I experienced extended wait times on my first visit and had to end of leaving. I gave time for another appointment and had a much better experience and time. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They continually asked if I was comfortable, experienced any pain, and how I was feeling. I also got to speak to the office manager, and she informed me that they will be getting an additional dental hygienist soon which will help on some of the wait times.

My hygienist Yola was very pleasant and calming. She made my visit much more comfortable easy going. The staff was very friendly as well. I didn’t have to wait long for my visit and I was very pleased with my visit!

The workers are amazing and nice and sweet but the braces plan that I am on is the worst and there isnt a lot of appointments after your done with your appointment already

My family and I use to go to them for years, I believed all that they told us. When they said we needed deep cleanings I believed them. When they said the insurance did not cover what they did I wondered why but believed them. Well until they said my son needed a deep cleaning and the insurance was not going to cover it. They handed me the paperwork and I went home to look at it. The codes they used for the cleaning were not even codes used in dental procedures. Most procedures start with the letter D and then four numbers, these codes were 5 digits.I wanted another opinion, so I changed my dentist on my dental plan to see if the price was correct. Well long story short, the work Coast Dental wanted to do was at a cost of about $2649.00+ and the same work that was done at the new dentist was a little over $300.00 I still have this paperwork to prove itThis was just my son, I fell for it and paid a hefty price as well and so did my husband twice, husband had to pay twice as it was more that 6 months apart for cleanings, so they tell you they have to start over with a deep cleaning that cost over $3000.00 for him. My daughter did not fall for this, she is over 18 and decided not to pay that high price again until she found a new dentist, she actually paid 1/8 of the price they quoted her.I do not understand how this can go on. I really feel like getting a lawyer to investigate this, but I am sure to much time has passed by now. I am not telling you not to use them, but when they tell you you need a deep cleaning and the insurance does not cover it, first call your insurance, and then get a second opinion. I am sure I overpaid by $8000.00 for my whole time being with them, if not a lot more. I now use another dentist, she is awesome professionally and personally, very honest, and very helpful.

Terrible experience from beginning to end. First they called one day before my scheduled appointment to tell me the dentist would not be in and to reschedule. I tell them I will check around as I dont want to wait another month for an appointment. They miraculously find an opening after I refused to wait. I get there for them to tell me the dentist is not there and I am scheduled for a teledental appointment. No idea what I was rescheduled for another day when the dentist would not be there. They dont ask about any previous dental xrays and proceed to tell me they need to do a full set of xrays and a pan. I told them I had a pan that was done and I can have it forwarded to them. The lady then asks was it different insurance. My antennaes went up right away. After much waiting I have the teledental appointment after the most painful gum probe Ive ever had. I have been seeing the same dentist regularly for over 5 yrs prior to coming here. They gave me a referral for a specialist without any real regard for what I explained to them about my wisdom teeth extractions. I felt like this place is out to make as much money off you and your insurance as they can. I will not be going back.

Makes appointments then tell you that there is no appointments. Lady was very, very rude & unprofessional. Save yourself some time and find somewhere better.

Scheduled my appointment well in advance because getting off work is difficult (Im a teacher). I received no less than 8 email and text reminders regarding my appointment. They certainly did not want me to forget to show up. I arrived 15 minutes early. After waiting 20 minutes PAST my appointment time, I was told that they were running over an hour behind (granted, my appointment was at 8:50am....the place opens at 8:30am....and already we are behind?). Apparently an employee showed up to work sick (mistake) and then TWO other employees had to drive her home. I also noted two employees walk out to the parking lot and look at things in one of their personal vehicles and then walk back in. I feel that if they were running behind, it would be weird to have time to hang out in the parking lot. I was nervous going in because of previous negative reviews, but Im a low maintenance dental patient and really just needed a cleaning, so I went for it. After this, I have decided not to return. I took the day off to handle doctor appointments and did not have time to spend over 2.5 hours at one appointment. That is disrespectful of patient time and a poorly run way to run a practice. There are many other solutions that could have helped care for the sick employee while not derailing the entire practice first thing in the day. Call an Uber. Call an ambulance. Call a family member. Dont come to work sick. Send ONE employee to drive her home and figure out the car situation later. Literally anything other than the way it actually went down.

