For a massive corporation I had a terrible experience with this company, Im a contractor just moved to the area and wont be using these cowboys again .Rented a concrete grinder for $120, the total ended in $399.68 for 1 day. complete scam. My tradesman collected it and said the discs were already very used, they claimed they will last for months, within two hours of working in my kitchen on 20 year old thin set the discs needed replacing, when the invoice came i had be charged $150 extra for the discs.(that would last months) when i tried to talk to them every single person now claims they personally saw that the original discs and they were new, they then repeat irrelevant facts constantly as they arent educated enough to discuss the main issue until finally you just put the phone down and hope someone else will have sense.Rant over :)

Big property with whatever you need, tons of equipment and an army of technicians. They also have training for the equipment. They have a large counter area with plenty of staff to assist you.

This is the closest Sunbelt location for us and we rent here often. Customer service is great, but after 5pm you have to call their 1-800 number. One of their air compressor we have rented broke down on the jobsite far north, they sent a mechanic the same day and a replacement unit the following day. Gave us credit for the day automatically, we didnt have to ask for it.

Easy access to the equip pick up and drop off . Have never had a problem with there equipment that I leave with from this location

All ways have what I need. Easy pick up or delivery.

They delivered equipment for night work. Battery was dead within 30 minutes and since night work, couldnt call them to get a new one with a charged battery. Didnt even refund or give a break on the rental cost for the unusable equipment.
