I originally took my 2018 Audi A5 Cabriolet in for an oil/filter change and tire rotation. However, the Service Advisor, Luis, noted an engine oil leak!My car has only 17,240 miles on it! It was an engine head seal that was leaking. Of course this happened just after the four year factory warranty ran out! But fortunately when I bought the car out of the lease I got an extended warranty....thank God.The Repair Invoice bill was $4,350.00 for the parts and labor!!! I had to pay a deductible of $250, but still cheap considering... The warranty company had to send an Inspector to approve the repair, which he did, but that took several days because it fell over the weekend. Got the car back washed and in fine shape and seems to be running great!I am writing Audi, North America Customer Service about how a car with only 17,240 miles can have an engine oil leak. Maybe they will refund my $250 deductible and look into other A5s for the same problem!

Stefan is our Maintenance advisor. He and his team do a fantastic job every time we have been to AUDI WPB. The car is usually ready before the promised time and Stefan makes sure that our car is cleaned before being delivered. If we have any concerns he makes sure he addresses them. He is polite, professional and punctual. Great Job !!

The sale guy was amazing and informative. The finance manager, the Venezuelan man with the deep voice very rude. If he doesnt like his job, he shouldnt work there. I know our deal took longer and they were short staff but his attitude was nasty and very arrogant. If I had to buy a car from them again; I would pass and go to a different dealer.

Everything was fine, Jennifer Rodriguez is amazing. I love Audi but they compromise their good name by using Enterprise Rentals for loaners. Theloaner was an old Chevy Impala with 50,000 miles on it which stunk and was totally out of alignment. It actually felt unsafe to drive.

One of the most professionally run places. Sparkling clean. Friendly and extremely well informed staff.Punctual, responsive and they pay attention to detail. I am going back there!!! Great cafeteria as well! My service advisor is Jennifer and she was top class.
