We were in FL for a couple days and my boyfriend desperately needed a haircut and about 6 months worth of beard growth gone. There were tons of options so I picked one and hoped for the best. WOW!!!! Johnathan was amazing. My boyfriend wasnt great at describing what he wanted done with his hair and yet Johnathan did exactly what he wanted. I couldnt stop looking at how perfect the lines were when we went out to eat afterwards. He also got the full beard treatment and shave. NEXT LEVEL. My boyfriend said he had never had an experience like that and he loved it. Watching him get it done made me wish I had a beard lol. My boyfriend had a rough month and seeing the smile on his face when he was all done was priceless. The ambiance was amazing as well. Chill music, dope artwork. And super inexpensive! Wouldve paid double for his work!!

Great Barber Shop a little off the beaten path, located on the third floor of the office building above the old Ale House on the corner of Palm Beach Lakes and Village Boulevard.. Jonathan and Shawn both can do some pretty tight/clean fades, which is hard to find around here.. I highly recommend both of these barbers.. And they will both make sure everything’s perfect before you leave.. The environment of the shop is also fun, multiple TVs, pool table, pinball machine, etc... I’ve been coming here for years. Jonathan has been my guy. He keeps the mane and beard in check. Ambience is really chill, very eclectic, always a different genre of music playing and videos streaming on all of the TVs lining the walls in every direction. They have a pool table & PlayStation. Cool, original art work on display and reading material while you wait. They also have a “zen room”. Basically a small dimly lit room with soothing music playing in it and two hair washing sink/ stations. Upon request they will wash your hair and do a hot towel face treatment. Oh, they also have a keg, tea and water if you want a drink. They are located on the third floor of and office building so be conscious of that when looking for the spot.

My first time visit.The place is very laid back and relaxed. the location is on the third floor of the office building, not hard to find but a little hidden. I had an appointment with Ariel at noon so there was not a lot of people when I was there. The haircut was great no problems. It also came with a hair wash as well in another room. The only thing I would say is that the zen music in the other room was a bit too loud for me but it was fine. Overall this place is great and I would go back again! oh and they have a reward system as well.

I am very very picky when it comes to barbershops. I am from Miami and have been going to R.T.G.T. for years even after I moved to Hollywood. I was staying in WPB for three weeks and found these guys on yelp. Came in for a hot wet (towel) shave, came in with a caveman beard and left looking ten years younger and could not be happier.I have super thick hair and sensitive skin and I usually look like a piece of meat in a butcher shop if I go to places for the first time but not here!Carlos was super attentive and did a superb job blending and fading out out my sideburns as I have long hair.The ambiance is great, the shop is unique and the barbers are friendly and skilled.Highly recommended.

I walked in to Hair Trends about 6 months ago out of convenience and now Jen is my go to barber. She pays attention to detail, fun to talk to and takes care of her clients. Had a good experience for a while but not great. Haircuts are good with certain barbers. Had an appointment and they simply ignored it which beats the purpose of having one in the first place. Haircuts are around 30$ now so for that price you expect a very good treatment and for them to honor appointments. If you have good money to spend on haircuts and dont mind waiting around for them to be done with walk ins or previous appointments then this is the place for you.

Aviator that travels quiet a bit, always picky with the barbers that do my hair, Drew and Ariel (As I have yet to sit with the others), are true masters in their craft. Both left my hair on point. Their skill is to date (meaning they can cut a trendy style and not just the typical fades or basic traditional mens cuts), their shop is clean, building is safe, and you feel comfortable going over to get your haircut. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone that appreciates a great cut, and very detail oriented professionals like myself.

If you want a stylish haircut for 20 bucks, cant go wrong with this place. If its your first time going, a bit tricky to find and thats the reason why Im taking away a star. At first, couldnt figure out where to park, and then once I entered the building, it was a place full of offices so wasnt sure if I had come to the right place. Otherwise, the staff is capable to give you any type of cut you want.

This place is very unprofessional. You make “appointments” only to have the barber text you he’s running late. You get the text 5 mins before your appointment while your already waiting at the barbershop. Also, Jonathan loves to text while giving you your haircut so you will get 20 minutes of haircut time and another 25 Mins of intermittently staring at a wall while he sends text messages behind you. So unprofessional that I got tired of putting up with it all. Between the “I’m running late be there in 20mins” only to have him show up with Starbucks coffee and a break fast sandwich while I waited there as if my time is unimportant. Doesn’t seem to value his customers time. Haircuts are sub par, Won’t be returning.

