Clean and nice. Very good prices. My only complaint, and why I do not give 5 stars is the internet connection. The WiFi sputters and stops, the LAN connection did not work.

Zen offices are a well developed family from the front desk receptionist who has a 10 out of 10 as far hospitality and teamwork. Security is a little relaxed. But Zen has been very helpful in all areas they need to be. I would recommend Zen Offices to all who ask. Melissa is very professional does an outstanding job. She always wears a big smile and interacts with everyone entering the 12th floor. Melissa is my pick for receptionist who does her job well.

I have rented office space at Zen offices in West Palm Beach for some time now and couldnt be more pleased. The staff, Karla and Zawra, are amazing and always treat my clients with the utmost in professionalism. The offices, lobby and conference rooms look fantastic and are definitely the image you want to project to potential or current clients. There are offices with or without views and while both are quite nice, the views are fantastic and make a long day at work feel a lot shorter. Included in the rent are extras such as reception services, free coffee and use of the conference rooms (extra time over what is included can be purchased if needed) plus more benefits that make it well worth it. If you couldnt tell, I strongly recommend Zen offices and cant imagine working anywhere else.

The company Im employed with has been leasing from Zen suites since March and with company downsizing Zen staff accommodated us without conflict. Anytime we needed to move office furniture and numerous of items Karla has always been very helpful beyond her title. They make me feel welcomed each day I come in to work. This is one of the most amazing offices I have ever leased office space from. The offices themselves are beautiful, reasonably priced, with fantastic views of the intercoastal and downtown West Palm Beach. The amenities are great, but most of all the staff is absolutely stellar! Karla has been so professional warm and friendly from the first time I met her. I moved into Zen WPB when they first opened the location about 6 months ago. The space is beautiful and it is the perfect environment for my clients. The staff is exceptional and the Penthouse Suite is gorgeous with expansive views of West Palm Beach. The decor is modern, warm and inviting. Unlike other offices, the owner is present and takes time to get to know each of her tenants. It feels more like a family than a business relationship. I love my new office at Zen in WPB. I especially love working with Karla who manages the office suites there. She was my first point of contact when I was in the market for a second office location for my wedding planning business. She is the one who persuaded me to go see the office spaces, which I almost didnt do, because she could tell it was exactly the type of space I was looking for. She responded right away to my inquiry and kept in touch with me throughout my search for spaces. She was so friendly and helpful during my search phase, and continues to be the same now that I am a Zen office tenant. Liars! The Zen office staff will tell you anything just to get their offices rented. Business owners avoid this office location at all costs.I needed an office location where I can keep a few fleet vehicles parked during the daytime. I made sure to ask several times about the parking garage. The Zen staff assured me it’s no problem at all.Several months after I signed the office lease, they requested that I move the vehicles to the roof level of the parking garage. The roof is ALWAYS empty. I moved the vehicles the next day to free up spaces in the lower levels. Annoying but understandable.After a few weeks they told me that I’m no longer allowed to park my fleet vehicles in the garage. The only reason I rented this overpriced office is because of the safe place to store my vehicles.There is no mention in my lease about parking restrictions. When I moved in, the office Manager told me that it’s no problem at all for my vehicles to park in the garage.All of a sudden it’s a problem. I suspect it’s because a ‘rival’ industry company also began parking their fleet vehicles on the roof too. I’m on the roof now looking at their fleet vehicles. They’re not being asked to leave. Why am I being singled out? There are lots of cars parked in the garage overnight. I pay my rent on time. I have not violated any of the lease agreements. Could the building manager be taking a kickback from the rival company to kick us out?Unbelievable. Being a small business owner is challenging enough without being lied to by vendors who provide me a service. Avoid this shady building and shady office at all costs.
