Don’t even waste your time. This is absolutely the worst laundromat i’ve ever been to. The place is absolutely disgusting and dirty. The machines are out of date. The lady who works here is rude and very disrespectful.

If you have no other choice, like I did this evening, this spot works. Its in fire need of a renovation. The entire location is old and over priced. Small machines are $3.50 and hot water is .25¢ more. The dryers are 4mins to each dryer so your going to be drying all night if you have more than one load or bully items luther bedding. The agreement is nice. Didnt get her name. Older women with dark hair. One coin machine available tucked at the back of a row of washers. But again, this was the closest one (near Belvedere and 441). So it served a purpose; an extremely long, expensive, time consuming purpose.

Save your time and your money. This place is really expensive and the lady who works here is rude. The machines are old and when asked for help she just kept giving me and my family attitude. What topped it off for me was the fact that she kept eying our laundry and then walked to the counter and poured something into my laundry and didn’t say not one word. She did that and just walked away.

The owner takes so much pride in her business. You have to love that! Super clean

My dryer broke and needed to only use the dryer. They did not want me to use the dryer unless I washed my clothes. Could not even recommend another place to go to. I will definitely not go there if needed and not recommend it.

The female attendant I rude. She doesnt help if you require aid and she also refused to put toilet paper in her bathroom. She totally acted like it would put her out.

Ive been coming here for over 10 years, I visit time to time when I have any issues with my washer and drier. Owned by a married couple, ran by them only, sweet people. Small spot, but its smooth operations.

I went there today and the place is dirty and when my clothes came out of the washer they stunk and I put them in 2 dryers to hopefully get the smell out and after 45 minutes they were still wet and I gave up and took them home to dry. I will never go back and please save your money and go somewhere else.

Not the best laundromat, but it works in a pinch. It’s dark and not the cleanest, but I don’t pick a laundromat for its atmosphere. I also thought it was overpriced, but it’s also close and we only went because our washer broke. Don’t love the gas dryers either. My son liked it because they leave him alone to read while waiting on the laundry.

Left money in my clothes...a Couple Hundred. Went to pick my clothes up and the Lovely lady came and gave me my clothes and the money she found. The won my business for life

Havent been to a laundromat since I was a kid and had forgotten how it works, especially the prices. Had to wash those sheets used to protect floors when you paint a room (at least 11 long hefty ones). When I came through the door, I first asked how much the drop off service would be. The man at the desk (super friendly) told me it would be cheaper for me to do it instead of paying for the service. Nonetheless, I wanted to figure out the price anyways. Weighed the bags with the sheets; essentially its $2 a pound so I could have paid $74 for the service but instead I followed his advice and did it myself except I had no idea since it had been a long time. He kindly helped me load the sheets saying to just toss them all in there, itll be fine. Then led me to the machine that exchanges $1, $5, $10, & $20 bills to quarters. Was $1 short but luckily he had the patience for me to rummage through my wallet for the 75 cents I needed after he donated 25 cents to help me out, funny enough. Then to dry I had a local customer help me and in the end, I only spent $15.$10 for the one wash and $1 is 16 minutes of dry time on whichever heat you desire. Took 5 times to dry because theyre huge sheets but worth the wait.Didnt meet the lady people have said is supposedly rude. But the man is helpful and friendly. Not bad prices and definitely go in the morning if you have time, more calm atmosphere anyways.

Place is nasty. Machines dont work properly and they will steal your money and they will not refund it.... STAY AWAY!!

This place is gross. Like really gross. Dead bugs on the floor, dust and garbage behind the machines. A vacuum and spray bleach would go very very far in this place. Water stained ceiling tiles with tears. Floor is dirty. Its just really scummy. I came here in an emergency as I am out a washer til Saturday. And I was just disgusted. Ill definitely be going somewhere else. It sucks bevayse its so conveniently located and would get so much more business if it just was kept up and showed some pride.

