Came here about an hour before close and usually employees (anywhere not just laundromats) are a bit rude when it’s near close. I didn’t catch her name, but the woman working there was very nice and helped me set up the laundry card and pick out a machine for my load. Machines were normal and did their job. All good!

Nothing working! I gave a great review previously when machines were working. My last experience was the last time I got ripped off. Washing machines did not spin the water out, leaving clothes sopping wet. Picked a different machine to rewash - same thing! Of course the dryer is not going to get those clothes dry any day soon. Owner only refunded 1/2 of the cost of lost cleaning materials!I was there for hrs. and $$ wasted. Dont do it!!

Its to expensive $1.80 to dry for 28 minute.thats crazy 😦😧😦😦 to me.

Clean, friendly and fast. For my rare laundrymat experience Southdale was perfect. Although, I did learn they offer wash, dry & fold for $1.05lb.

Machines do not take cash, require laundry card purchase to use in machines, $2 card with minimum $10 credit = $12 .. $2.50 wash .45 dry

Workers are very rude, always have a nasty attitude. The worker with red hair always talks bad about customers, never is willing to help when a machine isn’t working. It is a nice place but the workers are trash.

Stinking landramat. the ladi in front working very mad and not nice all the time. my drop off very smelly, I no never coming back here again ever. management not nice, say I am picky, my expensive dress is smell like mold. machine very bad. HATE PLACE PLEAZ DONT GO

I loved this laundry I go every week but no more the lady of the morning shift has been very rude and impolite with me since the first day. Today made me feel very bad with her comments. Because of what I read on this site I have not been the first to be mistreated by her and the situation is not resolved she continues. Im sorry because I like this laundry but I do not want to go anymore to a place where I feel uncomfortable

Great laundromat ! The woman working helped me set up the laundry card and also offered to help me with the machines . Machines are clean and functional . Everything, including the bathroom were extra clean .

The laundrymat its self is it great shape. Clean and machines are pretty new. But the customer service is the worst Ive ever seen. The girls that work there have the absolute worst attitude towards all customers. If the owner only knew what they did in front of the customers, she would terminate their employment. I love this laundry mat but will not return until these girls are no longer there. Horrible service! I really hope the owner makes this change happen.

Its a good place but the old colombian woman That work there dont have costumer servicios experience I get the little car to put my clean lines and she said That I cant put the car on my side at the waiting chair and she get the car by her self and put away from me and I have my walet with my personal stuff there.

Clean and easy to use washing machine.

Unfortunately my linens were ruined by the wash-dry-fold service in this business, and when I asked the sales girl to redo the blue that were white linens, she threw them outside and asked me to leave! When I later called to speak to the owner, the same sales girl told me that the owner was rarely there and that she doubted the owner wanted to speak to me, because she read THIS Review!! The previous time they ruined linens the owner was kind enough to give me a free wash, but her staff continuously brought up the fact that they did not ruin the clothes every time I went in there and then ruined my linens again! They ruined a $200 duvet cover and begrudgingly offered me a $20 free wash with rude behavior every time I came in, complaining that I, the customer, had a bad attitude. Beware when you leave your laundry to be done by them!
