The whole experience was excellent, from securing the limo details, allowing me to make some last minute adjustments and the local business contracted was first rate. Our limo driver was completely courteous and professional and made for a fun night. I recently flew into West Palm Beach and needed a ride to Stuart, FL. I searched the Internet for car services in that area and called 2 based on their reviews. Of the 2 services I called to arrange service prior to my arrival neither answered their phones themselves but both had voicemail. I left my info, date of arrival and destination. Neither service called back.The day before leaving for Florida, I searched again for a car service and found Limos At Palm Beach. It had only one review but it was a very positive one, I called and my call was answered within 2 rings by the owner. I told him what I needed and asked how much he charged and could he pick-up at the airport and drive us to Stuart. Yes! We made the arrangement and upon our arrival I called his cell number and within 5 min. He was there.The car was clean and well maintained the driver/ owner was helpful polite and just plain wonderful. The charge was $2 per mile. This was less than the other services I had called and advertised their rates. He picked up our luggage loaded it into the trunk and opened our doors, adjusted the air for our comfort and drove us safely to our destination.I will definitely use Limos At Palm Beach again on my next trip to FL and highly recommend him to anyone needing a reliable car service in the WPB area. This man is an owner driver and takes pride in himself and his service and it shows. He answers his phone, confirms the details of your arrival and is there on time waiting for you. A definite find for an excellent car service.

Ive found the car service Ill use for life! This company is is just great. I called around for quotes and some places actually charged almost double of what Mac quoted me. He was on time, clean, fresh smelling car, friendly service and he drove safely. Ive had other companies drive like a bat out of hell making be a wreck by the time I got to the airport. Not these guys. They actually do whatever youd like to make you comfortable. I used them to drop me off at FLL and pick me up - wonderful experience both ways. On my ride home from the airport it was hot and sticky outside. My driver immediately asked if the air temperature inside the car was comfortable for me. It was perfect but I appreciated him asking. Thanks guys for doing a great job and being reasonably priced, easy to deal with and offering top line vehicles for transportation. I highly recommend.

Our driver drove to the WRONG address and then delivered our group 40 minutes late to a dinner meeting. It was very embarrassing for everyone involved! The company has not acknowledged this error or responded to our request for a refund. VERY unprofessional. DO NOT USE! We are letting all the Palm Beach hotels know to NOT recommend.

Booked a return car service and would highly recommend. My flight was delayed by over an hour and a half. however when we arrived our driver Mac was there waiting for us. Told me that they monitor the flights and knew it was delayed. It was a very short walk to where the car was parked . Arranged a time for the return with dispatcher 3 days before the return transfer. Very easy to book and great value. mac also took us back on the return. Great service....

This company you can rely on for sure. They tracked our flight on top when we called them they knew our flight was delayed. We requested help with our Luggage as soon we were heading to the baggage claim the driver was there with our name sign in the iPad. It made me feel relaxed as i dont have to carry every thing outside with my all my kids tired as we have to take long flights to west palm airport. In the car they have the car seat ready for my 1 year, that was the best part of hiring a limo service.Overall i would give them 10/10.Very Reliable Company

You wont find a better driving service than Mac and his family. Hes never let us down. His car is clean, roomy, and always nicely cooled down when we arrive at the airport hot and tired. Weve used him many times for long haul flights coming into Miami (coming home to Jupiter) but I understand that - even though he is a limo type service - he has no problem driving short distances also. Hes friendly, clean, reliable and his car is top notch. Always on time, and will even stop at the bank for you! Isnt it refreshing to find a business that aims to please the client for a change?!

We used Limo service west palm for our first trip to Disneyland two years ago and chose them again from the list of available limo companies as the experience was that good. We landed at the Airport and received a text immediately to connect with the driver. I texted the driver as soon as we gathered our bags and headed out . Car was there in seconds. Took us to the Hotel and had a very pleasant conversation with the driver during the trip (this has happened every time). Trip back was just as enjoyable.
