This is now my second time visiting this salon and I highly recommend it. Jessica did a phenomenal job on my cut and color and helped me achieve the color I wanted. Jessie was amazing cutting my sons hair and taught him how to style his hair himself. He left very excited and loving his new cut!

Gave brandi a picture and a month and a half later Im still confused when i look in the mirror. She said my hair wasnt thick enough or long enough to cut like picture, even though my hair was past my shoulders and it was a short cut i wanted. . I said cut like picture and it will grow into it (my hair grows fast). Then she told me my hair was thick after the messed up cut. It was too short to even fix and its so uneven.If you need a trim, maybe use this salon. Even the stylist look basic.Reply to owners reply:Still doesnt change the fact that i gave her a picture and she did not give me that haircut.She also couldnt figure out that i have thick hair with a fine texture.I said i had a hairstylist that always cut my hair perfect, but since she retired, i havent found anyone that could just cut my hair and it look good without a picture. Which is ok thats why i had a picture.Yeah, i was a little upset that i couldnt get a haircut i had picture of and asked for, yet i paid a good bit for that. I would have been happy to have the cut i requested.

Brandy did my cut and color. She’s amazing! I’m from Cape Cod, MA and could not find anyone in the palm beach area that would listen! I use goldwell and had my formula which brandy tweeked to cover my grays. I also have thick, wavy hair which cannot be cut with thinning shears! She did an incredible job with both my color and cut. I highly recommend Brandy. She is my go-to for hair in palm beach. So happy I found her!

One XI Salon is the best salon I have ever been too! The staff and stylists are very friendly and make you feel right at home. I got a stunning cut from Cathi and color, shampoo and blow dry from Julie. They really listened to what type of style I was going for and made great recommendations. The scalp massage was very relaxing during the shampoo. They took their time with me and made sure I was relaxed throughout. There were plenty of magazines to flip through and I got to enjoy a glass of wine. What a treat. The location of this salon is perfect because once you walk out you’re submerged right in the heart of downtown west palm to show off your new look. 10/10, would recommend!

I have been going to Cathi since One XI opened in 2011. So in 8 years, the only person that has cut my hair is Cathi, and I wouldnt have it any other way. Cathi is kind, personable, a smart business person and has amazing travel. Every month I look forward to the 30 minutes where I get to catch up her life and she gets to catch up on mine. I say that because my experience at One XI over the last eight years has been far more than just hair cuts. It truly feels like family in there. All-star service! The reviews brought me into this place and boy were they right! The staff is always very warm and friendly. If there’s a wait time (only ever a couple minutes), they offer drinks, including beer, and give the best shampoos. I usually opt out at most places but here it’s like a mini scalp massage- would definitely recommend! Cathi is the owner and she gives an excellent cut- she really pays attention to the details. I’ve only ever left feeling confident and happy!

Jessica is awesome!! I found her work on instagram and came to her begging for help on my quarantine hair mishap. I am a blonde and attempted to do my own roots at home, leaving me with 50 shades of blonde, brown, and ORANGE. Jessica did a reverse balayage on me to bring down my natural root color while still brightening up my over all look. I LOVE the outcome. So much dimension now. She’s great!!!!! After looking up hair salons online and reading the reviews for this salon, I decided to give them a try regardless of their prices, which for me is a big deal since I am a full-time nursing student and do not have the funds to go to fancy salons all the time. First time around my hair turned out great. The hair stylist did an amazing job and spent over 5 hours on my hair alone. Not to mention she was very pleasant and everyone was friendly. I was very pleased and thought Wow, this salon will become my permanent home. However, when I went back for a root touch up I was HIGHLY disappointed. I left the salon with orange brassy roots that did not blend with the rest of my platinum bleached hair. The overall look of my hair was sloppy and uneven, far from what it was the first time around. It looked as if I did it myself, only I had to pay 4x the amount to look this way. I understand that hair is very difficult and it does not always do what you need it to do, but the fact that it wasnt even acknowledged is what bothered me the most. The other stylist there noticed it as well but everyone pretended to be ok with it. Also, when I got a quote on the phone for a root touch up I was told a certain price, but when I went to pay it was double, plus tip. Very unhappy and disappointed

Parking was a problem, but perhaps that just means they are very busy because they are very good. I was able to get in pretty quickly. One XI is a cute salon, and Crystal is a gifted colorist. She can always bring out the best of your face and skin tones with the perfect color blend. Im pale and freckled and Crystal always gives me the right reds and right highlights (without a hint of orange OR purple!) looking natural without making my skin look overly pink or yellow next to it. Reds are tough, and she nails it every time. You can trust her with whatever your color is, or even if you want something wildly new.

Rude, late and inconsiderate.Im a cosmetologist and I would never have treated my clients so rudely. I arrived for an 11 cut, highlight and style which is a very expensive process. When I arrived at 5 to 11 my stylist hadnt arrived I was offered something to drink and the girl never came back with what I ordered. Then it was suggested to me that I walk around the corner and buy a Starbucks coffee since they dont provide any as my hairstylist only arrives at 11 since they dont start till 11. If thats the case then dont take 11 appointment if you cant be prepared for when your client arrives and if you offer them to walk around the corner for a beverage that you do not provide at least offer to pay for it when theyre coming in for an expensive hairstyle. After $10 for parking $5 for a cup of coffee that didnt taste good I left at 10 minutes after 11 as I did not want anyone from the salon touching my hair.

Cathi came highly recommended to me by a friend. I have very curly hair and I am very picky about who cuts my hair. Not all stylist can cut curly hair. Cathi did a great job and I will definitely be a repeat customer. Not only did I get a great cut she did an amazing blow out. The atmosphere was awesome and all the stylists were friendly.

My hair is thick and naturally heavy, and it is tricky when it comes to cutting good layers without weighing it down. Kathy was amazing - she asked me questions then gave me her input, and the result was awesome! I now have hair with long layers that are light, bouncy and easy to style.

Awesome. I barely ever leave reviews but I was so pleased that I knew I had to. I did not have an appointment and they took me as a walk-in no problem. I let my stylist know I have difficult hair and she said no problem leave it to me. Half an hour later I’m walking out with that GQ look I didn’t know was possible with my hair. Laid back, comfortable and welcoming. Will be back for sure. 👍🏼

I went to this place with someone who has a appointment for her hair; in the time of my waiting for my friend cathi a hair stylist offers me a hair cut, not sure because i have my own hair stylist i accept and let me tell you is the best hair cut i ever had. my hair is not easy to cut and she manage to cut it perfectly. i recommend her 100% give her a try and you will never go no where else.Mauricio Vera.

Brandi was amazing!!! Super personal but most importantly she listened to what I wanted to went above and beyond on my hair cut! Will definitely be back for all my hair needs!
