My 26ft heavy duty straight truck dropped the drive shaft on the Turnpike. They were there exceptionally fast( lucky for me no big wrecks that night to tie them up) and the driver was extremely professional and friendly. The women who answered the phone and helped me could not have been more friendly and efficient. . I have never dealt with a tow company who treated me so nicely. This is my new towing company period. Top notch professionals and the price was right in line with what it takes to get a large truck towed. Highly recommend.

By Florida state law they are supposed to accept 3 types of payments. This company intentionally only accepts Zelle or cash. Which once again, is against the law. Will file with the Department of Agriculture I. This businesses practice in order to have their dot stripped. If anyone else had a run in with them and been scammed. Call Department of Agriculture.

So I was involved in a pretty bad car accident few weeks ago where I was at a stop in was rear ended by somebody doing about 50 mph. There was obviously severe damage to the entire back end of the car and I was pushed into the vehicle Unfortunately By the time I was able to get my insurance on the phone sister towing had already been dispatched by the police that arrived the scene. The tow truck driver actually caused more damage to the front end of by vehicle than the actual collision just putting it on to the flat bed. I understand after having looked at the back end they assume probably that the vehicle was gonna be totaled but nonetheless that doesnt give you the freedom to cause further damage. having made a arrangements with my insurance to have my vehicle taken to a specific body shop that I done business with in the past I had to call sisters to make sure to have my vehicle released. The woman who answered the phone was rude and short tempered. And after forwarding an email with all the contact information between the claim number the vehicle my name and phone number. At this point it was later in the afternoon properly about 3 oclock on I had forwarded this information and immediately called the follow up just to be given a yet will get to it we get to it and they hung up. My vehicle sat in their possession for the entire next business day and wasnt delivered until late morning 2 days after I authorized its release. The people at The Body Shop were absolutely stellar reputation and did their best to try and expedite the process. Unfortunately they said this is a very common issue with this particular towing company. If I ever am in a situation were I need a tow truck and sisters is the only option I think Id rather get out and push.

Not dependable. We Scheduled a pickup 5 days in advance. We called the day of to confirm details.They canceled our appointment during our appointment window. They never called, we called for an ETA and they canceled on the spot claiming theyre too busy to help. To make matters worse, they put us at the end of the line for a reschedule which was a week out.

The worst experience with a towing place. Very shady! And they will try to scam you for more money. First things first they had my car without informing me and sending anything letting me know my car was in their lot. Racked up $2,700 in towing fees because it was sitting there without my knowledge. Then I get the money to get my car, go, swipe my card, and they say “oh actually we need you to pay in cash” and the battery is dead in your car. That would’ve been nice to know before I got there and before I swiped my card. Had to wait 5 days for the money to be back on my card. Get the cash, a new battery, pay. And they say “oh your car won’t start It needs more work then a battery.” Meanwhile they didn’t put the new battery in. I tell them bring my car around to the front and put the new battery in. They do that and my car didn’t start so I’m freaking out. The guy comes over “we can tow it to the back for $50” and I’m like hell no. Then I realize we’ll there’s no gas in the car, luckily I have a gas can in my trunk. Put some gas in, and the car starts, running perfectly fine. Me and you both know a place that tows cars for a living and has a body shop on site knows that the car just needed a new battery and GAS. Like are you kidding me. Worst place! All they want is money.

Asked them to tow at our shopping center and here is exactly what happened.1. Please fill out application and send it to us so we can place the signs (done)2. Week goes by never heard from them called 3 times ( told me to call leslie) called the next day at 10 am3. Told me they will be there to install signs ( called and email them 4 times over a month to install sign so they can tow and make money but they dont want to)I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! I had catastrophic trailer failure on the Turnpike. Robert, the tow truck operator from Sisters towing arrived to my rescue within 45 minutes of calling for service. He was polite, professional and handled my property with care and respect. Robert and Sisters towing helped me out tremendously and their prices are very affordable. I would recommend them any time.

By far the best experience Ive had with a tow yard.Me and my wife were moving from houston to marathon, when we were in a bad accident. And the car was towed. They were flexible with the towing price, helped troubleshoot the problems with our car and even helped me get around to buy the parts. They are connected with a body shop that did all the work, it took 2 days in town to complete. They were very helpful in every way possible.We know nobody in town or anywhere near. But I feel like Im with family at Sisters towing.

Im disabled and have a fixed income. 1300 miles from home, got into a wreck. They showed up in minutes, towed my car brought it to the yard and diagnosed the damage. Found me the parts (I couldnt I tried) and installed them. Very understanding, they are a business but i felt welcome since I walked in the door.

My father passed away and drove off a road into a canal .... the moment we asked about the car they rudely demanded 600 without fully explaining anything in a remotely polite manner....i felt un welcomed and honestly i feel that if my family wasnt hispanic they wouldnt have treated us that way. We had no problem with paying 600 dollars but it would have been nice to be treated with some kindness and sensitivity. Absolute worst experience. Had to wait 30 min checking out a truck and then 45 min returning it because they screwed up my gas and miles upon return. Poor customer service. The response I received from the front desk lady was “call u-haul, I can’t do anything on my end.” Terrible.

I had called at least 30 other towing companies in the Palm Beach County area and none of them were able to tow my 1983 Airstream sovereign, but Sisters did and Fever our tow truck driver, was absolutely awesome! He knew exactly what to do, he knew the route well, he was very gentle with our Old Coach. The tires are a bit old but cheaper for the flatbed tow than a new set of tires.All the ladies on the phone were fantastic, Lynn and the others. They also had the best price! I cant say enough good things, they were very helpful and patient as I had to change my scheduling three times! THANK you Sisters Towing keep doing what youre doing!God bless you and keep you!!!

