Had a last minute need for a limo service. Asked for the most cost effective option. Was told off by the man with a Persian/middle eastern accent. Said if “i wanted cheap service to call the other people”. Hung up on. Thought maybe I did something wrong. Wanted to believe the reviews saying these guys are good so called back. Was sent to voicemail. I’m laughing but also kind of in shock... in this day and age when all business matters, hanging up on potential clients?!? LOL. Geeeez.

Dont even look any further. From booking (which they send you a very detailed information on pickup time and who your driver will be plus their number) Someone else had stated that it felt like a family or a good friend was picking you up. The price was reasonable and the service was impeccable. I would recommend them to anyone!

The Lincoln Navigator was awesome. The vehicle is nice and clean. Driver picked me up at 3:30am at the morning. Recommend everyone to pick this company.

Terrible! One hr late for pick up to the airport. No one calledto inform us. When I called,only voice message and no person answered the phone. Then got a taxi cab to pick us up and the cab driver didn’t have any gps and got lost few times. A very stressful experience. Not reliable and no professional courtesy to give any details. DO NOT USE!

Worst business ever ! Never showed up for Airport pickup and never responded with an explanation or an apology. We call to the Vehicle department and they don’t find out any info about this company. Just complain to the Local Government about this service and waiting for complain to others. It’s a SCAM and will continue to let everyone know about this will report to BBB and State Government to take action. Be careful

I landed at Miami international airport and was traveling to visit family in the west palm beach area. Used their services and was very pleased. Driver was there upon my arrival, friendly, quick easy drive to my destination. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I called to schedule a pick up to the airport at 10:30am for 8:00am the next day (less than 24 hrs.). When I received a phone call later that day informing me a dear friend had died suddenly, I decided to delay my trip. I called WPB Car & Limo at 8:00pm to let them know I would not be going to the airport the next day. His response was rude, condescending and without one ounce of compassion! I was told I would be charged anyway! He didnt even offer me a credit for when I would reschedule my trip! Then I received a barrage of nasty text messages! DO NOT USE THIS CAR SERVICE...this mans behavior was cruel and abusive!
