I came to this location to get waxed for the first time and the service there is incredible! my waxer was Marissa, she was great! she talked me through the whole process and was very gentle. The front desk receptionist Maddy checked me in as soon as i got there and made sure i was all good she made conversation with me while i waited for my waxer. these two are the reason i will be coming back to this location.

My first experience was not a great experience, but after I talked to the manager every session after that was absolutely wonderful. I have no complaints my wax specialist is hand down a great person with a awesome personality omg I’m so embarrassed that I can remember name, but if I can I will come back to let you guys know whom this wonderful person is. First off I want to say the lady up front was very nice and welcoming. The lady who did my wax, wasn’t so warm or welcoming. She did not perform the service I PAID FOR. This was my second time coming here, and will be my last. I am not happy with my experience.

I DISPUTED THE CHARGE AND GOT MY MONEY REFUNDED!!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I usually do sugar waxes and was thrilled to try something new. As a first (and last) time customer I was not given the discount because I did not have my ID to prove my identity as of my name and phone number was not enough. I was extremely upset ! THERE IS NO WHERE ON THE SITE THAT SAYS FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO BRING ID OR I WOULD HAVE OBLIGED AND BROUGHT IT ALONG!! on the website that a photo Id is needed to receive the first wax at the promised discount. Furthermore, I was told that if I were to to return with my id on the second visit that the discount would not be honored because by then It would be my SECOND time and the discount is only offered to first time customers! The girl at my the front was extreme ride as well I could have made a big deal and caused a scene but I paid and left gracefully. I’m seriously considering calling corporate to validate this policy or for reimbursement because I believe the lady at the front was judging me by my appearance. I do not recommend and will be posting this on my social media where I have over 100k followers whom I feel need to know how I was treated by this establishment. ZERO STARS!!!

When I first got there frontdesk girl came outside to call me, the front desk girl had an attitude cause I got there 2minute before cut off time.*extremely busy since I was 3 days away from my wedding day* I let her know I forgot my mask (Covid 19 is real) and had to go back to my car to get it. I was on a tight timeline for services and I was able to book through the online portal for a next-day appt. The staff called to remind me of my appt and when I arrived, I was seen immediately. I was in and out within 20 mins and the staff was very cordial and accommodating. Stephanie was very thorough with her services and the front desk staff explained all of the pricing options for me. I would highly recommend this location!

I stop by the European Wax Center just to get some information about the center and I was greeted by Marsha at the front desk. As I walked in the center she stood up with a nice and warm welcoming in which I really felt was extremely professional. I told her I have never gotten a wax before and she had so much information to provide. She was extremely kind and also handed me a little booklet that had everything I needed to know before my first wax. The center itself was clean and had really good music playing. Thank you so much and can’t wait to make my appointment at the West Palm Beach location.

I’ve been going to this location for over a year ( I’ve been to others) and this is the best one. Whitney, Tiffany and Stephanie are awesome ladies with great consistent service. Always makes me comfortable and are super gentle. Amber is always friendly, actually all the front office ladies are always friendly. Flexible with time if I’m running a few minutes behind!!! They have a fine tuned system at all locations which I appreciate. The girls at this location have all been sweet. Currently the store is behind a lot of construction which should be over soon. My only complaint is that they are pricey compared to others, unless you commit to a bundle package... I have gotten better waxes for a little cheaper but their convenient location, bundles, & general timeliness keeps me coming back for now.

Front receptionist was great and they offer a first time discount. However I was not pleased at all. The lady that did my Brazilian came out rushing, her hair was in a mess and her uniform was dirty. I entered the room with her where she just stood there awkwardly messing with the waxes. I just stood there waiting for her to hand me wipes, a cover up and step out of the room while I undress. This never happened, hence the awkward moment of silence... ok... I picked up the fact that none of this was going to happen and weirdly asked her “undress now?” She said yeah. Ok... so I undressed right there with her in the room and hopped on her table. She rushed through the process and did the waxing in a way I’ve never done before(I guess so she can hurry). She also left hairs behind. I wouldn’t take the chance in going back.