The staff and the doctor are superb!! There is a little waiting time but is understood. Big facility. I have had deep cleanings, fillings to teeth extractions no problems at all. They explain everything very throughly. Two things that should be improved or change. Difficult to get responses back from the office because the call center that they used do not comunícate with the office. Also the company want you to see a doctor in the tv instead of seeing a real dentist on your first appointment i don’t understand that. Other than those two things service is excellent!! Keep the good work coast and forget the haters, they are less than the happy patients!!

Longest wait times in the world … don’t come here worst customer service, this place is a joke, they need some serious work.

I had 2 teeth extracted, during the extraction the dentist said I needed a crown in the very next tooth near the extraction site, my crown got broken during the extraction and I only saw that when I got home and looked in the mirror. The front desk lady charged over 500 for a crown that got broken by him. After 3 days of extraction, I developed a dry socket which gave me severe headache, pain in my jaw and maxillar, non stop throbbing.The pain is excruciating, I called their number 4 times, I left voicemails and I was still being ignored in pain for days, only the 5th time I received a call back. I asked for antibiotics and anti-inflamatory. The dentist should have prescribed antibiotics and and anti-inflammatory the same day I left with an exposed gum and bones. It has been a week and I’m still in pain. My bone was exposed and my gums inflamed after the extraction. I was eating soups, and soft foods. A piece of food got trapped inside the air pocket. I asked them if they could see me earlier, they couldn’t. After 7 days of throbbing pain inside my gums, headache, maxilar, I even felt pain around my ears. I asked the dentist to get the food removed before my gum closed, he said it didn’t need to because the gum would close from the bottom up; well, the gum is closing from the outside to the inside and trapped the food in, he didn’t clean the food out from the air pocket that was closing. Now I will need to deal with food trapped where my bones and gums were exposed for my body to absorb it since they couldn’t get the job done. Be very careful, I don’t recommend going there. I’m dying in pain. Imagine if you get an implant there you could have serious problems. Also, the assistant with bangs, she has reddish/dark brown hair, hits your teeth hard with the instruments and I had to ask her not to hit my teeth because she was hitting the instruments in my teeth for no reason, she was only supposed to suck the spit out and she kept hitting my teeth, awful. When she took the stitches out, my gums started to bleed and she didn’t do anything. I had to ask her to do a treatment and put a gel in the air pocket, and she didn’t want to, she said she was going to ask the dentist, she came back and he told her to do it, so she did it. The first time I went there, the other assistant didn’t use that cover to do X-rays either, she said it was a new machine it didn’t need it, there’s no such a thing, costumers need the X-ray cover jacket and also the thyroid jacket to cover the neck thyroids. They are not going to care if you develop thyroid problems.

I would like to share my experience with Dr Antonio Rabassa. Besides the excellent work he does, he is so very likable and his bedside manner is great 👍. He is very thorough and makes sure that the procedure is excellent, hewont stop until it is. A triple thumbs up 👍 👍 👍!!

Dr. Rosa was very pleasant during my dental visit. He explained the procedure and patiently answered my questions. He is very personable. Sheya, the hygienist also was very friendly and thoroughly explained the benefits of my procedure and future treatments. Brittany, also pleasant, listened to my concerns and made me feel at ease. I have no complaints and highly recommend this office.

Since March this office has gone so far down hill I would hesitate to bring anyone, or anything. The office Manager Debbie (I believe) is incapable of wearing a mask, despite requesting her to place it above her chin. They have cancelled multiple appointments on my daughter and her treatment is delayed beyond a reasonable time. Currently they wont see here back until the end of January. As this is the soonest appointment. Said we would travel to another coast location. I was told they dont do that. The office Manager refused to give me her supervisors name or contact information until I had to make a bit of a scene and then only got a corporate number, no direct information. I am an unhappy patient, absolutely and I would love Corporate to call me back. Ive reached out to them too.I would like to note her actually orthodontist and the techs are competent and always provide care to the best of their ability.

I love this dental place so much! they have made my teeth straight and have always had the best attitudes! 10/10 would recommend thoroughly.

Waited for 6 months to get son in bcs they lost his insurer and needed to wait to be recertified, the day before appointment they called me and say they arent certified yet, I waited 6 months and they did this the day before his appointment and the person who called me had English so bad I had problems under standing what she was saying . The only reason they got a 1 star is because there isnt a zero star rating

The office is not willing to give back a refund for a tooth they made me pay for. I been waiting from October and I am still waiting for it very bad service and would not refer them to anyone.

