNMOWER HEADQUARTERS has made me a customer for life.

These guys are a rip off !!! I had a cracked primer line and primer bulb on my troy bilt weedeater. Thats all that was wrong with it. They were trying to charge me to rebuild the carb because they thought it was sitting for months.When I picked it up there was constant pressure on the bulb, they replaced the throttle cable that wasnt broke and my pull cord wont retract properly.Now I have to take it home and repair it myself, (THE RIGHT WAY).So $53 later and Im worse off than when I started.Thanks lawmower headaches. You just lost a customer.

Fast customer service, great selections

Charged me $60.00 to rebuild the carb on my lawn tractor twice in one month, and never took it appart. How do you rebuild a carb with out taking it appart. Thats 120.00 for what. Now six months later. The carb is doing the same thing and they dont stand by there work. They want to charge me again to fix the same leak in the carb they fixed twice before.