Had a good experience the first time I went. I booked a same-day appointment online and got a text a few hours later saying that the guy I booked with isnt coming in, so someone else would do it. No problem. Jonathan was a skilled professional and I really liked how it came out. I tipped $10 on top of the already pricey $30 mens haircut. Today (about three weeks later) I tried to go back and booked same-day online again. Again a call a few hours later, but this time its that he had a very light load today and he doesnt feel like coming in for that. Wrong answer. I wont be back.

It has been a long time since a barber shop has impressed me, but the day has arrived. Before yesterdays visit, I had been using a local barber who like this barber shop scheduled appointments on-line. The problem was it was a hit/miss regarding them keeping their appointment and there was a lack of professionalism, common courtesy in the barber shop. So I went looking. I tried out this barber shop solely based on Google ratings and reviews. They werent liars. Based on the reviews, I selected Jonathan as my barber and I have never had a barber so attentive both to what I was saying as to how I specifically wanted my cut and the care he took in the actual cut itself. The result was a very happy wife and many compliments that followed my visit. This will be my new barber shop for the foreseeable future.

Coming from a Military background were haircut are required on a weekly basis, barber shops werent the place I enjoyed my time at. Haircuts took anywhere from 5-8 minutes, left with uneven hair, razor cuts, and bumps. When I found Hair Trends, my expectations were set low due to my experience.First and foremost, the location is great. It is close by I-95 and the Outlet mall. Located on the third floor of the Ale House. Pool table, music, art work, and exceptional customer service are a few things to mention that will satisfy your experience at Hair Trends.When I walked into Hair Trends, my outlook towards barbershops completely changed. This is a true mens barber shop! I was heading out of town for my birthday on a Saturday couldnt find a place that was open but found this one. Went, people very friendly, and I have gotten many compliments on my cut. They can do a good fade, hard part, and edging. Also offer other services. It was a little hard to find. Its inside the building where the palm Beach ale house is. 3rd floor. Next time I go to west palm I will be stopping in. Great place!

I have been coming here on and off for 3 years, I have nothing but good things to say about the rest of the crew, I had my appt. set up with Jen and unfortunately was not able to take me and handed me off to a man with slick back hair, I told him specifically what I wanted done to my hair 3 times, and he still asked me regardless, he spent 45 minutes just to do the back of my hair and to taper it, nonetheless it was late, he wound up giving me a 1 1/2 to the part of my hair where the hard line was going to be, I was frustrated and I paid him and left right there and then, I will not be coming here anymore, as much as I have great respect for the crew, I still feel just like a regular ol customer whenever I go there. Be good to your repeat customers and I hope they do not go through what I went through.

Im NOT impressed with their customer service. Jonathan tends to be a bit rude and not care about his customers or their time.I called and made an appointment for a trim with Jonathan at 3pm. He called me back because I left a comment that said I may need a full hair cut because I am unsure about what exactly a trim is vs a full haircut in this establishment.He declared that he would not have time for a full haircut, only a trim. He didnt specify the exact details of what a trim is but instead said they have all the specifics on their website, which they do not because I booked the appointment using it. I tried to explain that Im just looking for the best price for what I need done which wasnt much because if Im getting my hair trimmed on a monthly basis I dont want to spend a small fortune on it, $30 each time to be precise.He said to me rudely that they do not charge based off time spent working but rather based off the quality sheerwork/sheermanship given. Couldnt be more full of himself or his establishment. He asked me if I wanted to book tomorrow but why would I? I needed my hair cut THAT day. This person obviously doesnt care about their customers time or needs. The best part of this entire situation is that I had my hair cut previously with Jonathan and he messed up my edges and sideburns, cutting them unevenly and unclean. I had to revisit to correct what he had messed up, wasting my time then as well. Talk about QUALITY SHEER WORK. LOLThis place isnt worth the time or money.They are not friendly to walk in customers here. They are not consistent in the quality they proclaim to provide to justify their price model either. They have no consideration for their customers time or needs.Trust me when I say that there are many other hair shops out there more deserving of your money that provide better service.