This place is great they make sure your smile is exactly the way it should be and will send it back if you or they dont like it....they even pre fit you with a wax mold and the pic doesnt due justice but they are pearly white and even made to fit a males teeth at 31 yrs old amazing insurance taken even some Medicaid

Beware.August 5, 2020To Whom It May Concern,I am writing you out of complete and utter disgust and frustration with your company in hope of reaching someone competent enough to facilitate the issue of our refund for the service/goods that we did not receive. Let me start at the beginning. Beginning late last year, around November/December timeframe, my father began the process of getting fitted for dentures with your office in Palm Bay, Florida. Unfortunately, this office closed for several months due to COVID-19. He was one appointment away from being able to have his dentures made in the lab. Fast forward to July. I reach out to the office multiple times and am unable to make an appointment at that time due to staffing issues within the facility- there was no doctor available. I asked to make an appointment with a different location. I called a few days prior to that appointment in effort to ensure that I have all the necessary information in place prior to our appointment. I was connected with the Melbourne office, with a lovely associate named Allison, who was of great help. She informed me that unfortunately his dentures were lost during the time that the office was closed. She stated that she would escalate this issue to her regional manager, as I stated that I wanted a refund. I have attempted to resolve this issue over the phone multiple times. It has now been three weeks since this communication has taken place, with no resolution. I went to the Palm Bay office in hopes of speaking with management or billing, but was greeted with a very rude associate at the front desk that told me she did not have time to deal with my concerns today, that tomorrow would be better for her. She did however offer to email the manager.To be abundantly clear: I am providing written notice on this date that I am demanding a refund for the dentures financed by care credit that we did NOT receive in the amount of $2085.00.The blatant disrespect of your patients/customers is astounding. Furthermore, the financial exploitation of seniors by your company creates much cause for concern. Your company has not only caused a great deal of inconvenience and loss of time but has now created significant financial burden. If I do not receive a refund on the account in 14 business days, I will be forced to seek legal council and file a complaint against your business to the Better Business Bureau. Please know that our experience will be reflected in online review of your company.TDLR: BEWARE OF SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND INCOMPETENT OFFICE STAFF. I can tolerate a little wait, but getting here early and being told the dentist is running 20 minutes behind. The 20 minutes really meant 50 minutes. Come on!

I love my new smile, just got my braces off today, Dr Lockhart is amazing at what she does and has always ensured that everything goes perfect. Peggy is also super nice and understanding. Would highly recommend for anyone to get orthodontic work done here.

Ive been coming to this dental practice since I was a child and up until my young adulthood, they were positively awesome. The staff was always very friendly and helpful and the prices were reasonable. But for the past 3 or 4 years, this place has gone down hill in my opinion. The staff has gotten moodier and dont seem like they really care about your needs.Ive been trying to get an appointment with these people for the past 3 DAYS because a have a minor emergency that I need resolved; the wire in my bonded retainer snapped, so I needed their help as soon as possible. However, the phone line just keeps ringing. I even left a couple of messages but to no avail. I just tried them again today and still NOTHING. This is extremely unprofessional and discourteous!I am VERY disappointed and will try another Coast Dental location. Its possible that this particular location is terrible, but another may be fine.

I went to this office a few times, but have stopped due to poor management and treatment by the staff. Not only did I always seem to wait 15-20 minutes past by actual appointment time to be called back to a room in the first place, I also spent a lot of time waiting to see the actual doctor.The main reason I stopped going to this office was due to an issue with insurance and the office management not assisting me with trying to get it resolved. I was not happy with their responses and felt they did not have my best interests at heart with how they handled the situation. Please save yourself time, money, and sanity by finding another office.

You know its bad when you are in excruciating pain and would rather tough it out then go get work done at this dentist office. The front desk doesnt know what the heck is going on and are far from friendly. I could say so much about this office but Im going to just sum it up and suggest you dont go waste your time and money here. Teeth that were just worked on 3 months ago are inflamed and throbbing and they told me to go see a specialist instead of fixing what they had messed up on. Nice cop out.

I had some serious anxiety about going to the dentist since it had been a while. Went in last week, I went in and was shocked on how great and professional everyone was. Very caring, made me feel very comfortable! I had done what needed to get done and was very happy when I left.. I have read lots of bad reviews, but maybe they changed the staff because everyone was awesome. Will be going again.. Dr. Perlmutter was very professional and answered every and any questions I had.. Went in again today, same thing.. Left smiling..

