Philip was just the best organizing the appointment and getting us registered. Everyone at the office was super nice and patient with my son. A little put off by being asked the vaccination question because I thought it wasn’t supposed to be asked ? We will be returning (regardless of the personal intrusion) because they did such a great job and beat out the competition in price.

I scheduled an appointment a week ago and got in front of bldg, called them inside to let them aware as I was told to do so. I was told the office was closed because someone got exposed to Covid. It was a frustrating day as my stomach was hurting And asked my husband to drive me there. The office manager was pleasant on the phone but a phone call or email letting me know, even if I did not answer my cell or voice mail, even email would have been nice to have known. First impression is always the last. I choose them because of high google rating and technology they were using. The girl scheduled appointment sounded pleasant but follow-up is a must.

Having not seen Dr. Shah in a few years, I was not surprised, but very pleased to find him as knowledgeable, caring and professional as ever. He is the only dentist I trust to provide me with an honest and common sense opinion of my needs, as well as an economical approach to meeting them.

READ THIS: I am a financially struggling full time college student. Just got done with the $99 checkup deal they have. It started with me thinking I had an appointment, but realizing I forgot to schedule one when I walked in. They were very accommodating and still saw me after only maybe 10 minutes of waiting. We did xrays, gum and teeth check, etc. Fast forward a couple days to when I got my teeth cleaned. It was extremely quick and efficient. My teeth look and feel a billion times better.THE BEST PART: I had a piece of a baby tooth that was jammed between two teeth that I had no idea about for 20+ years. They were adamant that it needed to come out and when I asked the doctor how much it would cost, he said, This is so rare and can cause such terrible harm down the road because it just doesnt belong in there that you dont have to worry about the cost. Well remove it for free. I literally started tearing up when he said that because I have had pain in that area for 10+ years and never knew why and now the pain was going to finally go away. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would.

Dr. Shah is best at what he does. I went for tooth extration, I was very nervous initally but dr.shah and his assistant calmed me down and made me feel comfortable. My tooth was out before I even know and I was left in no pain. Overall good experience and nice staff.

Went here to get my teeth whitened. Got a teeth cleaning too which was nice. Everyone here is super nice it’s just I thought my teeth would be white and instead it just came out just a shade lighter yellow color😅 I told the lady that it still looks yellow but she assured me it was better? When I came out of the dentist me and my mom saw no difference in my teeth. I was just really disappointed in the results for the price. Everyone was nice tho and I was seen on time.

This is by far the Best dentist that I have ever been to. I started out going there for just a cleaning, and ending up going for other visits related to dental and they always accommodate me. The front desk receptionist Eva is perfect! The doctor explained to you everything he was doing along the way, the staff there are phenomenal. Beautiful office. Highly recommended.Ive been to over a dozen dentists and Ive had countless cleanings in my life. This is definitely one of the best dental offices Ive been to in a long time. Cali was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Finding any form of health care provider that can keep a positive attitude when doing something routine that they have been doing for years is a miracle in 2020! She provided insight throughout the whole check-up to help me understand what is being done and why, all while keeping a friendly, professional attitude. My cleaning was quick & easy and Ill gladly be getting my routine cleanings done here for as long as Im in the area.

Called to make an appointment for a broken tooth and they were able to get me in asap without hassle. They were also very informative about how my tooth got that way and how they fixed it. They also took note that I get nervous at the dentist and constantly made sure I had no discomfort! Definitely found my new dentist!

My fiance broke a wisdom tooth. Doctor Shah was quick, professional and courteous. He extracted the tooth with no problems and with no complications. We are very happy with the result and did not even need pain medication after the tooth was pulled. After care was explained fully and all questions were answered. The staff at the front desk were also very kind and friendly. We absolutely reccomend Celebrity Smiles.

Dr Anand Shah is absolutely amazing. He listens intently to you when youre talking, hes very nice and polite and even when it comes to getting bad news he delivers it in a way that is informative, supportive, and comforting. He clearly lays out ALL the available options for whatever issue you might be having, gives his opinion for the best option and why he thinks that and most importantly doesnt try to push the most expensive option but the best one instead. Staff is extremely friendly and will go above and beyond to try help you whether its something to get you out of pain as soon as possible or how to save the most money and cut out-of-pocket cost to as little as possible. By far the best dentist in the state!!!!