The rudest women I ever met in my life! Especially the one who calls herself the owner and the very much mature one.... They made us wait about twenty minutes before any came out of their cubby holes. As my son went in to that area behind that desk they have where they do their evil deeds for the day, the very much mature one and the one who calls herself the owner came out attacking him like two pit bulls yelling, telling him how no one goes behind the evil deeds desk Why did they take such long lunch break?? How unprofessional!I am Hispanic and they were extremely racist against me, no respect. They want to steal over $700. for a car I dont even own anymore and have all kinds of legal proof of the issue. No cigar!Out of the goodness of my heart I went as sick as I am with Cancer because I received a letter from them going on and on that they were going to sell the so called car.. I went to sign the title over to them. The so called owner got down and totally nasty and the very much mature one also. They said this to me. Them: Do you want that car? I said, it is not my car.Them: Well, we dont want it either, so now you owe us over $700. or a lien will be put on your license which of course, they cannot.. Long story, will quit now.People, do not deal with these women, they are diabolical racist witches. I WILL be treated with respect. I used this company several times to pull equipment off of semis for me. Their drivers were great! Fast, efficient, and very nice guys! BUT.....there must have been a change of management, because you call in now and they want to overcharge you, put you on hold to research what should be routine answers and generally treat you like they have too much business to treat you decently as a customer. Lost my business today, and they will lose the business of every person that I ever talk to about needing a tow company! Arrogance and lack of customer service chokes out businesses everyday.....swallow softly Sisters.

This place deserves no stars should be under criminal investigation had my car stolen in Broward County was found 6 hours later by Palm Beach County Sheriff who called sisters Towing right away said they towed my car 8 Miles which was only six had the car for only 2 hours told me it would be $307 to get back! I flipped like being robbed again one of the owners Linda Murphy called me the middle of that day said she would do it for $257 which the math still didnt add up to that figure I get there to pick up the car Linda is not there that price was only for cash which she never said!! New price was $368 made a scene it came down to $280 these people will make up prices out of thin air with the only goal is to keep your car!! Which they have tons of for sale place is also a auto body paint shop with a endless amount of inventory coming in Daily from people they rob who dont have the money to get their car back!! All I can say is beware beware beware never hire these people for nothing they will rob you!!!!!!

Would give them NO stars but AI cant! They dont even deserve a one star!I paid my bill and they still put a lien on my account. When I called they were rude and unprofessional, said my bill was still open. They lost all my paperwork. I signed over my title to them and paid them and they still put that lien on my license. The owner stated that she has NO RECORD of my payment or the title I signed over to them. Said she would respond back to me and she still have not got back to me. I live in a different county and now I have to drive all the way over there to show proof because they are claiming that I still have an open bill. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE service. RUDE and ARROGANT! I will be filing a formal complaint because I have NEVER had issues with my license until these people decided to do whatever they feel like!

Went to pick up a vehicle for a friend of mine today and I was told yesterday that it would be out and ready to pick up. When I got there the first question I asked was is the vehicle ready they said yes, so I told my ride it was okay to leave. 15 minutes after my ride left they told me it would be 45 minutes until somebody could move vehicles to get mine out. They are unorganized, undetailed, unprofessional and uncourteous. They didnt care that I had to find a ride home and get another one back. Ive used Kauffs towing many times for my business and never experienced anything close to this.

I got stuck on the side of an on ramp to I95 late at night with a boat and trailer that needed to be towed. Debbie that answered phone went out of her way to help me out, thank you Debbie for your wonderful customer service.

Sisters mom Linda was plenty nice to me, helping track down my recovered vehicle and following up on a lot of phone calls. I showed up and inspected my total loss no problems, everyone very nice there.

Held my car ransom until I paid their outrageous fees (cash only, how convenient), despite some of them being completely illegitimate. And dont dare question them, or they will top it off by stealing your drivers license then claiming they dont have it. All in all the worst business I have ever had to deal with. If you have the misfortune of being towed by them, count the pennies in your ashtray to make sure they dont steal them too.

Be careful with this company when picking up your car, I went to pick up my car and at the time I was holding three bags, the lady told me to leave my items and go get the car from the back, when I came back one of my bags was missing, and they acted like as if they don’t know anything, but I know they took one of my bags, smh.

Has been around forever!!!Heres a story from just one of our Many Happy Customers...When others said no Sisters Towing said no problem.When a nonprofit Aviation school needed an airplane to be towed from Miami to Boynton Beach Florida, they encountered a problem: everyone they called said they could not do the job; That is until they called Sisters Towing and Transportation. The airplane was a twin Beech that would be used for instructional purposes, even with the wings removed it was 17 feet wide. After weeks of coordination the airplane was disassembled and hoisted on to a low boy trailer. The engines and wings were also loaded and the crew left under police escort at 4:00 am onto 1-95 north. After they arrived at Boynton Beach the engines wings and fuselage were unloaded by crane. The Boynton Aerospace Science Academy at Boynton Beach Community High School will use it to instruct students at Boynton on airframe and power plant maintenance. The BASA program is a partnership between Embry Riddle University and Palm Beach County Schools, it provides high school students with a college education in the aerospace and aviation industry at no charge to the student or parent. Students not only learn maintenance but are also taught the science of flight and take actual flight with two other donated airplanes at Palm Beach County Airpark in Lantana. The BASA Program and its students are very grateful to Tim And Steve at Sisters Towing and Transportation for their courtesy, service and the excellent job they provided for the school.