They use to have such an amazing staff, now it’s run by a new assistant manger (Amber) who is very unprofessional and not only that but disrespectful. they were better off running the company to the ground if that’s the type of person they want to take over the store. You’re Better off going to the circus instead of this clown show.

I come to European wax center regularly for a Brazilian wax. Jasmine is always on point. She’s quick and which makes it almost painless! I can’t recommend Jasmine and European Wax Center enough! She’s the only lady I’ll go to!

European Wax on Village Blvd is the Chick Fil A of waxing places.

I love this location! I live in PSL 35 Min away but it is worth the drive. The staff is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable, they are always informing me of the promotions and making sure my visit went as expected. Skylarr is my favorite tech there as well but all of the techs are awesome!

This wax center is amazing . I love the energy the front desk give you when you walk in ! And the waxer are amazing . They make you feel comfortable and relaxed when you get your wax .

My wife didn’t have good experience with waxing. On sat morning we had appointment for full legs and full arms. But when the wax was completed there were so many small patches where the hair was not removed. At many places on the arm just below shoulder there were long hair follicles which were easily visible. The lady providing the wax service was rushing too much (so negative 1000 stars for customer service). When the lady said the waxing session was completed my wife observed the hair on the upper arm were not even touched by wax. After letting her know she did not tried to attempt to apply wax one more time but instead reasoned that the hair wont come off.As far as the quality of service is considered its not worth given the amount of money you pay.So first and last visit to european wax center.

The Manager is AMAZING and professional the girls at the front desk are courteous and look clean and the place itself is very clean and smells lovely.

Went for my first Brazilian last night and Stephanie was rushing the whole time. When we were done I noticed later that there were TONS of hairs still there! Im so confused on how she missed an entire large patch and others in hard to reach places. I would go back and have them fix it, but Im leaving for my wedding today and have no time :((( I guess Ill just have to shave it? SO disappointed to go through all of that and still have tons to clean up that is going to keep growing. cant speak for the other waxers, but DONT go here or get Stephanie if its your first time and you want it to be completely bare. very confused about all of the high reviews, maybe I was just unlucky :(

I love european wax center!!! the services has always been great. I have been getting waxed by Jasmine for 8 plus years and she is one of the best, most experienced wax specialist by far. I moved out of state and would fly back to town to have her wax me every chance i could get. I am currently in miami and till this day, I make my way to palm beach to have her wax me. She has not only provided great services throughout the years, but she has exhibited great knowledge of the products and services EWC has offered throught my years of going here. Ive been to this location several times to get Brazilians. I ALWAYS go to Gabi. She is AWESOME..easily my favorite waxer at ANY EWC. Ive gotten Brazilians before and I usually get them months apart. This is not ideal because my body will never get used to the pain and the hair will always grow back the same thickness or thicker when I spread my waxes that far apart. So when I get waxed I ALWAYS know they will be slightly uncomfortable but bearable because Im familiar with the pain. Ive NEVER had issues with gabi, no irritation, no burns, no bleeding, nothing...EVER. Her technique is great. And it works perfectly for me.HOWEVER, I went to a different waxer (jasmine) because gabi was out of town. I have seen jasmine before and I didnt like the technique she used at my 1st visit. However, I needed the wax done and she was the only other person I had been to. Her technique does not work for me. I left in pain... literally. It was more painful for me because she did small sections and went over areas multiple times. After I left, It hurt to sit down in my car because I literally found later in the day that I had skin come off with the wax. This was By far the most uncomfortable 20 mins of my life. She waxed over areas MULTIPLE TIMES which I 100% believe caused the bleeding....which Ive never had an issue with...ever in the 5 years that Ive been getting waxed at EWC. To make matters worse by the time I got home to see the damage....there was STILL HAIR on the areas she waxed over 3-4 times! Overall she did ok the 1st time still an uncomfortable processs, but I left very dissappointed the 2nd. Will not be visiting her again.