Had a broken tooth, needed immediate attention, they scheduled an appointment that day. It was Friday and staff stayed late to attend me. Eva and Cali are amazing, made me feel very comfortable and Dr. Shah was very kind and such a professional. I highly recommend them. I broke a crown during hurricane Dorian, I had to wait 3 days to get to a dentist...I looked them up and they promptly got me in and started get me and my smile back in track!!The office is clean with a comfortable atmosphere! Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist were extremely professional and kind. Even though it was a my first visit I felt like I had been a long time patient!They were so good that Ive decided to keep them as my general dental care facility!

Honestly this is the best dentist I have ever been to. All of the staff are SO pleasant. Dr.Shah is so personable and remembers all of his patients. I have an extreme fear of the dentist (due to past bad experiences) and I feel so comfortable when I am there getting my teeth cleaned. If I could give this place 100 starts I seriously would!! I was in there today and their dental hygienist was so friendly and very educated. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place!

I have never left a one-star review in my life. After being told at an appointment at Celebrity Smiles with Dr. Shah three years ago that I needed to have eight fillings, I panicked and didn’t return to have the work done nor did I get even a cleaning for three years. I returned to Dr. Shah a few months ago for a cleaning and was told this time that I needed six fillings. Nothing showed up on the x-rays, and I had no sensitivity, or any place in my tooth that was obviously a cavity. Just a couple of stained spots that previous dentists had told me were not cause for concern. This didn’t feel right to me, so I scheduled an appointment with a different dentist to get a second opinion. In the meantime, I received a bill from celebrity smiles with an incorrect charge on it, a charge for a service that was totally unrelated to the cleaning I had received.I went to a new dentist today for a second opinion and was told I have ZERO cavities. A couple of stains on my teeth but definitely not cavities. Both the hygienist and the dentist today said I had “perfect teeth.” I am convinced Celebrity Smiles is deliberately lying to their patients to try to make more money. I would not even be surprised if the incorrect bill that was sent to me was done deliberately. I am DISGUSTED. Our mouths are such a sensitive, important part of our bodies. How dare this dentist perform unnecessary procedures in people’s MOUTHS when they are literally putting their trust, their very health in his hands. Again, I am not one to leave negative reviews. I shudder to think of the money I would have wasted and my perfect teeth being drilled into for absolutely no reason. In my opinion this dentist should lose his license.

Ive been going to Celebrity Smiles for a little over a year now and I dont think I will be going anywhere else. I typically just go for my quarterly check up / cleaning and my oral hygienist, Sheri is wonderful. I love the fact that she is very thorough and takes her time when cleaning my teeth. She has a great personality and she will answer any question you may have about procedures and even the tools that she uses. Customer service is excellent! Just had my teeth cleaned this morning and check out the newly polished teeth.

Very clean and careful preparation of patients entering for dental care. They completed a pre-entrace COVID-19 symptoms survey and took my temperature with an instant read thermometer. Before entering the examine area, I had to swish my mouth with hydrogen peroxide and wash my hands. Excellent/gentle care. Top notch operations.

The doctor and staff at Celebrity Smiles are wonderful! My husband and I each saw them in one day (unplanned!). I had the appointment for a second opinion on a broken tooth and was brought back quickly after arrival. They did a painless x-ray and took a look and gave me ALL of my options. I chose to go to this dentist because the other dentist my insurance sent me to was pressuring me to get a very expensive crown. While this dentist also recommended the crown, they were totally open to letting me choose between other options. They made me feel totally at ease and in control of my own body, unlike the other dentist I went to.Fast forward 30 mins... my husband broke a tooth while eating lunch. THE SAME TOOTH I BROKE. I called them and they told us to come in right then and saw him right away. He ended up having a pretty deep cavity and they took care of it right there and then. It worked out so perfectly! Even better, the tooth looks like nothing ever happened to it! My fillings from other dentists are filled with gross silver. My husbands filling matches his teeth!My insurance does not currently cover this dentist but I will be switching so I can go back in the future.