I had a crown put on here in 2016, it came off by 2019. They refused to work with me on the price to replace it despite the dentist telling me it should have been seated lower in the first place.When I brought up with the front desk that I shouldn’t be paying $2100 out of pocket to have something replaced that was done improperly to begin with, they said it was “out of warranty”. As if there’s a warranty on doing the job wrong in the first place. Then, the dentist changed his story from “it wasn’t seated low enough in the first place” to “there’s been some decay so we have to make a new one”. These people are apparently blatant liars.Highly recommend not going here.

Great office and staff! They are super friendly and take the time to explain payment options or insurance coverage. And the orthodontist does a great job of explaining what is going on with the teeth and explanation of treatment.

If anyone knows me, they know I hate going to the dentist. Today I had the BEST experience. I cant put into words how much I appreciate Jennifer and all the time and patience she spent helping me to get the best treatment. Dr.Taha is the first dentist I actually really really like. Terrible customer service for those who have an actual life. Not adhering to customer needs. Sends customers away when an employee is late to work. Wont listen to their customers. Is all about getting their money and going home. Michelle Tisia is by far one of the least caring office managers Ive ever met in my life. Even ob/gyn offices have better staff members. Dont go here if you are in serious pain. They wont help you. And they cancel appointments without authorization.

Do not waste your time bringing your kid here. They say they treat children but they should not. First the Xray cards they put in their mouths are for adults and hurt my kid so much she was crying. Second, everything is very outdated and looks dirty, Third, they take one look in my kids mouth and decide shes “too sensitive” and tell me she needs to see a pediatric dentist (why the hell do you say you are a pediatric dentistry on your website then?) complete waste of time. If you dont like working with children please remove that information from your website.

Took an hour to be brought into the back for the appointment then another hour to wait in the back to actually be seen. Ridiculous.

I am extremely disgruntled. I was not able to experience what those who posted great reviews discussed. Instead I experienced what many of the negative reviews found: communication with Coast Dental is non-existent.Yesterday I spent a good portion of my day trying to schedule an appointment and speak with someone at Coast. I called my insurance company, which referred me to Coast Dental because of the rave reviews posted on their website. He tried to call to place my children with Coast around noon. He called SEVEN times before giving up. I called them on my own to no avail. I tried calling the 800 number with SMILE in the number and got an answering machine. I left a message and figured everyone was just at lunch.After school was over (Im a teacher), I called Cigna once more. The lady I spoke to tried THREE times to get in touch with the office before giving up. So I decided to go speak to them in person and try to schedule an appointment. I got to the office at 4, and they close at 5. When I pulled up, I saw a woman walk out and close the door. I was surprised to find the door locked when I arrived. There was no sign or note to explain the premature closing for the day.So I tried to call once more! I called the office, the SMILE number, and the customer satisfaction number....and...you got it...NO ONE ANSWERED!!!!! Im just assuming that today no one will be returning my call as well.Thankfully I called the insurance again, and they referred me to an out of network dentist who specializes in pediatric dentistry. Thankful that I do not have to deal with this company who apparently does not want my business.

I have had my teeth cleaned every 3-4 months all my life and have always been told that my teeth are just yellow, but after Marina cleaned my teeth they are WHITE! Plus, Marina doesnt get offended by my gruff mouth - she just giggles and keeps on going! Love it!

***UPDATE today is March 18th 2020, have called and left a good 30 voicemails over the past few months with corporate. None of them have ever been returned. This place is a nightmare. They will steal your money and you will never see it again. 5 months and countless hours trying to get my money back. I will keep telling people to avoid it and posting negative reviews anywhere i can until i receive my money back. Will be contacting BBB next. Filed a complaint with my insurance company already. Left this review over three months ago.Worst place ever, they over charged me by 319$. And that was back on 10/9/19 im still fighting to get my money back. They just blame it on your insurance company or tell you to call corporate coast, which never call you back either. And they love to cancel your appoinents at the last minute. Avoid this office seriously. The owners just tell you to call corporate, which never call you back no matter how many times you call and leave a message.

Thank you for your experience and knowledge.Dental Assistant Will was the most knowledgable I have ever been treated by. He took the time to listen and seek solutions as well.Would gladly recommend the whole staff as they were friendly and helpful. Great office!

Both me and my partner at the time used the place from around 2010 - 2013, Since then I have had about a third of the fillings (from here) fail on me. One which lead to a root canal. I dont recommend the place for anything other then their awesome hygienists.I attached a recent birthday note sent by them since my integrity was called into question by the owner.

