I have been using the pick up delivery service for about two months now I believe it was pretty new but I downloaded their app. And the previous drop off customer but so much happier with my pick up delivery service it’s always done within 24 hours they always confirm to make sure it is OK with me to deliver. My laundry always smells amazing just like it did when it was done in house but now I am so spoiled I will never drop off my laundry again the pick up and delivery service is so much better I feel like $1 million queen. Their app is called Deerfield Laundry Pickup download it you will not regret it this is a blessing it’s a birthday gift it’s a Christmas gift it’s a Hanukkah gift it’s an anniversary gift it’s a lifetime gift once you start using their service you will not stop. So addictive addictive

Hey this laundromat is awesome! Clean and neat, everything is well-organized. It was my first experience and I had a really really good impression about this place.The staff is taking a good care of the place, cleaning the machine from the detergent powder, keeping the floor clean etc. So I am sure shed do the same with my laundry (if I had had my full service)Price is okay, I definitely recommend you this laundromat if you are around Belvedere Rd.Keep up the great work guys!!

Went to this laundromat 2 days ago for wash and fold service. The place was immaculate! The employee I interacted with was Laura (I hope I got her name right.). She was very professional and helpful, answering all my questions. My laundry was done in a couple of hours and I was texted when it was finished. The process was so easy. Great service overall. I will be back.

My husband and I bring our laundry here every week to get washed using their drop off service. They always have it ready within a few hours, the clothes are immaculate and they have great customer service. Laura is usually the person that assists us and she’s amazing!

This was the best laundry spot I have been to! Gladys was very friendly, professional, and nice. She did an AWESOME job cleaning my laundry, neatly folding it, and sent me a text when it was done. My laundry was finished faster than she had predicted it would be. I highly recommend them! Gladys was a true pleasure to work with!

I found this laundromat on google, after reading reviews and looking at before after pictures I decided to give them a try. Place is absolutely beautiful. Staff is nice and professional and extremely helpful. I was offered their drop off service even tho I walked in to do my stuff myself and after getting it done by the girl I realized how much time, money and energy she saved me by helping me out. I ran to the salon across from them got a wash and a blow dry, by the time I was done I received a text message that my laundry is ready. I thought it was a mistake but wow she was done. My stuff looks amazing! Thanks a million. I’ll see you in a week

Im a client of this laundry and I wanted to say that the ladies that work there are very nice and always cleaning also I always get my clothes back very nicely folded reina and dina are very nice to everyone and always there to help the clients

My friend Robin recommended me this place. Mary was so helpful, sweet and took her time by asking me what I wanted, if I was allergic to any of the detergent or softener, if there were any special directions, also she was super quick and very very busy but that didn’t stop her from helping me. When I walked in the place was quiet a couple of people washing laundry but their drop off was a lot the entire wall was filled with bags wrapped nicely it honestly look like a Christmas present instead of laundry. I’m from Chicago and where I come from I always used to drop off service bird never got such amazing results or service. Thanks Mary and I hope your boss reads this comment.

Great wash fold service. My first time leaving my laundry for somebody else to wash but I’m very happy I did. Lady with blonde hair was very nice and so quick at doing it. By the time I finished my dinner I received a text from a robot saying my stuff is done. I paid $1 per pound and the job was done right. Will come back again for sure. Thanks

Instead of asking to put masks on, they actually called the police. Had no idea that the girl behind the counter had an issue. Needless to say, the police officers--ALL SIX--were NOT happy campers for wasting their time and neither were we. DONT bother utilizing their facilities. If youre white, youre not welcome. Fact.

This place is awesome! I’ve been using the wash and fold service which is fantastic. They have a 20% off deal for first time customers as well. Most importantly they have integrity and exceed expectations!!!

A very good laundromat. Clean, well organized and friendly girl. The staff member on duty was courteous, helpful, and friendly. Prices were good, I used their drop off service for the first time, very happy with what they did. Overall, I considered this a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this establishment! Management knows what they are doing.

I have been to this place many times before new management took over. I did my own laundry because I did not like what I saw. I walked in today, the place is clean, employee pretty and very nice, greeted me with a huge smile and offered their drop off service. The drop off on their shelves looked so good I couldnt help but to leave my clothes. Got a text message when she finished, in about 2 hours (I had 43 pounds). Smells and looks wonderful. Very happy, had the owner of meeting the new owner on my way out. Very pleasant and professional gentleman. Thanks guys, I am sure our community, just like myself appreciates all you do. FYI price is unbeatable!

I feel safe dropping off my clothes here during Corona. They have signs that everyone should wear masks and practice social distancing. Even employees are in masks and very very nice. Place is kept very clean, props to management! Thanks for always taking care of me girls.

Thank you!!! I used to go to another laundromat near my house but I found blue bubble laundry when COVID19 hit us . It’s true when they say everything has a good and a bad side, because of this virus my regular laundromat changed their hours and I wasn’t happy. Blue bubble works from 7am to 11pm daily, they sanitize everything, and all their machines are brand new. The place is sparkling and the owner happens to be a great man. I got free coffee, all their employees are nice and they welcoming. I did my laundry myself the first time but now I leave it for them to do. Their drop off service is off the hook. Only $1 per pound they do A to Z. Wash dry fold detergent softener dryer sheets laundry bags. Amazing work. Thanks for all you do for us!

The attendant is a nice girl. She helped me get my laundry in my car. Very professional and did my laundry very fast. I found them through a friend, very happy with them. I guess i will make this my permanent place. Thanks guys

The laundry is a good place to wash your clothes for good prices, however the Hispanic lady that work there Saturday morning (she has highlights) is a very rude person. I came in there one Saturday morning (during covid19) and I didnt have my mask on but i had it in my pockets as I was carrying my laundry inside and instead of telling me in a nice kindly manner, she say it loud enough for everyone to hear in Spanish if you dont have a mask, out! Almost wanting to scream but she held her composure. I wore it after her rude gesture, however I noticed she usually on her phone and eyeballing everyone! Shalo or whoever the owner is please I suggest you review your worker that works in Saturday morning shift. Bad customer service. And I almost never leave reviews. Thanks👍

Clean, Complete laundry ( detergent, softener vending as well as two functional change machines)New washer/dryer machines, fitted into old previous facilities which leaves an open area between machines that is a bit unsightly, small medium and very large washers. Complimentary coffee, nice manager working on site She’s helpful and friendly.

This place has washers and dryers in very good condition, they have TV, free wifi, free coffee, free sweets, they are always sanitized and look clean, the lighting is also good. Offers laundry supplies like bags, soap, bleach, fabric softener. The coin changers work perfectly. Very convenient.
