I have called Rick twice for different issues with my Stove and Refrigerator. Both times he offered suggestions on what to do instead of scheduling a service call. Rick was very professional and mindful of my familys need to get my washer repaired. I got my first smart TV last summer after a lightening strike. Therefore, I was totally ignorant on any smart activities. Recently, the TV popped up an update warning and I didnt know how to handle it. I did not want to unplug the TV and its service remote, so I sought out Mobile TV & Appliance Repair. Rick has a wealth of knowledge on electronics repair. I have a Plasma TV that has the best picture and color I’ve ever had. When it stopped working I was determined to repair it. We worked together to find the correct fix for my TV and Rick was great with responding in a timely fashion. He even saved me a some money because I saved him time by dropping and picking up the board he fixed. I will continue to use him for any and all electronics repair needs!

I contacted Rick at Mobile TV & Appliance Repair because our dryer would not come on. His company was the third company I called on a Sunday of Labor Day weekend after doing a Google search. But his company was the ONLY company that asked me for the model number of my appliance, which was the first hint of his skill set, honesty and professionalism. I got the phone number from a neighbor, I called Rick about the loud noice the washer made when in spin circle, he asked for the make and model number.Told me that it sounded like the suspension needed replacement. He came over in less than an hour withthe new parts to do the repair.Polite and professional. Very fair price.In the evening of the same day, I discovered that the refrigerator was suddenly out. I called Rick again, it was late but he offered to come over to see if he could get it going. He diagnosed the problem but the fridge needed a new board. He came back the next morning, he had moved me to the first job of the day so that the food in the fridge wouldn’t spoil.Very considerate and informative, and honest.Highly recommended!

GREAT EXPERIENCE! Rick returned our call for HELP on a Sunday--the day before Memorial Day!--and PROMPTLY came out to FIX our washing machine. He asked for the model number first so he could see if he had any necessary parts, which he did, and he was able to FIX the problem within an hour! I called Rick because my front load GE washer was flooding my floor without washing the laundry. Water was just draining straight to the floor! Rick was able to come out the very next day; he was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. I did not wind up using this vendor however I will still recommend because of the honesty and forthrightness. I called to get an idea of price and service, he asked me for the model number and pointed me to a site that sells replacement parts to give me an accurate idea of total cost. In the end, the repair wouldve cost more than the TV, so I decided to buy new. However, I cannot think of any other service provider that wouldve done that on the phone. I will use this company, going forward, for all electronic repair needs.

Came over several times to fix our washer and dryer. Always responds promptly and is very professional. After our original call the dryer stopped working a month later and he came over and spent 2 hours diagnosing the problem and charged us nothing. He found out it was an issue with our fuse box- which he then helped us with. I would definitely recommend and will keep calling Rick in the future.

Rick was amazing! He returned our TV SOS call in the evening and with much patience and skill got everything working--even when Comcast couldnt figure it out! The go-to guy!

My smart?! dishwasher stopped working. Self-diagnosis said drainage problem. (If it can self-diagnose, why cant it self-repair?!) Water stayed at the bottom and making a strange noise at the beginning of the cycle (draining). He came on the day I called which is unusual. Water drained during the process but the noise during the draining was still there. Diagnosed as a possible bad motor. Found the part and almost ordered it in my kitchen but he didnt. Next day he called me and said that he talked to other servicemen and most of them said motors hardly go bad. Most likely its a clogged pipe. Mine is 3 years old. So he wanted to come back and check again BEFORE HE ORDERS the part. He came and checked section by section this time from disposal to the dishwasher. Nothing found and water drained. I could run a full cycle after he left and the problem is gone. Then, after a few cycles, the problem came back. I called him and he immediately ordered the motor and installed it. Since then, no problem. Yay! He took a thorough process to find the problem and it was educational to watch. I admired that he did not settle with an easy solution=order parts and replace but investigate further then re-examine the situation. I like his style of work (work ethic) which is...he must understand to fix it. Thank you Rick. Sorry to hover around but it was very interesting to know how the dishwasher works. I really had FUN! Definitely call him back and/or recommend him.