If i could give 0 stars I would. I had come jn for emergency appt in April. Impacted wisdom tooth and cracked tooth causing severe pain and needed to be removed. Once i get there they see im pregnant and requested authorization from my OB. Understandable. My OB sent them fax authorizing all work. They did not do an exam of any kind and said i needed to go to oral surgeon and they would be in touch with referral. After a month and several unanswered calls and messages i get a hold of them to find out my referral was never submitted! They did that day and a week or so later i receive notice it was denied due to dental office not providing necessary info!! This was in May. I have called office several times left messages, another location even called and emailed them with my info to call me and i have yet to hear from them. Even called today and nothing! I have since had my child and still in serious pain where now i can only eat soft foods. Thankfully another location will be seeing me after hearing my complaints and refusing to wait for this location. Staff is incompetent they lack customer service. Do not return calls. Can care less for the patient and their pain.

Getting billed for random things . For example: charged for periodontal root and scaling 269.00 but claim was denied because of some chart they had to give as proof so then changed to periodontal maintenance which was denied cause cant do both at same time so they tried to bill me for it. After a 3 way call with insurance they hopefully fixed all the errors. Have to wait 7 days to find out. Shouldnt owe them anything after corrections. so watch your bills! But overall they are quick and do good work.

Complete waste of time. I spent 3 hours waiting to be attended. This place needs better customer service. I challenged the co-payment based on my insurance coverage and they were rude and offended. Avoid this place you are an HMO carrier. Rude service and I still didnt get my cleaning on the same visit. I called specifically for that service. Avoid at all costs.

Christina was amazing today. I came in for an emergency visit and utimately left with a full cleaning. She made it all work out, she spoke to the right people at the right time and they were all in agreement to get it done. I was seriously considering switching dentist but after today I am changing my mind, I am staying. In one visit I got it all done, no coming back 3-4 times to get a cleaning. Who has time for that, I sure dont. Thank you Christina for understanding.

The office was clean, but their equipment was definitely dated. The dental high hygienist was very nice which made up a lot for the dentist who was very rude overall. He spent most of my appointment talking and not doing much of anything for me except put me down multiple times! I would not ever go back if there were any other dentist in my area that took my insurance and was accepting new patients! Oh, and I dont want to forget theyll stick you with all kinds of extra charges... definitely look at your service statement before they begin.

The Staff are super nice, but this place isnt for me. They called and asked me to come in early, only to leave me waiting for 45 minutes to be seen. The equipment is super outdated. Taking x-rays was extremely painful and long. I told the young lady several times I have problems when using the x-ray cards towards the front of my mouth. She just kept shoving them in and scratching my entire mouth and gums. Then the hygienist comes in and forcefully poked at my gum lines. I adv them Ive never had someone press so hard when doing that, but she claims its because my teeth are rotting and need intensive treatment. She points out my red swollen mouth...duh, it just got abused with x-ray cards from the stone-age. The Doctor called on the dental assistant like 40 times (seriously) during the entire procedures. He needed help with everything and the poor girl was running around at his mercy. She comes back and tells me I have serious decay and needs an full treatment for only $350. Thats a joke... then she tells me that a treatment cleaning is $75. They refused to do a regularly yearly check-up cleaning because my red mouth tells them i need treatment. This place is a RIPOFF. I was clearly upset and she asked me if I wanted to decline and leave. It was as if she was accustom to this happening. Ppl must walk out of this office on a regular bases due to this foolishness. Then they tried to charge me full price for everything at checkout. I DIDNT EVEN SEE THE DOCTOR. They only got two stars because the staff was super nice and that poor lady working with the Doc seemed like a super woman. She is seriously under paid! Came in at 8:20 left at 10:15. all for nothing...

This is a great dentist, got my braces off today and in love with my smile thank you guys so much.

Was assigned to them through my insurance. You call and no one answers. When you try to leave a message it says mailbox full. Finally got through and had an appointment after 1 1/2 month wait. On day of appointment they call and say they need to cancel my appointment. Wow they really are not a dentist I want to go to if this is the way they practice. I called my insurance to get another provider.

Dr Permitted was great. 1took his time . Explain the whole procedure for me. I would definitely recommend him.

