Great place Ive been coming here for about a year now.

She is accommodating and is great with kids. My son calls her auntie Maria because she has the same name as his own aunt! Shes always done a great job and her fades are always on point!

Was in Melbourne 2 weeks ago, in need of a haircut. Stumbled upon Marias barber shop by chance. Service was professional, a clean shop despite a broken middle chair which threw my back out. However stylist Carol was amazing. Again 2 weeks later still in awe all hair is growing back evenly as to apparent skill with shears. Can not say enough of this under priced cut with a$5 tip not worthy whereas hopefully this review will show my sincere gratitude. Job well done.

After my review, Maria, the owner was kind enough to reach out to me to fix my hair. I told her I wasnt sure and very skeptical. I had been wearing my hair in braids to hide my bad cut. So, I finally went in and had Maria fix it personally. She was so sorry for my bad cut and saw the errors. Not only did she fix the terrible cut; I love it! She has cut it in the fashion I normally get my hair done. She took her time. She even gave me a shampoo! Ill be back! See picture below.Old post: ⭐️First time visiting this shop. Carol was nice; and I tipped her well because she did spend time on my hair and she was nice. Worst haircut EVER!!! She complaint about my thick hair- yes I am an Asian with thick hair. We joked about it. BUT this was the worst layer/texture cut I have ever had. The layers are not even; the parts from the back are not even. She had taken too much hair on one side compared to the other. Now I have to spend more money and time to go to my usual place and drive and hour and half to get this hot mess haircut fixed. Maria, email me if you wish me to send you the picture of my haircut. Going to Hair Cuttery would have been a better alternative.

This is a great place to get a good quality haircut. The folks that run the place and work here are not just doing this till they can earn college money or find something better, They Like what they do and take pride in it as well. That is hard to find now a days. I would HIGHLY recomend you get your hair cut here.

If your looking for a perfect haircut this is the shop to go to, the store is so clean and the owner is honestly just the most kindest sweetest person i have ever met, if you want your hair cut right and if you want to be leaving looking very stylish i recommend this barber !

I took previous posters advice and went to Marias. They were right. Very nice people, family atmosphere, great prices. Now the whole family goes here for a haircut including my wife. Highly recommend..

I go to this shop to cut a trim for the wedding and the place is full except for one seat. The old lady at the front seemed to like me and put me into that seat so I did not have to wait. I go to the back and showed her a picture of the haircut i want and go shorter on the sides then leave some length up top to style it. She says no problem and just goes at it...she pulled my hair started cutting randomly and within 15 minutes I am done I look and him and say can you go shorter on the sides he goes not it will look stupid..So I get up and get ready to leave and I pay for the barber 16 bucks + 4 tips....the lady asks if I liked my cut( I walked back to the mirror looked at it and it looked like a goddamn mullet no joke... she gives me her number and I tell her no your there to look good and I am not buying that *So panic go home shower it looks a little better but I have no idea what to do.....my dad went to this new hispanic barber in town so I am like whatever it cant get any worse...No one was there so I go up instantly. He spends 30 minutes on me and he like uses this device to massage my head and measure my hair....It looks perfect now he used the straight razer and everything...my whole family is home and they all complimented me...I gave him 10 dollar tip because he is my hero now....I am so happy.

I like the way Greg cut my 8yrs son hair plus he was very patience in cutting his hair, I highly recommend him and Maria Family Barber shop to anyone. They are very friendly Thank you very much Greg and Maria.
