Gina was a great help and very professional, she gave great customer service.The loss of stars is for the company. I had the unit for about 8 years since I live in S. America. The original price was $20, then they started with the $8/month “insurance” which is only insurance against you not paying. My unit was broken into and the “insurance” would not even cover the price of a new lock. Ripoff completely. So I would get a call every month to replace their “borrowed” lock. Every year my price rose $10 or more until the price was over $100/month. I could not afford that much. Since I live on Social Security money I have had to fly back to the US during the height of the pandemic to give all my possessions to Goodwill. I will never use them again. As I said - for long term a big RIPOFF.

Went in looking for a unit to rent in urgency. The facilities were clean. I spoke with Ruby and she was extremely helpful and sized my unit appropriately, making it a smooth process. I would highly recommend this location. Ruby was also able to speak Spanish which made the experience that much better.

Went in inquiring about some moving supplies. Purchased a few boxes and tape. The staff was wonderful. 3 very helpful ladies. I would gladly recommend this location to my friends and family