I have been trying to schedule an appointment for my husband for over 3 weeks at this office. No one ever answers the phone. I have left 5 messages and no one even bothers to return my call. It amazes me that this office is still open since they have such horrible customer service. I have since found a new dentist who actually answers their phone! I will tell everyone STAY AWAY from this facility!!!! The office staff has obviously never been told that they are they face of the practice and what an ugly face I was shown!

I really enjoyed my experience at Coast Dental all the employees are very nice and personable, and if I had the choice I would put my braces on and relive the whole experience.

Serena was very nice, as was the girl who did my X-rays and the hygienist who did an exam and Will who took care of me at the end, as I was a new pt. I did have to wait a long time and wasn’t all that happy that I had made an appointment with Dr Shauna Pittman and when the older gentleman man came in instead, I was told she didn’t work there anymore. I should have been told that when I made the appointment.

I love my dentist Dr Perlmutter takes his time very excellent. My girls at the fromt desk very professional and love them. DEBBIE AND Serena are excellent. Me Andy kids have been going there for years

Finding a good dentist office is not easy. Dr. Perlmutter (Dentist), Dr. Lockhart (Orthodontist) and their assistants were all great. Everyone in the office made my daughter feel comfortable. The office staff is AMAZING usually you have to take what ever appointment time you can get, but the office staff here always tries to accommodate our appointments with my work schedule. I had an appointment today that I needed to move the time up due to work, I called the other day and they switched my appointment time with no issues. They gave me the first appointment so we could be in and out. Our appointment was at 8:30 we were out a little before 9:00am.

Dont go there, they will randomly charge you. I did sth there two years ago just for a check and half cleaning. I paid what they asked plus another bill with ~$90. TWO YEARS later, (nothing in two years) I got a bill of $273 for that saying my insurance company didnt pay. When I called, they asked me to talk to my insurance company two years ago, otherwise I will have bad credit! DONT GO THERE. I swear that everything i said is ture, no more no less.

Great dentist, Dr Perlmutter! He is so patient .gentle and makes patient feel comfortable. Great atmosphere all around in the office!! I love them!

I personally went to the office to schedule an appointment for my dad. On the day of the appointment, they told us he needs to be re-sceheduled because they did not have a confirmation. They had a pager # (mind you my father does not have a pager) and kept the same phone # since hes been going to that office. I told them my father have been coming in that office for years and have the same phone # since. This is such an incovenience. They also told my then 19 yo son he has gingivitis and would need extensive work which is ridiculous. Every time I call (during office hours) to make an appointment, it goes to the answering machine and never calls you back. This is the primary reason why I had to come to the office so I can make that appointment. After reading the reviews, I noticed same several bad reviews here.

Serena is the best she got my daughter in quick that was in horrible pain. Shes great. Coast is lucky to have her.

Dr. Perlmutter, will, Debbie and Serena are great!! My experiences here have been the best!! They are true professionals and extremely kind!!! My whole family uses them..

Awful!!! The tech that brought me back had not one ounce of professionalism and rude. I scheduled a cleaning and was told I could not have a cleaning unless I subjected myself to other unnecessary procedures. I walked out and I hope no one goes there. They are totally low case at its finest! I would give no stars.

Must say it has been the best 3 1/2 years and well worth it. My daughters teeth are absolutely beautiful... Sally is awesome and has always made us feel like family and made sure we have always been treated right and well taken care of... Thanx coast dental.. Im a happy Mama

On a recent visit I had rather a long wait which is not the norm. The staff try to be accommodating and are generally friendly. Dr Taha seems very knowledgeable and has a good manner. I wish they would get into the 21st century with digital xrays, as it is quick and shows much more detail.

Very professional staff. All very caring. Dr. Permutter is very knowledgeable and has a light touch.

My family & I love Coast Dental. Dr. Nam is very nice and my kids look forward to seeing their dentist. The office staff is very nice too.

Customers BE WARE!!! I read but ignored reviews for this office thinking I should give it a try because of the location. I came to have my dental cleaning. They did the Xray, which took forever and scheduled my cleaning appointment. The clinic is so old and dated. I did not feel the hygine at all. Because I did the Xray and was afraid to have to do it again if I go somewhere else so I thus, gave them another chance. They over charged me just for the cleaning. Here is the worst part. They charged me while was there, and I paid in full the amount they asked for. When I got home, I received second bill!!!! (which was ridiculous) but I paid that too using my FSA card. Now I recieved a Letter from Awa Collection service! !! !!! !!! !!!! !! !! saying I owe the money plus interest and fees! !! !!! !! !!! They sent my info to the Collector when I already paid. If the payment did go through for any reason, I should have recieved a letter from them, but instead, they SENT my info to the collector, and the amount is 80 bucks! !! !! !! This is beyond ridiculous. I am at great standing for my credit and now this! !! !? ?? I am furious right now and I have to write this so at least I can save others. DO NOT DO ANY TYPE of business with this company and this clinic. The lady on the phone, Michelle, could not care less either! I need justice!

