When the U-Haul location at which I had reserved a trailer didnt have it, I went to this location. They were unable to transfer my existing reservation, which had the destination drop-off location I preferred, and created a new one contract. No big deal.When asked for preferred drop-off location, I gave them the name and address of the U-Haul location I preferred to drop it off, but they were unable to find it in their system. They left the drop-off location blank, and told me that we could drop it off at any location when we got to our destination. When I went to drop the trailer off at my preferred location, I was told thats not how it works, that U-Haul will text me a drop-off location and if I drop it anywhere else I have to pay double. I received the text from U-Haul with the assigned drop-off location: It was 10 miles away.Now maybe the folks who run this business didnt know how it works, or maybe they lied to me. Either way the result is the same, inconvenience for the customer.

Im sorry they can not get negative stars. I came to pick up my truck on sunday, but my truck reservation was randomly cancelled after I received a confirmation email.Couldnt be more frustrated. Nobody around just chickens roaming the trucks.Horrible service. Avoid