I absolutely love this dentist!! I found them when my 11 year old needed emergency treatment but her pediatric dentist (who doesnt allow parents in the room) could only book appointments six months out. They got her in two days later. They are very pleasant with children and allowed me to stay in the room with her. They were also very understanding and patient with her fear of needles and dentist.I later scheduled my three year old for his first appointment. Ive heard horror stories about taking children this young to the dentist but they were great!! The Dr really went out of his way to make sure my little boy was not afraid of him. This really has set the stage for all of his future appointments. Unlike my older child, there is no anxiety when I tell him he is going to the dentist.The staff is amazing, the doctors are fabulous and scheduling is very efficient.

I did not have a good experience here. I went here for a new patient visit. I thought I was just going to have x-rays done and a cleaning. Even though I wasnt having any problems, they made me pay for additional panoramic x-rays that were not covered by my insurance. Then they wouldnt give me a cleaning because they said I needed a special deep cleaning that my insurance would not cover on the same date. I have never had an experience like this at any other dentists office. I will not be returning here.

Dr. Shah extracted two of my wisdom teeth over the weekend and helped calm my nerves before and during the procedure. The doctor was very gentle and informative along with the rest of the staff. Im ready to go back and have the other two wisdom teeth removed!

I went to this office due to my insurance saying this was the one I had to go to.I was told it would take 1.5 hours for the xrays, cleaning and dental check up. I took 2 hours off work. I was promptly suited up to take xrays in the chair, pictures taken and a measurement with a probe of the gums. I was then told how bad my gums are and the drastic measures that need to be taken to get them back in good condition. I asked at 4:30 when she was going to clean my teeth, she said she doesnt have time, the deep cleaning I need was going to take too long and the appointment only went to 5pm. I was taken to the front desk so they could hand me the list of fees that it is going to cost me to get in Good Condition and that I will need to come back every 3 months for a while and then, MAYBE, I could go to every 4 months.I will not say I have perfect teeth but I have been going to the dentist regularly (every 6 months) for the last 20+ years. 4 different dentists, by the way, and never have I been told the drastic horrible condition of my teeth under my gums.I left this appointment thinking maybe I was misled for the last 9 years with my most recent dentist and that something was actually wrong, then my husband went the next day for his appointment and they said the exact same bullsh*t. He was absolutely livid, this attempt at extorting more money from the victim, uh patient, in addition to the fees paid by the insurance is absolutely absurd.Not only will I not be going back to this office, I will tell everyone I can to run fast and run far away from it.

My wife and my daughter went to Celebrity Smiles. On the first visit the doctor told my wife she needed 3 crowns and my daughter needed 26 crowns. Both went and seen a dentist 6 months ago, and no crowns were mentioned. This place just wants to rip you off and pay thousands of dollars for un-needed dental work. I would stay far away from this office. I would have rated this office as zero stars but they made me put 1.

I always have a great experience every time I have to go to Celebrity Smiles whether it be for a cleaning or treatment. Both he hygienist and Dr. Roppa are very thorough and gentle. When I have to have treatment done I cant even feel the prick for the shot to numb. Dr. Roppa also makes sure Im good and numb before starting the procedure and I cant feel a thing. I have not had to have any extractions done but everyone I have talked to that has, were so scared to go but after they did they were so relieved and happy they gave Celebrity Smiles a try and said they would be going back for all other treatment they have to do. They are also very good with children. I have been taking my 12 year old daughter to them for years and she has never been scared to go and says everyone is so nice. I have referred my husband, dad, mom, sisters and friends who all have become patients there and love them as well.

Chose this place because my employer insurance changed and this was the closest dentist to my workplace.Went in for my routine 6-month cleaning and have been up to date on my dental visits and cleanings for several years.It started badly when I asked them to do only the minimum required xrays. The hygienist went on to push a $99 whitening kit. It got worse, they tried to push me into a multi-part deep cleaning and kept at it. They just kept nickel-and-dime upselling. It was so annoying.