My visit today was excellent despite having to wait and not get seen till almost 30 min after my schedule time. My hygienist Floritia (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was very kind to my mouth and made it one of the better visits I have had with all the changing in staff. I think that the office its self needs a full over hull with more staff and new equipment which they really need. To be honest the staff that is so nice and good at what they do is the reason for the 4 star review and why I dont go somewhere else. Management needs to step up and help these hard working people and get them some help and equipment and building upgrades they need!!!! Thanks again to the staff that helped me today, I almost decided to go somewhere else but you guys changed my mind.

Giving one star cause its the lowest option I can pick..I went to this office almost 5 months ago with pain on a bad tooth..whwre it actually ended up being two bad teeth that needs to be pulled out..they did the exam I was told they would call me back for an appointment as soon as I got approved...two months after my exam I called the office to find out why no one hasnt called to schedule my appointment cause I really need to get these teeth pulled out Im in pain and cant chew on that side of my mouth!! They got my info and I was told I would get a call back as soon as someone looks into it...no phone call 2 and a half months later..making it now 4 and a half months later I get a call telling me about an exam appointment!! I said what exam appointment I already had an exam done iveIbeen waiting for a teeth extraction appointment...they had no idea what I was talking about!! After like 10 minutes on the phone finally I get an appointment...well now I end up cancelling and finding another dentist..cause I dont trust going there..I prefer to go to a more reliable and trustworthy dentist Office...they took long to call my hubby back aswell..so that too made me make my decision as well...I have no complaints on the actual Dentist he made me feel very comfortable and very nice..Im sorry to say the staff is very slow and not working in a professional way..not trying to be mean or rude..but this is my bad experience 😬😬

In 56 years, Ive never had a dentist office so nice, helpful and pain free. They make it great to go to the dentist for the first time ever:-)

Great staff, took care of me for Years before I moved to Alabama. I did all my dental work here and got me braces here and removed.

I had a great experience with Lauren and Dr Lockhart, very professional group. And I didnt have to wait long.

I really like how my teeth is straightening.When I have an appointment I get back there quick and done.It is a amazing place to get braces.

Dr. Lockhart and Peggy were amazing, friendly and very informative orthodontists.

DO NOT GO HERE! Youd be safer and better off being practiced on by students in dental school. I dont recommend that either. Coast dental is the most unsafe, rude and out of touch place to ever go to.

I don’t understand how this place is even open for business. I had been told here that I have cavities I don’t really have ... got second opinions . The “cavities” they did fill here are absolutely terrible. They didnt even file them down I just have lumps on my teeth. Save your time and money and go somewhere else .

I have been a Coast Dental patient for 15 years. They shut down their Melbourne office so I had to transfer to the Palm Bay office. After 2 visits to the new office I have concluded that is a money pit and Im never going back there! Id give it zero stars if I could.

It is my First 1st. Time seeing Dr. Jerome Perlmutter at Coast Dental. They have a wonderful friendly staff. Dr Perlmutter is a hoot, with a friendly kind bedside manner, like no other.

Lindsay was super sweet and very gentle and good with conversation and Dr Lockhart was very attentive and specific with placements

THIS DENTIST OFFICE IS A SCAM, AND ALL THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE SHOULD BE ASHAMED. My mother went in 1 year ago, they told her that she has gingivitis, and refused to clean her teeth, charged her $50 despite her insurance card said $0 co-pay. She went to a separate hygienist who laughed and said she wouldnt even scale her teeth because the only tartar she could find was behind her bottom teeth. 6 months later, they told us the same thing and refused to do anything. I then sent my wife there because our insurance, perfectly healthy just needed a cleaning. and guess what. GINGIVITIS.

Good service but do not call they dont answer the phone or return your phone call. Your better off to go in personally and make an appointment. Ive spent a lot of money there and it really gets to me that they wont call you back!!!