I use to work there years ago. It is not as serious at everyone makes it. Yes you CANNOT dry only. This is only because in the past there have been people with GASOLINE on their clothes and that started a fire SINCE THE DRYERS THEMSELVES ARE USING GAS! To be safe! They made that sign. Also their will be people who need dryers as they were their first. Yes it is expensive to wash. Duh! People have bills. The dryers work fine unless it’s a busy day. The “rude” lady actually isn’t rude. She just wants you to read before you ask questions. Common sense. Also she does have a job to do. She will watch those washer and dryers because again YES people have stolen right from the dryer. There is a drop off service. You drop our things of before 11 you will get it in the afternoon. If you drop of your things in the afternoon you will get it the next day. Ummmmmmm it’s a laundry mat guys let’s be real. They do their best.

This laundry is also a good dry cleaner place.Very friendly and in a good location,about the comment from the previous person complain, Many laundrys do not let people just come in to dry.reason behind is they could short circuit the machines because the items are towet,also it takes machines away from the people that they are there to wash and dryIts also a normal policy on many laundrysthis dry cleaner laundry is in a shopping strip,good to drop off and the prices are very reasonable.The dry cleaner services are always good on time everytime and the best part is thegood service and great reasonable prices.

Very nice and super fast service plus everything is reasonably priced. Usually my clothes are ready the next day for pick up.Would definitely recommend this place!!

Went here for a last minute emergency due to 13 family members coming in town. Was met at the door by the owner who made me extremely uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. I was then told that I had too many comforters and that each machine could only fit 2 at a time which was ridiculous cause there was still space in the machine. I was then told they dont take debit card for change, eventhough there was a big visa sign on the door. The place was dark dirty hot and runned down. Will never go back to this place.

Walked in to dry a load of towels since our dryer died and was told I can not use the dryers. What a joke. The place was disgusting so I guess its good I didnt use their dryer.

We do ours here weekly. It gets busy on Sundays but so do the rest! LOL. Great place. The owners leave u alone to do ur own thing unless u need help... Just ask, they will gladly help. Great place!

My dryer broke on this cold night so I hauled my one load of laundry to this hole in the wall. I see a sign on the door that says “no dryer only use”. But I go in anyway, since I have wet clothes at 8:00 at night in 50 degree weather. The clerk at the door says “no dry only”. I say “please, my dryer broke and I have wet clothes.” He replies that I have to pay extra. I reply with “fine.” He says “$6.00”. I say “fine.” I put in $2.50 in the dryer. Then the clerk comes to me and says “$6.00” The washing machine charge is $4.00. I state that i am doing one load and already put $2.50 in the dryer. “$6.00 is what you have to pay.”So just know this...they are scumbags that don’t care about their customers. They don’t care about being fair. They don’t care about reputation or customer service. They care about themselves. Washed out, depressive looking, selfish heathens. It’s not the lousy additional $6.00 + &2.50 for my one load of laundry. It’s the lack of conscience I experienced from the employees that nudged me to write this review.Next time I run into a bind, I’ll drive extra distance to avoid this place.

Every one deserves a chance but this place is horrible 2 much mold and mildew I hate that. Machines not well taken care of and very dirty. I would never go back in that dark hole I felt like I was going to suffocate.

Great place to bring to your horse blankets to be washed - full service, reasonably priced and prompt. Very accommodating and pleasant to deal with.

My experience was actually unlike this person below me, was very good the service was excellent we got done within an hour and I have dropped off my clothes there once before and they would get the job done asap no matter what. The prices are fair and the people are very friendly! Im definitly going back! and my friends love it too! I do recommend this place!

Dirty. Washers have mildew around doors & soap dispensers. Washers also needed a general wipe down for dirt. Staff was on video games & was not the friendliest.

I went to this place yesterday and the staff was really rude.The 2 people that worked there were harrasing my 6 year old son and I.The prices for a wash went from $4.00 for the smallest load all the way up to $14.00 for the largest load.Its also $.25 for 4 minutes of dry time.The inside of the laundry mat was VERY NASTY as if it hadnt been cleaned in 5 years.I seen cock roaches walking across the floor in the back by where all the games were located.Will NEVER go to this place again and I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE!!

Called to see if they have coin operated dryers and was told you cant just use a dryer. That you have to wash & dry. My dryer just died and i had a load in the washer. How stupid is this?
