Javier was great with helping me out with the quote I started online. He was able to answer any questions I had and helped create a policy that fit every thing I was looking for at a great price.

All was great, response, etc except when I reviewed the policy, it was not what we went over and I had to pay more. Javier was great except this situation.

I went to the office to get a quote for new insurance. The agents name is Javier and I told him I found a quote from the internet of $870 and asked if I could get that insurance. He checked my quote and said he needed to speak to the manager, and when he came back he said they could not give me the quote because Geicos general market locked my insurance and didnt want to give me a quote. He said he couldnt do anything because the general office locked my insurance so I should try in 3 months. I said thank you and left from the store and called Geicos 800 number right after. A nice lady called Oliva answered the phone and got me a quote. She completed the insurance and said there was no lock from the General office. The 800 number was helpful, but I am so disappointed with the service in this office.

I have been a customer for years with this company and the fact this was by far the worst experience/customer service I have ever experienced. Why do I pay for roadside assistance if it’s going to be discriminated due to the area my vehicle was broken down in.The Problem is I sat on the phone with an Agent for 1 hour for the call to be disconnected and did not receive a call back . I call back to sit on the line for another hour to be told find someone to change it you will reimburse me. I’m so upset! I was literally stuck with both of my kids . What poor service.! I am not happy

Takes forever to get ahold of anyone and listening skills are retched. Changed vehicles 6 months ago and after 3 times of calling to get it fixed it still hasn’t been fixed, waiting 30 minutes or more to talk to someone every time. Poor customer service!

Geico stands up to their advertisement not like those other crazy commercials from those other companies but anyway Geico is the best their team did work it out for me they handled it the best that they could and theyre still working on a special project for me so I give Geico 10 stars and I will keep them as my insurance company and I would recommend them to friends and family also

Don’t get GEICO!!! I was in a hit and run a week ago and they are still reviewing my claim. Switched 4 different adjusters and I had to tell the same story 4 different times. They don’t know what they are doing. I never had a problem with Progressive. Now I can’t get a rental paid since the case is under review and afraid to drive my car. I feel like I need a better representation. Getting an attorney

Geico has really gone downhill lately in terms of customer service and value. They used to be great and after many years of being a customer they decided not to renew my and my sons policy. No accidents. You wait on hold for hours getting different answers each time and then ultimately they didnt want to cover us for no reason after being a customer for many years. Very poor

Want the short version?Geico raised my policy 3x with no explanation as to why. Emailing them didn’t help. Got more coverage for 44% less with Progressive.Also: if you drive with your pet in the car, they cover up to $1000 of medical for your fur baby in case of an accident!Here’s the whole story:After being a loyal customer for well over 5 years, I saw three policy increases.My husband and I have no collision history and we are driving significantly less due to the pandemic and working from home.I reached out to Geico over the email (because we all know how horrible their phone service is) to ask for a review of the policy and the reasoning for the increase of cost. I got a very generic answer (100% sure it was a template) and was told when shopping around to have my current coverage at hand to compare. GREAT IDEA. I called progressive- more coverage and the cost is 44% less than GEICO. When I called to cancel the policy (can’t do that on the app; I tried) the woman on the phone was rude when I told her I didn’t want to discuss my reasoning for cancelling. Look back at my account, I told you why on 09/16 when I emailed. Do yourself a favor - shop around and don’t tolerate their lack of professionalism and service.

I drove there to be there when they opened only to learn that they are not opened and that Id have to call their local number which is posted on the same sign. The number rings and does not connect you to that/a local office but to one 30 miles away even though I can see people inside, then youre kept on hold for over 45 min to disconnect the line so you can call back, wait again for another 45+ mins for the same thing to happen. OR, even better, you can leave a voice-mail containing your name, number and policy number along with the reason for your call and someone will return your call within 48 business hours - well, that was Oct 12 and today is Nov 9. I have never had any type of issues/problems at/from this office except for this

It unbelievable that such a reputable company has been the absolutely worst experience I have ever had with any insurance company ever. I gotten better service and way better prices with the smaller companies. Ive been with Geico over 5 years and the rates have never go down but increase by hundreds. Never ever make a claim with these people I’ve been hit and run twice and they spike my rate tremendously even when I was not at fault and the vehicle was hit when it was parked. My vehicle was also broken in twice and I paid less out of my own pockets for that as well with their so called discounts they rob you and you can’t even get through to speak with anyone. I have been trying to call for over three days now and they tell you the expected wait time is 47 minutes and believe me I’ve waited and they hang up on your or it revert the call back to the same automated messages! Beware when Signing up with these people they are complete thieves and everyone I have ever spoken to is so scripted. They lack customer service.... your better off talking to the automated system if they could even help!

ZERO STARS,, Geico cancelled my policy when it was on auto payment. No reason. They just told me “the bank rejected your payment”, when I asked why, they told me they didn’t know the reason. I called the bank and they told me they didn’t do it. I tried to reinstate my policy and they tried to increase my premium for no reason. Are you crazy???. Disgusting service. No coming back with you for sure!.

I blew a tire on the highway, called for roadside assistance, waited an hour and a half for someone to come replace the tire. At their estimated time of arrival, they decided to cancel because they deemed it unsafe to change. Why wasn’t I asked for details about the situation during the initial call? Now I have to wait another hour for another company to come tow the car to the nearest gas station to put the spare tire on. I’ve had to cancel work appointments and lose money because of the terrible service on Geico and it’s contractor’s part. Very unprofessional and very disappointing. I don’t know what I’m paying for. This is completely unacceptable.

They were very helpful in assisting me with a late payment when I fell upon hard times. They, for me, are the most inexpensive automobile insurer. Dont think you wil get a better deal with a cut rate company. I researched about 8 companies from Freeway insurance to Progressive. The 2 best deals were Geico and State Farm and both companies honor their responsibilities in a timely manner. I would recommend either company. I called before I went and spoke with Pablo the manager who is very nice gave me the days and times told me to come in whenever, no appointment necessary . I did my inspection with Trip who was very professional it was super quick and easy .. so quick that I accidentally left my phone there. They were able to retain it until I was able to pick it up. The agent who found it Cybill, went above and beyond to look into my file and email me to let me know it was safely there. thank God or else I wouldnt have known where I left it throughout the day with all the errands I ran!! My overall experience was fantastic. The agent I spoke with, Zachary Ingraham, was very professional and knowledgeable. He knew the right questions to ask and made every effort to provide me correct auto insurance I needed at a very affordable price, significantly lower than my current renewal with State Farm Mutual. After being a State Farm customer for more than 30 years, I was extremely disappointed at their significant increase in premium. But, I was very happy that I reached out to GEICO.

Their insurance agent, Eddison, was the best rep to work with among several other auto vendors in the area. Geico couldnt compete with State Farm pricing, but thats only because Im a long-time customer. Geico was a much better experience because they honestly did help me save. Just give the minimum info required to see a formal quotation first, and then work with the rep line-for-line to understand what changes you can make to save as well.
