The people that I work for have created a training program that will build you from the ground up & teach you everything you need to know to be successful in this business. They are great teachers & not only care about your life inside of the workforce but outside of it as well. I worked with this company for a little over 2 years. In my own personal experience, I obtained so much knowledge of brand management and built awesome long-term relationships with coworkers and upper management. The best part about this company is the opportunity for advancement. There are no ceilings. The company provided transparency from the beginning of my career and management assisted me with my overall goals. I can honestly say that was the biggest advantage. To have management that actually cares about your growth and is there for you step by step is not something you find every day. On top of it all, the compensation was great. If you are willing to put forth the effort, the return speaks for itself.

I have only been with this company for a month but I already feel like part of the family. Great working environment! Family like atmosphere! Love coming to work every day! I have been working for this company for about 9 months now, and I love every bit of it. Alot of times it doesnt really feel like work. There is alot of room for advancement and the pay is pretty decent. It does take alot of hard work to advance in the company. However, they will promote you if you work hard. The environment is extremely positive and drama free which is hard to find these days. The only downside I would say is you do have to be a people person, and if you arent then this probably wouldnt work for you. Representing companies like AT&T, Verizon, Samsung, and Apple INSIDE the retailers is alot better than going door to door or doing any outside sales in the hot Florida sun.

I highly recommend working here. Its a great team atmosphere, excellent compensation plan, and a company that is constantly growing, so theres plenty of opportunity.
