I have been there a couple time to meet with Max at Mathieu International Foundation this guy is a plus for the community he run a non profit he is also a business Consultant and immigration specialist, I like the Area Bathroom clean, coffee Available. I would suggest anybody to Max That needs Professional Services

The offices are gorgeous, and the staff are very professional and always ready to help. Theres also new addition to the building called KOWERK which is very young and vibrant. All and All a GREAT place.

Be aware of constant issues! There is major internet issues in this building, you will want to get your own provider or avoid all together. Pest control problems, odd tenants, bathrooms not clean.
